It all started over 25 years ago, and since 2004 I've been booked regularly for private parties. More than 1450 events have shown me when a room gets the urge to dance. Everything should be centred on you and your guests, and I keep a discreet distance myself.

Parties from Igls to the Nordkette
Sometimes snug and cosy in the parlour, sometimes spacious in the banquet hall, sometimes outdoors on the alp: every room changes the sound, and my preparation for you follows from that. Seven venues are available for your party, from the banquet hall in the city through the parlours in Igls and Amras to the alp in Aldrans and the mountain restaurant on the Nordkette.
In Innsbruck, cosy parlours in the Hotel Bierwirt, the festival hall of the Hotel Sailer or the Aldranser Alm with a view of the Inn valley are open to you for your celebration. According to the operator, the sizes range from the Alte Stube with 45 people to the Theresiensaal with around 140, and I adapt my sound system to your group.
For a party at home or on the meadow behind the house, I get by with stripped-down equipment that runs on batteries if necessary. How things look with power, space and set-up time, I ask you in advance, so that on the day you only have to be the host.
The Hotel Sailer in Innsbruck names the Tyrol festival hall as a particularly popular setting for your birthday party. According to the operator, celebrations there start from 10 people. I tailor my sound system and set-up to that room size.
For your birthday, the Gartenhotel Maria Theresia in Hall in Tirol, in the area around the town, lists the birthday party as an occasion. According to the operator, the Theresiensaal holds around 140 people and the Reimmichlsaal around 90, so you choose by the size of your group. How much equipment your hall needs, I will clarify with you beforehand.
For your birthday party, the country inn in Igls, a district of Innsbruck, expressly names this occasion. According to the operator, a private party is also possible with at least 70 people, so your party then stays entirely among yourselves. For this atmosphere I set up so that my equipment blends into the room.
Your birthday is listed at ADLERS Hotel Innsbruck among the named occasions, alongside engagements and weddings. According to the operator, events of 5 to 150 people are possible for you, from a small circle to a large group. My set-up grows with your guest count, from the slim version to the full system.
For your birthday the Hotel Bierwirt in Innsbruck-Amras lists this occasion and offers parlours in Tyrolean style. According to the operator, the dining room holds up to 65 people, the Alte Stube 45, so you have two sizes to choose from. For the Alte Stube I choose a restrained set-up, in the dining room a bit more sound system is fine.
The Restaurant Seegrube on the Nordkette lists birthday parties as an occasion, so for you a party in the middle of the mountain. According to the operator, the Alpenlounge holds up to 70 people, the main parlour up to 80 and the fireplace room up to 60, so you have three rooms to choose from. The venue can be reached by the Nordkette cable cars, so I clarify in advance with you and the venue how my equipment gets up there.
For your birthday, the Aldranser Alm in Aldrans, in the area around the city, lists this occasion. According to the operator, it offers you a view over Innsbruck and the Inn valley and is open from May to October. So your date should fall within that season, and I'll discuss my set-up with the venue.

Your birthday in Innsbruck? Then let's make it your evening. I started in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 private and corporate celebrations have been part of my everyday life, across more than 1450 events. The Hungerburgbahn takes eight minutes to get up there, and your evening is welcome to last longer. I keep a low profile in the background, the music leads you through the evening, and your guests of every age should join in.
Custom edits make sure you get transitions with no break. I am happy to hear your wishes beforehand, and then the mood turns out exactly as you want it. And if you want to change something in between, you simply tell me.

Request a dateWhen your enquiry arrives, I reply within a day. In a short video call I learn everything about your celebration, and afterwards I make you an offer that really suits you.
Shortly after booking you have my private mobile number, and you can reach me on WhatsApp at any time. About seven days beforehand we go through the schedule, requested songs and no-gos together.
The equipment and sound are ready because I set up and do the sound check one to two full hours beforehand. I clear up open points with the venue or you, so the guests notice none of it.
Subtle lounge music plays in the background while the guests arrive and chat. I give the birthday guest of honour a fitting entrance with music, and special moments get the right soundtrack too.
During the meal, quiet, atmospheric music creates ambience, and speeches and announcements go through my microphone. For games, surprises and the cutting of the cake, the music sets the right frame each time.
This is where the part begins in which I take over: the dance floor opens, I read the crowd, steer the set live in the right direction and make sure all generations are with us until the last song.

Whether a family coffee in the afternoon or a dance night until late: for your birthday I develop a set that I keep readjusting during the party. Titles from all decades and a fine sense of timing get even the shy ones onto the dance floor. Family, friends and colleagues like to mix at birthdays, so I tailor the music so that young and old dance along. If you celebrate privately, a compact setup from me is enough.

+49 176 700 580 27Canned background music does not react to you, a DJ does: I notice when your guests want to stay seated and when they get up. If the house has a suitable system, I use it, otherwise my own is ready. Especially with few guests, I set up unobtrusively so that people can still talk comfortably.
Of course, a wireless microphone is ready for speeches and words of thanks, and you decide when it starts. If you would like to pass it around in between, I simply put it in your hand or your guests' hands. Otherwise I only speak into the microphone when the evening really calls for it.
No problem, additional requests are welcome with me and do not have to be registered in advance. If a song does not suit the mood at the moment, I move it to a better moment. I use your list as a common thread and do not stick to it rigidly.
A milestone birthday with a booked venue should be enquired about with me roughly half a year before the date. For smaller celebrations a few weeks are often enough, just get in touch with your date. Within 24 hours you'll hear from me whether the day is free.
Gladly, since musicians from my network can be booked alongside the DJ set, and I'll put you in touch. Besides the saxophone, vocals, violin or percussion are also possible for you. When the live performance does the most for your evening, I'll find out in our preliminary chat.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
