Seven venues in Innsbruck, Igls and Hall in Tirol show how different your company evening can turn out, from a hall for hundreds to a cosy parlour for a small group.
In and around Innsbruck, the choice for your party ranges from a small parlour evening to a congress centre for hundreds. According to the operator, the congresspark in Igls is licensed for up to 520 people, the Alte Stube in Hotel Bierwirt holds 45, and I choose my setup to match your guest count. When you enquire, I first want to know what your occasion looks like, how big the room is and how many guests are coming.
If your party begins with a reception and continues in the hall, I plan both parts through with you in the briefing. In a venue like the Weiherburg, a historic castle in the Alpine Zoo, my setup stays discreet so that speeches and music remain clearly audible. I handle the complete set-up and teardown on my own; that is part of every booking.
The Gartenhotel is in Hall in Tirol, in the area around the city, and names corporate events as an occasion, alongside Christmas parties and anniversaries. According to the operator, the Theresiensaal holds about 140 people and the Reimmichlsaal about 90. I align my setup with the hall your team books.
At Hotel Sailer, company parties are on the list of occasions, alongside weddings, anniversaries and Christmas parties. According to the operator, the house accommodates groups of 10 or more. For a room of this size, a compact setup is enough for me, which I go through with you beforehand.

+49 176 700 580 27My own equipment always comes along. Whether the venue's house sound system runs as well, we decide after a look at your room. If the in-house technology is good enough for speeches and the dance floor, I integrate it; otherwise my PA provides clean sound. We talk this through in the preliminary call, and you do not have to organise anything yourself.
I size my equipment to the number of participants you give me and scale up if needed. The standard package covers a group of up to about 100 people; beyond that I use a more powerful system that covers up to 150 guests. Just tell me about any changes as long as the date still leaves some room.
Together with you, I agree in advance when the welcome, dinner, speeches and programme end and the music turns into the party. I only speak into the microphone when your speeches and programme items require it; otherwise I leave the stage to your celebration. Your guests experience a gentle transition instead of a hard cut.
Outdoors I provide subtle background music at the standing reception before the dance floor takes over indoors. When the switch happens, we agree with you from the start, including a plan B for rain. Please tell me early what time window the venue gives you for delivery and equipment, and I will plan my day accordingly.
After the event, your company receives my invoice, due within 7 days. You usually get my reply to an enquiry on the same or the next day, after 24 hours at the latest. Please plan corporate events with three to six months' lead time, and even earlier before Advent and in early summer.
Gladly: from my network I arrange a saxophone, violin, percussion or vocals, and the live musician joins my mix. I find this especially appealing as the opening of the party or as a surprise after dessert. We decide in advance at which moment it suits you.

This is how my work with companies goes: first you tell me the occasion, date and number of participants, then we discuss your wishes by video call, and towards the end of planning we record the schedule in writing in the briefing. On the day of the event, I am in the room before the first guests and listen through the sound. For manageable groups my own system is enough, and if the event gets very large, I bring suitable technical partners on board.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
