Company parties in and around Weilheim
Seminar room in the morning, evening program in the hall afterwards: at Gut Ammerhof in Peißenberg or in the hotel restaurant I shape this change differently depending on the venue and coordinate it with you. From the barn in Weilheim to the hall on the former mining site: these eight addresses in the Pfaffenwinkel give your company party very different stages.
If a seminar followed by an evening is on the cards, a country estate nearby offers you three buildings, a park and a pool, and names seminars and events as occasions. If you prefer to stay in town, a municipal hall stands on the Ammer, for which you inquire directly with the town.
If the evening becomes a gala, hosting the entire program is with me, and you then do not need a separate host. If a playback operator on the venue's system is enough for the seminar, my large setup is not needed and you gain time. For a summer party or company party, six to eight weeks are often enough for you, so feel free to contact me calmly.
The Pöltner Hof in Weilheim is meant for conferences and company parties: three meeting rooms, hotel rooms, a rustic hall with up to 100 seats and a barn where up to 150 guests can celebrate. If the program runs during the day and the party in the evening, I shape the music first calm, then livelier.
In Pähl am Ammersee, the Alte Post hosts company parties and anniversaries, for about 140 guests in the large hall or about 60 in the Pähler Stuben. For a staff evening with speeches and dancing, I match volume and speaker position to your schedule.
Company parties are part of the offering of the Zechenschenke in Peiting. In the Eggerstadel up to 250 guests have room, with a screen and Wi-Fi available. For presentation and the evening that follows, I plan the technology so that you switch from lecture to dance floor without a conversion.
On a former mining site in Peißenberg lies the Tiefstollenhalle, which is rented out for conferences, corporate events and celebrations. The main hall holds up to 450 people, and there is also a foyer. For this scale I plan the sound system in advance with you and the venue.
Gut Ammerhof in Peißenberg offers three buildings on six hectares with a park and pool for seminars and events. For your company party I determine whether the music finds its place in the park or in one of the houses.
In Peißenberg, Gasthaus Sonne also hosts company parties; the restaurant holds up to 60 guests, the alpine lodge 80, and there are hotel rooms. For teams of this size a restrained system that does not drown out conversation is enough.
The Gasthof zur Post in Raisting hosts company parties in the festival hall for up to 350 guests, and guests can stay overnight in the house. At a summer party or staff anniversary I stagger the volume so that speeches and dancing have room in the same hall.
Gut Staltach in Iffeldorf hosts business events, in a vaulted hall for 50 to 150 guests or outside on the open-air terrace. Because only one event runs per weekend, you have the estate to yourself. For your guests I set up the technology so that program and celebration fit together without a break.

I have been a DJ since 1998, at first in clubs, since 2004 working for companies and private clients, more than 1,450 events so far.
In the preliminary talk we set program items and schedule. I bring microphones and system myself, and setup and soundcheck happen before the guests arrive. I take my place in the background seriously. My own edits keep the transitions soft.

I take down your music wish list in our very first conversation, and I then arrange everything else with your venue and other service providers myself. From your occasion, your guests and your programme, I draw up a schedule in advance, which we then refine together.

For your evening, I combine current chart hits with classics from the 70s and 90s. We settle the details beforehand, and I no longer take spontaneous requests once the party is under way.
My equipment is ready at the latest two hours before your first guests arrive, and after the event I handle the teardown on my own in the same way.

I approach a gala or award ceremony musically with the same standard as your regular company party, from the first to the last program item.

+49 176 700 580 27During dinner I play subtle music in the background, and later I provide the party as well. I plan this transition with you precisely, because it is one of the trickiest moments of a corporate evening. If speeches or program items follow after dinner, I open the dance floor only once they are over.
My system runs on its own in the park for up to five hours, entirely without a power connection. Once the date is set, give me the note about the park without a socket already with your booking. So that everything works in the park, I arrive at the latest two hours beforehand, set up the system and check the sound.
A hotel restaurant in town combines meeting rooms, a hall and hotel rooms under one roof, so your team no longer has to drive after the evening. Seven days beforehand we talk by phone and clarify your schedule, the must-plays and the no-plays. You will have my first reply at the latest 24 hours after your inquiry, after which we talk about the right room for your group.
For your accounting department I issue corporate clients an invoice that carries a payment term of 7 days. For a department party in Advent, an early inquiry is worthwhile, because Christmas parties are among the dates I am booked for early. If time gets tight, better pick up the phone, because I am open to short-notice inquiries as well.
For a karaoke round I bring, on request, a dedicated system with two wireless microphones and a large catalog of songs. If someone from your team wants to host the round themselves, I gladly hand over the microphone. Wireless LED uplights also tint the room in the color of your choice, on request.

Before we coordinate, tell me the occasion, date and venue. After that we settle the program, speaking times and musical style, and a few days before the date we review the schedule. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
