Company parties in and around Königsbrunn
Christmas party in the barn or conference evening in the big hall: what your team can expect in terms of equipment and schedule, I discuss beforehand so that nothing is left open on the evening. From the barn through the event hall in Bobingen to the conference hotel: your company party has eight addresses to choose from here.
For a conference with an evening afterwards, a venue in the neighbouring town offers a hall for up to 600 people, plus a smaller one for up to 150 if you want to keep it manageable. If your team's Christmas party would rather stay in town, a converted building with an outdoor area explicitly names corporate events and Christmas parties as an occasion. A restaurant with its own event rooms likewise counts company parties among its occasions, in case you want to combine dining and celebrating on a smaller scale.
At a conference evening, I always keep my wireless microphone within reach to guide through the programme and discreetly steer your guests. For the Christmas party, I can bring a photo station that runs without its own operator and, on request, carries your company's layout.
Garden and pool belong to the Königswiesn, a converted barn where corporate events and Christmas parties take place alongside weddings. Whether a reception in the garden or an evening in the barn: I coordinate equipment and schedule with you beforehand.
In Bobingen, the large hall of the event hall takes up to 600 people, the small one up to 150, and the occasions also include conferences. For speeches and dancing, I make sure speeches remain understandable throughout the hall, because I distribute the speakers accordingly.
Company parties take place at the Jägerhaus, which as a restaurant has a beer garden and its own event rooms. You can ask the venue directly about room sizes. After dinner, I switch from quiet background music to dance music if you wish.
The air-conditioned festival hall at the Königswirt is suitable for company parties, seminars and conferences with up to 200 guests. For speeches and dancing, I align the speakers so that everyone in the hall understands everything.
Near Kissing, Gut Mergenthau hosts company parties in the heatable threshing barn, which measures over 600 square metres and suits 90 to 200 people. The vaulted cellar takes smaller groups of 30 to 100 guests. In the barn, I separate zones: quiet reception, later dancing.
The Hotel Krone sees itself as a conference hotel: the Königssaal measures about 130 square metres, holds up to 110 people and can be divided by a partition wall; the restaurant takes up to 120. For talks and the party afterwards, I aim the speakers at both halves of the room.
The Schlosserwirt in Mering hosts company parties in the restaurant for around 120 guests, and a seminar room offers space for 5 to 30 people with projector and flipchart. Between the technical part and the evening programme, I switch to dance music without a long pause.
Company parties are as much part of the offer at Kühners Landhaus in Kissing as weddings and birthdays, at the house at Gewerbering 3 or with catering at another location. For your group, I keep background music ready during dinner and raise the level later.

I discuss your music wish list with you early and coordinate with the venue and other service providers. For the finishing touches, we speak by phone about seven days before the event, so that the schedule and special moments are settled.

If a department head would rather introduce himself, I pass him the microphone directly. If a speech runs longer than planned, I absorb the delay with the music that follows so that the mood in the hall holds.
On request, I can bring a karaoke system with an extensive song catalogue and two wireless microphones. When there is singing and when it is back to dancing, I go through by phone with you a week beforehand, together with must-plays and no-plays. Until the karaoke part, I handle the background music during dinner, and after the singing it continues with my party set.
Your accounting department receives a proper invoice from me, and the payment term is 7 days. Setup and teardown are already part of my offer, so nobody on your team has to take care of them. You get my reply to your message within 24 hours, so your December planning does not stall.
My speakers travel along in the boot in any case, even if speakers already hang in the room. I also have laptop and controller with me at every date, to connect to a usable system without a detour. If the existing equipment does not meet my standards, I set up my own for you without hesitation.
I book saxophone, percussion, vocals or violin through my network, which suits an after-show set after the official part particularly well. Which musical direction the evening takes, I agree with you in the preliminary call, as well as the tracks that must not be played under any circumstances. For the joint set with the musician, controller and laptop come along twice with me, so that nothing disturbs the wind-down of your evening.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
