Company parties around Dachau
Whether castle, estate or hall: I have accompanied many company evenings in the region, and this experience makes coordination with your team easier. Seven venues in the Dachau area offer your team the right setting, from the reception in the castle to the dance floor at the estate.
For your gala, a castle in the town names exactly this occasion and holds up to 250 people in its banquet hall. If you are planning a conference, a training session or a product launch, an event location in the region lists exactly these formats and holds 140 guests at most. If you want to combine a conference and a summer party, an estate in the surrounding area lists both as occasions and also has a spacious courtyard.
I take care of the flow of a gala throughout the entire evening, without you having to book someone extra for the hosting. For galas and annual celebrations, it is best to contact me three to six months in advance.
The castle of the Bavarian Palace Administration in the old town offers a banquet hall and a garden hall, plus a terrace and a castle garden. Up to 250 people fit in the banquet hall, and galas are among the occasions. For speeches, dinner and dancing, I agree the schedule and volume with you in advance.
In Armetshofen you will find the Hofsaal, a modern hall of 310 square metres that holds up to 200 guests, and corporate events are among the occasions. A catering kitchen and a bar with draught taps are available. We plan stage, dinner and dance floor in advance so that your team can follow the evening well.
At Hofgut Edenholzhausen there is a threshing barn and hotel rooms; 60 to 200 guests use the vaulted hall, and there is also an outdoor area. Company parties and Christmas parties are part of the offer. I coordinate the programme and dancing in the vaulted hall with you so that speeches remain understandable everywhere.
A stone terrace and a stage complement the Gasthof Lachner in Stetten, which holds around 60 to 170 guests. With the stage in the house, we bring programme and music together in one place.
At Hofgut Sickertshofen there is the Beletage in a former hay barn, an orangery with room for 60 to 100 guests and a vaulted hall that holds 100 to 180 guests. Company parties, summer parties, Christmas parties and conferences are possible. For a summer party, the evening starts in the courtyard and ends in the hall, and I tailor the music to that.
The Kaltmühle in Ampermoching has an event hall in a historic stable building that measures around 270 square metres and holds 140 guests at most. Conferences, training sessions, product launches and Christmas parties take place there. For the daytime programme and the evening party, I plan the music with you in advance.
Near the A8, Gut Schloss Sulzemoos combines a manor farm and a castle; the venue includes a vaulted hall, a castle barn and an outdoor area. With a reception outside and dinner in the vaulted hall, I adapt the music to the weather and the schedule.

Who I am
My equipment is set up before your guests arrive, in Dachau too. It includes the sound system, wireless microphones for speeches and lighting. I bring a second controller and laptop, and I do the soundcheck before the start. I have been working as a DJ since 1998, first in clubs, and since 2004 for private and business clients, more than 1,450 events so far.

Even before booking, we record your requested tracks together, and I coordinate directly with your venue and other service providers. In addition, we arrange a short phone call about seven days before the celebration to confirm the schedule and no-gos.

At the latest two hours before your event, my set-up including soundcheck is complete, and I also take care of the dismantling afterwards on my own.

+49 176 700 580 27In a neighbouring municipality, an estate lists company and Christmas parties among its occasions and has hotel rooms, so your team can sleep there after the evening. An inn in the same municipality names corporate events as an occasion and offers 14 rooms for guests from your team who want to stay. I set no fixed end time here; I watch your dance floor instead of the clock.
First comes the dinner at your event, in between come speeches and programme, and after that I open the party. I count the moment between dinner and dancing among the trickiest of the evening and discuss it with you beforehand. On request, wireless uplights in your chosen colour provide the lighting mood, matched to dinner, programme and party.
My battery setup works completely independently and lasts up to five hours without a power connection. That there is no power in the courtyard, you are best off telling me right when you book. At the summer party, a saxophonist from my network can also play live along with my set.
For business clients I write an invoice, and your accounting department should settle it seven days after receipt. A week before the party, we go through your schedule, the requested tracks and the tracks with no chance on the phone. Good to know for your planning: in 25 years there has been exactly one short-notice cancellation on my side.
On request my karaoke system comes along; it has two wireless microphones and a large catalogue of songs. If someone wants to host, I hand over one of the microphones at any time. Otherwise I announce the round myself and then lead your guests back to the dance floor.

This is how I work with companies from the Dachau area: send me your enquiry and I will get back to you within 24 hours. A video call is usually enough to clarify the occasion, number of guests, programme and the musical taste of your workforce, and about a week before the date we agree the schedule and requested tracks in the briefing. On the day of the event I set up one and a half to two hours before admission, with my own equipment for up to 150 people, and with technical partners for larger groups.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
