Company parties in Landshut
I regularly work in halls, inns and event barns, so I know the usual procedures, which makes coordinating with me easier for you. Six venues in the city and the surrounding area show you how different a company evening can look: from a wine cellar to a banquet hall with 200 seats, sometimes in a small circle, sometimes with your entire workforce.
The range for your party runs from the wine cellar for 30 guests at Restaurant Stegfellner to the banquet hall of the Landgasthof-Hotel Linden with up to 200 people according to the operator. Setup and arrangements change from venue to venue, so I first ask you about the format and number of guests. Then I set up my equipment to suit your room.
If your Christmas party falls in Advent, you should inquire with me early. I settle with you how your evening moves from dinner and speeches to the dance floor, so that my music never disturbs a program item. I set up the equipment on my own and take it down again on my own at the end, so you do not need to assign anyone.
The Kastanienhof is located in Altdorf, in the surrounding area, and lists company parties among its occasions. According to the operator, the hall holds up to 110 guests and the Sala Verde lounge up to 30 people. For the hall I bring my system in full size; in the lounge a slim setup is enough, which I clarify with you beforehand.
The restaurant lists company party, anniversary and Christmas party as occasions. According to the operator it has 60 seats, and up to 30 guests celebrate in the wine cellar with historic vaults. With so many vaults, I make sure your speeches come across as clearly as my music.
The LoftStadl lists company anniversary and Christmas party as occasions and, according to the operator, is intended for parties of 10 to 50 people. The venue combines loft and barn, and according to the venue you can use it exclusively for your group. I deliberately keep my equipment compact for this setting, so that the space belongs to you and your guests.
The hotel lists family or company parties as occasions, and according to the operator the property includes a barn, a beer garden and several terraces. If your reception begins outside and the evening ends in the barn, I plan both parts through with you in advance. I choose my system according to the number of guests you give me for the barn.
The country inn is located in Furth, near Landshut, and lists company summer parties as an occasion for the panorama terrace. According to the operator, the banquet hall holds up to 200 people and has been enlarged and renovated. For a workforce of this size, I coordinate setup and sound with you before the date approaches.
The hotel is in Ergolding, in the surrounding area, and lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the event room measures 90 square meters, has space for up to 80 people and includes a dance floor. Because the dance floor is already there, I position my booth so that your guests have a clear path.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system suits your hall, I am happy to use it, and I always bring my own laptop and controller. If it sounds weak or is not enough for your number of guests, I set up my own PA instead. We will look at which is better in your case together in the preliminary call.
I plan the system according to your current number of guests, so please let me know if the list grows. My standard setup covers up to about 100 people; if the group gets larger, I upgrade to a more powerful configuration that supports around 150 people. Beyond that, I bring in technical partners.
How your evening continues after dinner is something we settle beforehand: first speeches, then the program, then the dance floor. That way my music starts exactly when your guests are ready. My microphone stays off as long as no speech or program item is on, and I only make announcements then. For your team, the transition feels seamless.
For the reception outside I provide quiet background music, and later in the hall my dance floor mix takes over. I also plan a bad-weather option from the start. You settle everything else about rooms and timings with the venue, and I adapt to your plan.
Your accounting department receives an invoice from me after the event, payable within 7 days. I reply to your inquiry within 24 hours. For corporate events I recommend a lead time of three to six months, and earlier during Advent.
I am happy to bring a saxophonist from my network, who plays right along with my mix; violin, percussion and vocals are also possible. I find it especially lovely as the opening of your party or as a program item after dinner. We choose the right moment together with you.

This is how I work with companies in Landshut: you describe the occasion, date and number of participants, we go through your wishes in a video call, and in the briefing shortly before the event we fix the schedule. On the day of the event I set up before your guests arrive and check the sound. I supply small and medium-sized groups with my own equipment, and for large events I work together with technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
