Seven addresses, from the festival hall with stage to the tavern parlor, show you how different a company evening can turn out here, and I align my technology with the room you book each time.
From a small department gathering in a tavern parlor to the whole workforce in a festival hall with stage, the range in Unterschleißheim is wide, and my setup follows your number of guests. The first thing I therefore ask you about is format and number of participants, before I fix technology and schedule.
If your event starts with a standing reception and a program follows, we coordinate both parts with each other in advance. We record the order of dinner, speeches and dancing in writing with you in the briefing. I take care of setup and teardown on my own; your employees do not have to touch anything.
The Forum rents out its festival hall with 484 square meters and a 96-square-meter stage; with seating, up to 540 people fit. As occasions for the rooms the venue names company parties, training sessions, trade fairs and assemblies. I plan technology and schedule so that the program on stage and the dance floor have room in the same hall.
The hotel on Keplerstraße provides six conference and event rooms and hosts Christmas parties and other business events, plus there is the event location The Club. The rooms Eastside I to III can be combined to 213 square meters. I coordinate with you whether speeches, dinner and music take place in one room or separately.
In the Maximilianssaal of the Schlosswirtschaft, up to 120 people fit; company parties are expressly among its occasions, as are events with music and program. The Salon Therese Kunigunde takes smaller groups of up to 45 people, the Schlossstube up to 35. I align my system with the room your team gets.
At the inn in Garching, the festival hall has room for 30 to 300 people and can be divided into two rooms. Company parties are among the venue's occasions, and a stage is available for performances. With a divided hall we clarify with you whether program and dance floor should be in one half or in the whole room.
The Echinger Hof in Eching has a separate side room for company parties with space for up to 60 guests, and the tavern parlor takes a further 55 people. The house serves à la carte, from the buffet or as an agreed menu. For a group of this size I deliberately keep my setup compact, so conversation at the table remains possible.
The Hotel am Schlosspark zum Kurfürst invites guests to events, private and business, in two parlors and the festival hall. In the festival hall, air conditioning provides pleasant air, and the lighting technology is modern. How many guests your occasion may have, you clarify briefly with the venue, after which I tailor music and light to it.
The Hotel am Schlosspark in Ismaning offers conferences and events, with rooms for up to 200 people. The pavilion has 229 square meters for 80 to 130 people. Depending on the format of your event, I align my technology with one of these rooms.

I have known corporate audiences since 2004, when business celebrations joined the private ones, over 1,450 events in total. I started in 1998 in clubs, which shapes my sets to this day. +49 176 700 580 27I always bring my booth along with the laptop, so I can use an existing sound system without a problem. If its sound no longer reaches the back of your hall, I set up my own system. In the preliminary talk we clarify with you which solution is better for your room.
I set my system to the room and number of participants, so it can be adjusted when your list gets longer. Up to about 100 people my basic setup manages without reinforcement; for larger groups I bring the stronger system, which covers up to 150 guests.
We set speeches, awards and dinner in the briefing as fixed blocks, and my music stays in the background during these phases. As soon as you give the signal, I open the dance floor with a track that picks your team up. I handle short announcements on request, but I do no more hosting than that.
We plan two versions of your evening in advance, one for outdoors and one for indoors, and I keep both music programs ready. How quickly we move inside when it rains, we discuss with you and the venue in good time before the date. Your guests will hardly notice the switch.
You receive the invoice from me after the event, and I set a payment term of 7 days. I get back to you on your inquiry within 24 hours. Christmas parties and summer parties should be inquired about early; otherwise I am happy to plan three to six months of lead time with you.
Yes, I arrange musicians with violin, saxophone, percussion or vocals for you from my network and fit them into my set. When the act takes place, for example at the start or after dinner, is up to you. Together we set the moment that suits your schedule.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

Service area
I also look after corporate events in Dachau, Freising and Germering, and I am just as happy to answer your inquiry for these places. The overview further down shows you more service locations.
It starts with your short message with occasion, date and number of participants. Then we discuss your wishes in a video call, and in the briefing shortly before the event we set your schedule bindingly. On the day I am on site before your guests, set up and check the sound. For smaller groups my own technology is enough; for a very large event I bring in an event technology partner.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
