Company parties around Germering
I have often looked after how receptions, conferences and company parties run in halls and inns of the region, and your team saves coordination effort as a result. Where the official evening ends and the party begins depends on the room, so this selection shows eight addresses between the Stadthalle, the monastery and Gilching.
For conferences and receptions, the Stadthalle offers you several halls, air-conditioned, barrier-free and with parking beneath the building. For your presentations, one hall is listed with 262 seats in rows, two more with 120 and 90 seats. If you want to dance afterwards, a dance school hall with lighting and sound is available in the region; the operator lists company parties as an occasion there.
Many event venues regulate volume through limiters or fixed decibel limits, so please clarify such requirements with the venue in good time and pass them on to me. At the reception, my photo station runs on request entirely without staff, and the pictures appear in your company's layout.
The Stadthalle has several halls, is air-conditioned and barrier-free, and offers an underground car park. The Amadeussaal has 262 seats in rows, the Lena-Christ-Saal 120, and conferences and receptions are possible as well. For speeches and programme items, I align the sound with the hall and seating.
The municipality of Gilching's event hall is intended for meetings, conferences, assemblies and exhibitions, barrier-free, with an underground car park, Wi-Fi and a hearing loop. Your guests reach the S8 in five minutes on foot. For speeches and hosting, I plan in wireless microphones.
In Gilching, the event location holds between 20 and 400 guests and comes with a lounge, discotheque, catering, a private booth area and a fully equipped kitchen. Company parties are among the occasions, and two S-Bahn stations are within walking distance. At your celebration I separate the dining area and the dance area acoustically.
Conferences and company parties take place in Unterbrunn near Gauting at the country inn, in the hall on the first floor, which holds up to 120 people and has its own bar. There are guest rooms in the building. I tune my system to the hall and programme of your evening.
The dance school hall in Olching is intended for company groups of 15 to 250 people and has music equipment, microphones and lighting on board. Company parties are among the occasions.
The Waldheim in Forstenried offers a beer garden, a bright hall and a terrace as an event location, and up to 200 guests find room indoors and outdoors. Corporate events are explicitly part of the offer. I align hall and terrace with each other, so you can combine a summer party and the evening programme in a single place.
Company parties take place at the inn in Gilching in the festival hall with a dance floor, which your guests reach by lift on the first floor. A beer garden belongs to the house. You can find out directly there how many guests the hall holds, and I align the sound for speeches and music accordingly.
Company parties, anniversaries and summer parties are hosted by the Fürstenfelder catering team in the monastery near Fürstenfeldbruck. Conference rooms hold 30 to 99 people, the small hall 80 to 140, and the barn hall can take 80 to 250. For your programme at the lectern I provide a speaker system.

A corporate event usually has a fixed dramaturgy that I know: arrival, welcome, speeches, dinner, then dancing. I align my music with this sequence, in Germering too. I have been working as a DJ since 1998, the first years in clubs, since 2004 mainly at private and corporate celebrations. Over 1,450 events have come together along the way.

+49 176 700 580 27If the sound system in the hall does not meet my standards, I am independent from the first moment and use my own equipment. My controller comes from Pioneer or Denon, my PA from RCF, dB Technologies or Electro-Voice. For setup and soundcheck I reserve at least two hours in the hall before you start.
As a corporate client you receive an invoice from me, and the payment term is seven days. We do not collect your colleagues' music requests on slips of paper; I take them in the preliminary conversation with you. Should I be unable to perform, my colleague network provides an equivalent DJ on the same terms.
Live music is especially suited to a summer party, and through my network percussion, vocals, violin or saxophone can join you. Without a power connection outdoors, my battery setup takes over. If your team then wants to take the microphone itself, my karaoke system is available on request, with two wireless microphones and a large selection of songs.
Whether classics of the 70s or today's charts, both are possible with me, and we define the direction together beforehand. What the younger guests definitely want to hear and what the department heads rule out, I write down beforehand in conversation with you. A request from the room that comes too early I save for later, when the mood fits.
I call your team leaders up one after another and guide the audience back into the evening afterwards. Two wireless microphones are ready with me for this, and one can already be with the next speaker. If the programme part runs longer than expected and you want to add to it, we settle that spontaneously at the decks.

This is how I work with companies in Germering: after your enquiry I reply the same or the next day, and in a video call we clarify occasion, guest count and programme. Shortly before the date we discuss schedule and requested tracks in the briefing, and on the event day I set up in good time before admission. For smaller and medium groups I bring the equipment myself; for larger events I work with technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
