My name is Michael Zimmermann, I am an event DJ, and for your corporate event in Nuremberg I want an evening that runs without breaks from the sparkling wine reception to the final track. After more than 25 years of stage experience and over 1,450 events, I know exactly which music connects colleagues of every age, and I have accompanied company parties since 2004. Company parties in Nuremberg
Whether hotel ballroom, event venue or inn: my system and setup follow your program, which makes coordinating with me easier for you. Seven addresses, from the hall with a view of the castle to the event ship, show you how different a company evening in this city can look: in a hotel ballroom, in a garden pavilion or on the water.
For your party the range goes from the garden pavilion at a hotel to the large event venue. According to the operator, SERVENTO lists an event hall for up to 90 people and a roof terrace with a view of the Imperial Castle, and imaj Events up to 350 guests, and I adapt my equipment to your room. Setup and arrangements change with every location, which is why I first ask about your format and number of guests.
If your company party starts with a sparkling wine reception and then moves into the hall, I go through both parts with you in advance. We discuss the order of dinner, speeches and dancing in the briefing, and my music starts only when it fits your program. Setup and teardown are on me, and your team does not have to lift a finger.
Company party and corporate event are among the occasions listed at KORN'S. According to the operator, the Saal Burgblick with panoramic views is on the 7th floor, along with a restaurant, vintage bar and terraces. Where my booth stands in the hall and how reception, speeches and dancing interlock, I agree with you beforehand.
Le Méridien lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, there are meeting rooms for up to 250 people. In a hotel of this kind I clarify with you beforehand how equipment and schedule fit the room.
Gutmann am Dutzendteich lists family parties and company parties as occasions. According to the operator, the hall hosts comedy and cabaret shows. For speeches and program items I agree with you where my booth stands in the hall.
imaj Events lists company parties and staff parties as occasions. According to the operator, up to 350 guests fit depending on the configuration, and a permanent stage is included. Depending on the number of guests I choose the system that suits your room and set it up before doors open.
SERVENTO lists company party among its occasions. According to the operator, the bright event hall holds up to 90 people, and the roof terrace looks out toward the Imperial Castle. In a hall of this size I keep my equipment compact, so your team keeps room for conversation and dancing.
Hotel Rottner lists corporate events as an occasion. According to the operator, the garden pavilion with dance floor has room for 40 to 99 people. For guests in this number I arrange my setup so that speeches, dinner and dancing alternate well in the pavilion, and we discuss that with you beforehand.
The Mississippi Queen lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the event ship offers a view of the water. On a ship I clarify beforehand with the operator and with you how I set up my equipment and align it with your schedule.

Who I am
A corporate audience listens differently from private guests, and I bring this experience to you in Nuremberg. Since 1998 my path has led from the club to the parties I have played for companies and private clients since 2004, over 1,450 events in total. Nuremberg is the center of a European metropolitan region, and your occasion deserves music there that fits the setting.
I stay in the background myself, and the music carries your evening. In the preliminary talk by phone or video call I agree on schedule and equipment with you, including must-plays and no-plays. I handle setup and soundcheck myself, at least two hours before the start. My own edits ensure your evening runs without a break from the speech to the dancing.

Whether a track carries the younger or the older guests along, I hear during the evening and not only afterwards. This balancing act has worked for me since 2004, including for clients such as Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon. Between dinner and party I build in buffers so a long speech does not slow your mood. I cover up to 150 guests with my complete equipment, and for larger groups I bring in proven technical partners.

To start, you send me your music wishes, and after that a lot gets settled directly with your venue and other service providers, whom I contact myself. Who your guests are and what atmosphere you want, we clarify in a video call that commits you to nothing.

I arrive well before the start, set up the system calmly and also tear it down again after the last track.

+49 176 700 580 27I am happy to integrate a well-functioning house system, and my controller and laptop are always with me anyway. If it has aged or is too weak for your hall, I prefer to bring in my own PA. Whether that helps you, we discuss beforehand in a conversation, before further details are fixed.
The room and number of guests determine which equipment I bring, so it grows with the participant list of your event. For around 100 people my standard package is enough. If it gets larger, I pack my more powerful system and cover up to 150 guests with it.
We plan the welcome, awards and program together with you in the briefing. Once dinner, speeches and supporting program are over, I start the music at the moment your guests seem ready for it. I pick up the microphone only for announcements and speeches, and otherwise I hold back.
At the reception I play quiet tracks for chatting, and then in the hall I switch to the mix for the dance floor. I plan this transition in from the start, even in case the schedule shifts. We discuss rooms and procedures with you and the venue beforehand.
Billing happens only after the event: you then receive your invoice from me and can pay within 7 days. If you write to me, you receive a reply within one business day. For corporate events you should allow a lead time of three to six months, and a bit earlier in summer.
Gladly, I let a saxophonist from my network join my mix, and the same goes for violin, percussion or vocals. The performance suits the start of the party well or works as a small interlude after the main course. We will set the right moment together with you.

Service area
I am also available for corporate events in Ingolstadt, Regensburg and Eichstätt. The page with the service areas at the very bottom shows you where else I stand behind the decks for you.
This is how I proceed with companies: first you tell me the occasion, date and number of guests, then we talk about your wishes in a video call, and shortly before the party we fix the schedule in the briefing. On the day of the party I set up before your guests arrive and test the sound. I serve smaller and medium groups with my own system, and for large events I bring in technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
