Corporate celebrations in Fürth
Whether hall, event space or inn: I tailor the sound system and setup to your program, which makes coordinating with me easier for you. Five addresses, from the historic lodge hall to the event hall with a stage, show you how different a company evening in this city can look, in a hall, at an inn or in a garden.
For your event in Fürth you choose between the historic Logenhaus, a forest lodge with a garden and a hall with a stage, and each of these rooms calls for a different setup. So the first thing I ask about is guest count, program and the order of your evening.
If your evening starts with speeches and ends with dancing, I only start the music once the official part is over. I bring and collect speakers, cables and stands myself, so your people don't have to lend a hand.
The Logenhaus names corporate events and gala events as possible occasions. According to the operator, the lodge hall measures 160 square meters and holds 60 to 120 guests. Where my booth stands and how reception, speeches and dancing fit together, I agree with you in advance.
The Alte Forsthaus lists company parties among its occasions and explicitly mentions summer parties and Christmas parties. According to the operator, a lighting and sound system, projector and screen are available. Whether I use the house system or bring my own, we'll settle together in advance.
The Eventhalle lists company parties, Christmas parties and corporate presentations as occasions. According to the operator, the hall holds up to 200 people and has a stage, and there is a bar in the foyer. For the welcome, awards and program, I agree with you where my booth stands in the hall.
Zum Tannenbaum lists company parties and Christmas parties among its occasions. According to the operator, there is a tavern room with about 60 seats, a fireplace room with around 45 seats, plus a beer garden and a courtyard. For groups of this size I keep my equipment compact so conversations keep their space.
The restaurant Grüner Baum names company parties as its first occasion and, by its own account, describes varied event rooms in a historic building. How speeches, dinner and music flow into one another across the rooms, we discuss in advance with you and the venue.

Who I am
A corporate audience listens differently from a wedding party, and I bring that experience to Fürth. Since 1998 my path has led from the club to the celebrations I've accompanied for companies and private clients since 2004, over 1450 events in total. German railway history began in Fürth in 1835, and your occasion too deserves music that suits a place with tradition.
I stay in the background myself, the music carries your evening. In a preliminary talk by phone or video call, we clarify the schedule and equipment with you, including must-plays and no-plays. I handle the setup and soundcheck myself, at the latest two hours before the start. Thanks to my edits, your evening runs from the speech to the dancing without a break.

At the start you send me your music requests; much else I clarify directly with the venue and other providers, whom I contact myself. Who your guests are and what mood you want, we discuss in a video call that doesn't obligate you to anything.

Whether seventies, nineties or current charts: we put together the music selection with you in advance, and I blend the genres into one another.
I arrive on site well before the start, set up the system calmly and take it down again after the last track. About 2.5 m of width and 1.5 m of depth are enough, and under normal conditions (car close to the setup spot, no stairs or elevators) the setup takes around 40 minutes.

For a gala or company anniversary, too, I play with the same care as for a staff party, from the guests' arrival to the wind-down.

I wait until the speech has been given and only fade the music in when the room is ready. For your guests, the shift from the official part to the party feels relaxed rather than forced.
I start with tracks people like to hum along to and let the dance floor grow instead of demanding it right away. Those who only listen at first usually find their own way in, because they don't feel watched.
December Fridays are especially in demand with me, so please get in touch early; otherwise four to eight weeks' lead time is usually enough. With the date and venue I check right away whether your date is still available.
After the event my invoice goes to you, payable within a week. After your inquiry you'll hear from me the same or the following working day.
A singer from my network is happy to join my set, as are saxophone, violin or percussion. Whether as a surprise after the speech or to open the dance floor, you decide together with me.
A corporate event with a DJ starts at around €1,400 net, plus VAT. Duration, guest count, equipment and program determine what gets added. What is included is on the pricing page. Travel to Fürth is charged fairly by distance; the quote states the cost up front.
At corporate events that is the organiser, i.e. your company as the client: it registers the music with GEMA and bears the fee. Hotels and event venues often have a blanket agreement; a call to the venue clears that up quickly. Otherwise I am happy to help with registration and tariff choice; the amount depends on the type and size of the event.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

Service area
I'm also there for corporate events in Nuremberg, Eichstätt and Würzburg. Where else I stand behind the decks for you, you'll find in the overview of service areas at the very bottom.
This is how I work with companies: First you tell me the occasion, date and number of guests, in a video call we talk about your wishes, and shortly before the event we set the schedule in a briefing. On the day of the event I set up before your guests arrive and check the sound. Small and medium-sized events I supply with my own system; for large events I bring in technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
