Company parties in and around Donauwörth
Company parties in castle halls, hotels and castles around Donauwörth are familiar territory for me, and that spares your team some coordination. Eight addresses between the Danube, the Lech and the Ries show how different your company party can turn out, from the conference room to the monastery complex.
A local hotel has lighting and audio equipment for performances in its facilities, and its hall for a maximum of 120 guests can be divided if you need that. For your big programme item, a castle from the neighbourhood lists corporate events and concerts as an occasion, and 255 people fit in its hall in rows. If your team wants to stay on its own, a castle on the Lech hosts only one event per day, and around 120 guests have room there.
For a gala or awards evening, a violin can join my DJ set on request, for atmosphere from the first note. On request I align my uplights with your schedule, so that dinner, programme and party each have their own lighting mood.
At Schloss Harburg there is the Fürstensaal, a Baroque hall of 232 m², heated and reachable by lift. For speeches and programme I plan the sound reinforcement so that every seat in the hall hears equally well.
In the old town of Wemding, the Akzent Hotel Meerfräulein hosts corporate events, conferences and Christmas parties. The Bräuhaussaal holds up to 200 guests. For your evening I clearly separate speeches and dance music, so that both come across well in the hall.
In Allmannshofen, Kloster Holzen, as a hotel for company parties and client events, offers a terrace for 80, plus the vaulted restaurant for 100 and a Jägerstüble for 30. In the house there are 63 rooms for guests staying overnight. I tailor the music to the room you choose for your team or your clients.
Microphone, projector and screen are available, and the room is step-free. For your evening I add equipment only where it is needed, for example for dance music after the programme.
In Donauwörth on Reichsstraße, the Haus Goldener Hirsch, a hotel, offers a conference room for up to 50 people in parliamentary seating and about 150 seats in the restaurant. There are also 25 rooms. Whether an evening with music is possible in the restaurant, you clarify briefly with the hotel, and I adapt the set-up accordingly.
Schloss Oberndorf am Lech is let for company parties, and there is only a single party per day. There is no overnight accommodation in the house. I plan the music so that the reception in the inner courtyard and the evening in the Marstall fit together.
In Mündling near Harburg, the Landgasthof Weberhans hosts company parties as well as family celebrations. For an evening at the country inn I keep the equipment compact and set the volume for conversation during the meal and for dancing afterwards.
Seminars, conferences and business meetings are among the occasions of the Parkhotel Donauwörth. Up to 120 guests are possible in the Panorama banquet hall, the hall can be divided into two parts, and lighting and audio equipment are part of the facilities. For your company evening I take over the dance music on the parquet after the programme.

If 150 people or more finally sign up, the technology grows with a partner from my network, and searching for and coordinating a second provider is not something you have to do. I coordinate the number of guests in advance with the venue and your other service providers.
Without a socket in the park, I set up my battery system, and the music runs for you anyway. A castle on the Lech lists corporate parties among its occasions, and besides the park there is a room for dancing with a fireplace and terrace, to which you can move later. For the indoor part my equipment then only needs a standard power connection within reach of the decks.
A hotel in town has 25 rooms that you can enquire about for your project team, and a room where up to 50 people meet at rows of tables. The hotel's restaurant has about 150 seats, and whether an evening with music is possible there, please clarify directly with the hotel. Many hotels work with fixed decibel limits or with a limiter; please raise this early with me and with the hotel.
If you like, I will set up a karaoke system with a large song catalogue and two wireless microphones attached, so that is enough for a duet. I announce who sings at the microphone, and I guide you through the remaining programme items as host. Whether karaoke fits your evening, we clarify in the non-binding video call that follows your enquiry.
I do not end your evening at a fixed minute but go by how full the dance floor is. If you want to extend spontaneously, simply talk to me at the decks and we will sort it out on the spot. Whether an extension is possible in the house, I agree in advance with the venue.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
