Company parties around Augsburg
From many evenings in the region I know how halls, estates and congress centres tick, and I bring that knowledge into the coordination with your team. These eight addresses range from the congress centre to the country estate and show how different your company party can turn out here.
For your big gala, a congress centre from 1972 lists corporate events, galas and balls as occasions, and the congress hall holds up to about 1,430 people depending on seating. If you have a roadshow or conference coming up, an event location with three rooms lists both as occasions, as well as gala and corporate events. For company and Christmas parties of up to 140 people, a castle inn in the city hosts the evening for you.
I also handle the music for a party of up to 500 guests from your company. Which of these formats it will be, we discuss after your enquiry in a non-binding video call.
The congress centre in the Wittelsbacher Park dates from 1972. Depending on seating, the congress hall holds up to about 1,430 people, the baramundi hall 330 and the foyer 800. For a programme with speeches followed by a party, I plan the sound for hall and foyer separately.
The traditional hotel in the city centre has twelve event rooms. The tea hall with glass dome, stage and dance floor holds 60 to 500 guests, and the lounge terrace up to 200. For a reception on the terrace and a party in the hall, the music can move along with your guests.
Two halls of about 440 square metres each and a courtyard are available at the country estate, and the venue hosts corporate events with around 300 guests. I structure the evening into reception, programme and dancing and coordinate the transitions with you.
The event location is spread over 2,240 square metres in three rooms; gala and corporate events, roadshows and conferences take place here. A day programme followed by a party can thus be handled in one venue, and I coordinate the equipment for the evening with you.
The Kolpingsaal of the house holds up to 350 guests as a whole and 220 when divided, for company parties and anniversaries. For presentations, the house offers technical support. Between a talk and the party I switch seamlessly from background music to dance music.
For company parties, the location at the Friedberger See is booked; roughly 40 to 250 people are welcome there. That suits speeches and presentations, followed by the dance music.
The country estate in Kissing offers company festivals, conferences and seminars a vaulted cellar that holds up to 100 people and a drive-in barn floor of more than 600 square metres. 500 parking spaces are available on site. Seminar by day, party in the evening: I align the music with the flow of your day.
Company and Christmas parties of up to 140 people are hosted by the castle inn at the foot of the Fuggerschloss. In summer, a sun terrace and beer garden are added. I plan the outdoor reception and the evening in the parlour according to the weather.

I coordinate the music wish list, venue and other service providers with you down to the detail in a joint preliminary talk. About seven days beforehand, we go through the evening once more by phone, including your no-gos and special moments.

If there is no power connection outside, the music runs on my battery setup. If, on the other hand, a normal socket is available near the DJ, all my equipment manages with that.
I give your awards ceremony the same musical standard as any other evening, from the welcome to the hosting at the end. I host through every single programme item of the evening myself. For the thank-you speeches of the award winners I keep two wireless microphones ready.
Company parties with up to 500 guests are also part of my offer, so your annual party fits in. From 150 people, an experienced event technology company that I bring in through my network is added. I coordinate this setup in advance with your venue and the other service providers.
Next to a congress centre that lists galas as an occasion there is a hotel where you can request rooms for your colleagues after the party. For your gala, the venue lists corporate events, galas and balls, and its foyer holds up to 800 people. For setup and sound check I reserve two hours or more before the start on the gala day.
Whether classics from the 70s onwards for the management or current charts for the apprentices, both are part of my range, which we agree on beforehand. I also include electro swing and R&B in the selection if your team likes it. Must-play tracks, taboos and the taste of your workforce you fix with me in the preliminary talk.

This is how I work with companies in Augsburg: I answer your enquiry within one day, and a short video call is usually enough to clarify the occasion, guest count, the flow of dinner and programme and the musical taste of your workforce. About a week before the date, we go through the schedule and requested tracks in the final briefing, and on the day of the event I set up one and a half to two hours before doors open and do the sound check. Up to 150 people I bring the equipment myself; for larger events I work with experienced technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
