Company parties in and around Freising
I have seen many different schedules at company parties in halls, barns and country inns in the region, and that helps your team with preparation. Eight venues show how different your company party can turn out, from the municipal Luitpoldhalle to the Schlossbräukeller in Au.
For a corporate event, the format determines my setup, because a hall with room for 1,230 people calls for something different than an exclusively booked barn. You can use the municipal hall in Freising with its own lighting and sound, up to 1,230 people fit in without seating, and a barn with hotel rooms is available for smaller groups.
For congresses and balls, I like to integrate existing equipment and add only what your program additionally needs. I shape the path from dinner through the speeches to the dancing with you in advance, so that nobody perceives the transition as a break. Setup, sound check and teardown are entirely up to me, so your team does not have to touch any equipment before or afterwards.
The Luitpoldhalle is the municipal event hall in Freising, intended for balls, congresses and concerts. Without seating it holds 1,230 people, with ball seating 594 to 670, and the Black Box 455. Lighting and sound equipment are available, and catering is attached. What I add to the hall's equipment, I agree on with you in advance.
Hohenkammer Castle is a conference hotel and estate ensemble with several banquet halls, where corporate and private events take place. The hotel is on site, so an evening may run longer. For the transition from speeches and dinner to the dance floor, I tune the sound to the chosen hall.
The Landgasthof Hofmeier in Hetzenhausen hosts company parties and conferences. On the lower level there are seminar rooms for up to 110 people with presentation technology, and the Salettl conservatory holds up to 110 guests for the evening. If the program runs during the day and the party in the evening, we plan the transition together in advance.
In Kirchdorf an der Amper you will find Schuhbauers Tenne, where room dividers create space for 50 to 550 people, and it is equipped for conferences, seminars and product presentations, including conference and sound technology. It can be booked with or without catering. I add to the house equipment whatever your evening needs in terms of music.
Oberhaindlfing is where Geltl's Event hosts corporate events, anniversaries, Christmas parties and team events. For the reception in the beer garden I use a battery-powered system, and in the hall I make sure the sound reaches all tables evenly.
In Neufahrn, Bahnhofstraße 54, the Maisberger hotel inn hosts parties and company parties, namely in the Atrium restaurant, in the guest rooms and in the Bavaria side room. For the side room, a slim setup is enough.
The Fuchswirt in Allershausen hosts corporate events; the small private dining room seats 25 people, and the banquet hall seats up to 200. Hotel rooms are on site, and for your party the house can also open outside regular hours. For the evening after the meal, I set up the system to suit the room.
The Schlossbräukeller near Au, Schlossbräugasse 2, accepts company parties and rents out the malt barn, brewhouse, Bierteufel and Schlossbräukeller on request with catering. In summer the beer garden complements the evening. For speeches and the dance music afterwards, I agree on the volume with you.

In the preliminary call, we go through the evening in Freising completely: reception, welcome, speeches, dinner, dancing. Each item gets its own music from me. I have been a DJ since 1998 and started in clubs; since 2004 I have mainly played at company parties and private events, over 1,450 in total. We set the schedule together.
I transport the equipment myself, from the microphone for the speakers to the sound for the dance floor. Restraint is part of my profession; the music should work, not be explained. My own blend of edits and transitions turns individual tracks into one continuous evening.

I always bring my laptop and my booth with Pioneer or Denon controllers, and my own PA is ready in the car as well. Which parts of the hall I incorporate, we will decide together before your congress program is set.
Within your booked time there is no fixed cut-off point with me; the mood in the room decides the end. If you want to go on longer, we briefly check in during the evening and extend without any rush. After the end I take everything down on my own, without your team having to help.
Announcements and the welcome are part of my performance on request, and a wireless microphone is always ready for them. How much you want me to speak, we will discuss in advance, from program transitions to guiding your guests. An additional host is not necessary at galas and awards; I take care of the flow.
Wireless LED uplights bathe the hall in your chosen color, including the shades of your company. Depending on the phase of the evening, I change the light color, from a calm dinner to the party, and there are no trip hazards from cables. I start setting up, including the sound check, at least two hours before the start, so the lighting is ready when your guests arrive.
On request, I bring a karaoke system with a large song catalog and two wireless microphones. It brings your team together after dinner, and it is also conceivable as an evening of its own. How it fits into your schedule, we will discuss in the preliminary call.

I work with companies in Freising in four steps: you describe the occasion and number of guests, we discuss everything in a video call, in the briefing we set the schedule and requested songs, and on the day of the event I set up before doors open. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
