Company parties in Ulm
Whether hall, brewery or terrace with a view: I have the typical flows of a company party in mind, so you have to explain less during planning. Five venues, from the historic wooden dome hall to the casino room with a view, show you how varied company evenings in this city can be, from team dinner to company party.
For your party in Ulm there is a surprising variety of formats. The wooden dome hall in one venue is designed, according to the operator, for up to 120 people, the casino room in another for up to 300, and I align my technology accordingly. Which setup is needed depends on the room, so I first ask you about format and number of participants.
If your group changes rooms during the evening, I think with you about which area makes sense for music and where conversation takes priority. I enter dinner, speeches and awards in the schedule, so the music does not overlay any important moment for you. Before your guests arrive I set everything up myself and clear it away afterwards; you have no work with the technology.
Hotel & Gasthof Löwen in Wiblingen lists company party as an occasion. The historic wooden dome hall is designed, according to the operator, for up to 120 people, including a dance floor and an area for band or DJ. I plan my booth and system so that your team keeps enough room to dance on this floor.
The ulmerflieger lists company anniversaries and Christmas parties among its occasions, and from the venue the view stretches over Ulm. In the casino room, according to the operator, up to 300 guests are possible. With a group of this size you check with me beforehand whether my technology is enough or partners are added.
Maritim Hotel Ulm lists company parties and staff parties as occasions. According to the operator, the Bonn room has space for up to 110 people with a view of the Danube, and the Kepler room offers more space. Depending on whether you book the Bonn room or the Kepler room, my setup differs, and we discuss the plan for it in advance.
Elis Palace lists company parties and Christmas party as occasions. According to the operator, large celebrations are possible for up to 250 people, small ones from 40 people, and a large terrace is also part of the venue. For both scales I have suitable technology ready; whether indoors or outdoors, we discuss in advance.
The Barfüßer Hausbrauerei lists company events and Christmas parties as occasions for private events on request. I make no statements here about rooms and space; it is best to ask the venue. Once it is settled where your team celebrates, I adapt my setup.

I have experience with corporate audiences, and I bring it to your event. I have been a DJ since 1998, with roots in the club scene, and since 2004 at private and corporate celebrations, over 1,450 events in total. Your event in Ulm gets reliable technology from me.
In the preliminary talk by phone or video call I coordinate the schedule with you. I keep myself in the background, and the music does the talking. My own edits connect the speech part of your evening with the dancing. You receive a written offer from me.

01Guiding company parties of up to 500 guests musically is part of my everyday work, tailoring the selection to your company and still getting your workforce dancing. Which song works for which age group, I sense over the course of the evening and adapt my set continuously. My client list with Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon proves that I manage both, and have done so since 2004. For the transition from dinner to party I build buffer time into your schedule, so your guests do not have to warm up again after a lengthy speech. For a workforce of about 150 people I provide all the technology myself; for larger groups I bring in technology partners, about whom I inform you in advance.

Your music wish list kicks things off, then I clarify with the venue and other parties, without any effort on your part, what is technically needed. Who is to speak, when there will be dancing and where it stays quiet, we set out beforehand in a conversation as a common thread.

About two hours before it starts I arrive at the venue, set everything up without haste and take it down again after the final song.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system is also suitable for music, I connect my equipment to it; my laptop with controller comes along in any case. If the house only has a speech system or your hall needs more punch, my own PA takes over the sound. We decide together what suits you in the first phone call.
My sound system is tailored to room and number of participants, so it can grow with your list. With my standard package I cover up to about 100 people. If your list grows further, I use my stronger system instead, which covers about 150 guests.
I go through the flow of menu, speeches and dance floor with you in advance, so I kick in at the right moment. I only announce speeches and awards if you want that; otherwise the music alone does the talking. That way you need not fear a break between the official part and the celebration.
During the standing reception I keep the music subtle so your guests can talk undisturbed. When your party moves into the hall, I switch to tracks for dancing. I set this transition with you in advance and coordinate it with the venue.
Only after your evening is over does my invoice reach you, and you have 7 days for the transfer. You get a reply to your inquiry from me the following day. It is best to plan three to six months for your event, and more before Christmas and in summer.
I arrange a saxophonist or a violinist for you from my network; vocals and percussion are also conceivable. The musician plays along to my tracks and fits into my mix. Whether the musician should join only when the dancing starts or already during dinner, we discuss with you beforehand.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

My planning for your company party in Ulm follows a fixed pattern: first you tell me the occasion, date and number of participants, then we go through your wishes by video call. We fix the exact schedule with you in the briefing, which takes place a few days before the date. On the day of the event I am on site before the first guests, set up and test the sound. With my own technology I fully cover manageable groups; for large events I work together with technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
