Company parties in Ingolstadt
I have often experienced how conferences, receptions and company parties run in hotels, halls and taverns, and that brings your team clear planning. From the ballroom in the Stadttheater to the country inn in Oberstimm: these eight addresses show how different your company party around Ingolstadt can turn out.
If you plan an evening with talks in front of a large audience, a hall is available in the city that, depending on seating, takes 200 to more than a thousand people. You celebrate by the water in a house whose large hall takes up to 500 guests and comes with stage as well as sound and projection technology. A hotel lists conferences and corporate events as an occasion, so you can plan the specialist programme by day and the evening party afterwards under one roof.
At galas and awards I guide the schedule myself, with programme handovers and speaker announcements, so you do not need a separate host. For the change from the official part to celebrating, my wireless LED uplights bathe the hall in your chosen colour, matching dinner, programme and party.
The ballroom in the Stadttheater holds 200 to 1,300 people depending on seating and is used for concerts, presentations and corporate events. For a large programme I align the sound with the respective seating, so that even the last row understands everything.
The Maritim Hotel on the Schloßlände hosts conferences and corporate events, including the roof terrace with bar and a view of the New Castle. Up top at the reception a battery system that needs no socket is enough, and the programme downstairs gets its own sound.
The tavern at the Auwaldsee has halls for company parties; the large hall holds up to 500 people. Stage as well as sound and projection technology are available, and as DJ I add what your dance floor still lacks.
The Heidehof in Gaimersheim offers modern conference rooms, banquets and corporate events with up-to-date equipment, plus 113 rooms for guests from further away. The question of capacity for your team is best discussed briefly with the house. I tune the evening after the banquet to the dance floor.
In Oberstimm your group meets at the Euringer country inn, in the Elsa room, which is equipped with projector, flipchart and Wi-Fi and has space for 30 people. For the wind-down at the country inn I keep the sound so that conversations at the table remain possible.
Its parlours in Etting are available for company parties, and the family has run the Schlosswirt in its fourth generation. The size of your group is best discussed briefly with the house.
In Unsernherrn, company parties are held in the hall next to the Peterwirt inn, and in summer the beer garden complements the house. 14 rooms provide overnight places for guests from further away. I tune sound and break music to your hall.
Conferences and corporate events take place at the Anker on Tränktorstraße, an inn with hotel, including the dining room with 90 seats as well as side rooms for 35 and for 55 guests. I align the music for the part after the programme with your room.

My background is the clubs where I started in 1998; since 2004 I have looked after companies and private clients, more than 1,450 events in total. I provide speakers and wireless microphones myself, and setup and soundcheck take place before the guests arrive. The mood should stand out, not the DJ. +49 176 700 580 27That several generations sit in the room at company parties, I plan in from the start, as well as the sequence of dinner, speeches and party. Must-plays, no-plays and the general musical taste of your workforce we go through together beforehand in conversation. My range runs from the 70s to the current charts, and you define the weighting with me in advance.
I do not prescribe a fixed closing minute; when it ends is decided by your team's dance floor. If the wish for an extension arises in the evening, speak to me directly on site, and we settle it together. Afterwards I take everything down alone, and at the end of the night your colleagues have to neither coil cables nor carry speakers.
At the shore I work with a battery that lasts up to 5 hours without any power connection. Please tell me about the site without power right when you book, so that the battery is firmly planned for your summer party. If there is a socket near the decks at the shore after all, that single one is enough for all of my equipment including lighting.
During dinner I play discreet background music, and I take over the party afterwards as well. This transition is one of the most delicate moments of a celebration for me, and that is why we go through the schedule with you on the phone a week beforehand. I am on site at least two hours before dinner and set up, so the first course does not have to wait for my soundcheck.
Dates for Christmas parties are booked early with me, so September is a good time for your enquiry. A company party often manages with six to eight weeks' lead time; a large annual celebration with a gala I prefer to plan three to six months ahead. By one day after your message at the latest, you will know from me whether your Friday is still available.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
