Whether parlor, inn or hotel hall: I align setup and sound with your schedule. That makes coordination with me easy for your team. Six venues from the inn to the historic hall show you the range possible for your company evening, from a small circle in the parlor to a large gathering.
In the shadow of the Zugspitze, you find everything for your company party between a cozy parlor and a wide hall: according to the operator, one hotel has three rooms for up to 35 people, in the historic Schäfflersaal of an inn up to 160 are seated, and I align my equipment with these sizes. Since setup and arrangements depend on the respective room, I first ask you about the format and number of guests for your evening.
If your party starts with an outdoor reception and then moves indoors, I go through both phases with you early on. We clarify the order of menu, speeches and dancing with you in the briefing, and at the decisive moments I step back musically. I do setup and teardown alone; your team does not have to provide any help.
The Werdenfelserei lists company party and Christmas party as occasions and has a roof terrace on the 4th floor. According to the operator, up to 120 guests are possible for the Christmas party. For a group of this size, for example at a Christmas party, I plan my system to suit room and floor, and I agree the route for my equipment with the venue in advance.
The Graseck above the Partnach Gorge lists corporate event and anniversary as occasions. According to the operator, the restaurants hold up to 100 guests, the fireplace restaurant up to 90. With exclusive rental, celebrating into the night with live music or a DJ is possible, and as a program item the venue offers a torchlight hike through the gorge. I align my equipment with the area your group gets.
At Hotel Staudacherhof, which lists company parties and anniversaries among its occasions, three rooms hold up to 35 people according to the operator. For such a small group I keep my setup lean and tune the sound to the room you book.
The Fraundorfer hotel and inn in Partenkirchen lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the restaurant has 180 seats, the terrace 70, and the house offers a Bavarian entertainment programme. At this size, I will agree with you how my music fits the venue's own programme.
Fischer's Mohrenplatz is a tavern with a beer garden and lists corporate events and Christmas parties among its occasions. According to the operator, the menu is put together personally with the guest. The operator does not give a guest number, so please ask the tavern directly. In a tavern I keep the equipment lean and adapt the setup to your guest count.
Gasthof Werdenfelser Hof in Partenkirchen lists company parties and conferences among its occasions. According to the operator, the historic Schäfflersaal holds up to 160 people and the Kaminstüberl up to 35. For a hall of this size I set up my system so that speeches and dance music stay clearly audible everywhere.

Who I am
Technology and setup come first for me: I bring the sound system, wireless microphones and lighting myself and check them in a soundcheck before your guests arrive. The fourth Winter Olympics took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 1936, and I prepare your event with the same commitment to reliability. I run the controller and laptop in duplicate, which means backup safety for you.
From the club in 1998, since 2004 my work has become private and corporate celebrations, over 1,450 events. I stay in the background and let the music speak, with my own edits instead of hard cuts. A backup DJ network is ready for you in an emergency.

+49 176 700 580 27If the venue's system is up to it, I connect my controller there and save you the setup of my PA. If it is too weak for your room, I unpack my own. What is right for your evening, we discuss in advance in a talk.
I adapt my system to the room and guest count, so it grows with your participant list. The standard package serves around 100 people; for larger groups I bring the stronger system for up to 150 guests.
I agree on the transitions with you in advance so that my music begins at exactly the right moment after the meal and the speech. My microphone mostly stays off for you; I switch it on only for brief notes in the program. That way your guests experience the evening as a whole, with no noticeable break between speech and dance.
During the welcome outdoors, I provide a subtle soundscape, and only in the hall do I start my mix. I plan the transition and a solution for bad weather in from the beginning. It is best to discuss rooms and times with the venue early, and I then coordinate with you.
After the event, I issue you an invoice payable within 7 days. I usually get back to your inquiry the same day or the next. For Christmas parties and summer parties you should inquire early; for a corporate event I recommend at least three months in advance, better up to six.
That works: through my network I arrange saxophone, violin, percussion or vocals, and the live music blends into my mix. I use it most effectively as the kick-off of your party or as an interlude between main course and dessert. You discuss the right moment for the live performance with me in advance.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

Everything begins with your message, in which you tell me the occasion, date and approximate guest count. In a video call we discuss your wishes, and shortly before the date we fix the schedule in the briefing. On the day of the celebration I set up before the first guests arrive and check the sound in the room. I supply small and medium groups with my own equipment; for large celebrations I bring in a technology partner.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
