A hall with a stage, a conference hotel and an inn each need their own sound, which is why I tailor my set-up to your venue and your schedule. I show you four venues, from the municipal hall with a stage to the hotel with a conference area, and I align my equipment and my schedule to suit your room.
Whether it is a department evening at a hotel or a party for the whole workforce in the big hall, the options here are wide, and my setup always follows your number of attendees. Before I settle on technology and music, I clarify the format, number of attendees and programme with you.
If your evening begins with a standing reception and a programme follows later, we build both parts into your schedule. I take care of set-up and dismantling completely, and your team does not need to provide anything for it.
The city explicitly rents out its hall for corporate events, conferences and product presentations, and also mentions balls and dance events. The large hall measures 531 m², the stage 85 m². With a programme on stage and dancing in front, I plan equipment and volume so that both work in the same room.
The Upper House in Aystetten lists conferences and corporate events as occasions and, according to the operator, allows you to hire service providers such as a DJ yourself. Two halls and a beer garden are available. If your evening begins outdoors, I prepare a solution that works without mains power.
In Steppach the hotel hosts conferences and celebrations, with rooms for up to 120 people according to the operator. Those who stay longer after a conference stay overnight in the house. For an evening of this size I bring a system that transmits speeches clearly and afterwards carries dance music.
The Ringhotel in Augsburg-Oberhausen lists company anniversaries as an occasion and has its own area for conferences. The Karl Valentin hall holds up to 180 guests, and the house accommodates up to 300 people in total. With you I clarify whether the anniversary programme, meal and music take place in the same room.

Who I am
I have played at business events since 2004, and in clubs from 1998 before that; by now it is more than 1450 events. For your event in Neusäß I come to you from Aichach. In a preliminary call by phone or video, I agree the schedule, speeches and programme items with you.

+49 176 700 580 27I divide the evening into phases: discreet lounge music for the reception, calm songs for dinner, and a faster tempo after the speeches. When each phase begins depends on your programme. If you wish, I open the dance floor with a song that gets your colleagues going straight away.
For smaller groups my basic equipment is enough without reinforcement; for more attendees I bring the stronger system, which also covers 150 guests. Tell me the room and number of attendees in advance, and I will plan the setup accordingly.
With a mixed crowd I choose songs that work for clients and team alike, and I watch who dances when. In advance, you tell me names or songs that do not fit at all. When in doubt, I keep the music in the background.
Christmas parties are concentrated in a few weeks in December, so I recommend getting in touch early. For other occasions, three to six months' notice usually lets you plan without stress. I reply to your message within 24 hours and tell you openly whether the date is free.
A backup system stays within reach so that your evening does not stall. Should I myself be unable to attend due to illness, an equally qualified colleague from my network takes over under the agreed conditions.

You tell me the occasion, date and approximate number of attendees. In a video call I talk with you about the programme and musical taste, and in a briefing shortly before the event we fix the schedule. On the day I set up before your guests arrive and check the sound. For large formats I bring in a partner for event technology.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
