Wedding venues in and around Neusäß
A hall with a stage, a hotel on the edge of town and an inn in a district each call for a different concept, which is why I plan the set-up and sound for your venue individually with you. I show you five venues around Neusäß, from the Stadthalle in the centre to the hotel inn in Horgau, and for each one we think together about which set-up your room needs.
Around Neusäß the choice ranges from the municipal hall to hotels on the Augsburg city edge and an inn in the neighbouring village, and each venue requires a different set-up from me. How much equipment I bring is determined by floor space and number of guests, so I ask you about both first.
If you start with an outdoor reception, I prepare a battery-powered system, and for the evening in the hall I switch to the large sound system. We set the timing for that together in your schedule.
The municipal hall in the centre has a large hall of 531 m² and a stage of 85 m², and the city explicitly lists weddings in its frequently asked questions. With a hall of this size, we discuss in advance where the desk and speakers go so that stage and dance floor work together.
The Ringhotel in Augsburg-Oberhausen offers wedding menus and accommodates up to 300 people in total. The Karl Valentin hall measures 140 m² and holds up to 180 guests, or 150 at a banquet. For a party in the garden, the hotel provides space on request. Depending on the hall, we consider whether the dance floor goes in front of or beside the table.
The Upper House in Aystetten has a dedicated page for weddings, and according to the operator you may bring your own service providers such as a DJ, photographer or florist. You can celebrate indoors or outdoors, and a beer garden belongs to the house. If you want the drinks reception under open sky and the dancing in the hall, we discuss how the music moves outside with you.
In the district of Steppach, the brewery inn offers rooms for up to 120 people and, besides celebrations and conferences, has a wedding room ready. If you celebrate here, you can stay overnight in the house. For a party of this size a medium set-up is enough for me, which we agree in advance with you and the venue.
The Flair Hotel in Horgau puts weddings under the motto Liebevoll heiraten. The house includes a restaurant, a beer garden in good weather and the rustic G'wölb for relaxed celebrations. Because of the mix of garden and vaults, I plan two music moments with you, one outside and one inside.
I took the details on rooms and capacities from the operators' and the city's websites (as of October 2026). Whether your preferred date is free and what exactly is possible, you will learn directly from the venue.
I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
My path to wedding music led through the club: I started there in 1998, since 2004 I have been playing at private and corporate celebrations, and more than 650 weddings have shaped my way of working. I accompany your celebration in Neusäß from Aichach, and I know the route well.
I keep to the background, the music speaks, and the family gets room for its moments. My own edits connect songs that would otherwise never meet, and when the dance floor is full and the couple is laughing, I know the evening is working.

Request a dateYour enquiry is all it takes to get started: you get my reply within a day. After that, we meet in a non-binding video call, talk about the date, hall and first thoughts, and I present you with a quote.
After you confirm, you get access to the portal, a web app of your own for your wedding with room for song requests, no-gos, schedule and special moments. Shortly before the date, about a week before, we go through everything by phone.
On site, I am there at least two hours earlier, set up in peace and test every note in the hall. I clarify the running order with the celebrant and photographer beforehand, and as soon as the guests arrive, the equipment is nowhere to be seen.
For the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, I offer the right mood instead of an official act. The drinks reception is framed by subtle lounge sounds that invite conversation, and a battery makes music possible even outside without a power connection.
When the menu is served, quiet, atmospheric music creates a feel-good ambience. A wireless microphone is ready for speeches, and games, surprises and the bouquet toss each get their own musical setting from me.
After your opening dance, which I accompany with an edit of your choice, I pick up on the mood in the hall. I adjust the set live and bring all generations together on the dance floor, right up to the very last song.

+49 176 700 580 27I prepare one version of the programme for outdoors and one for indoors and keep both ready. With my small battery-powered system, your reception can move inside at short notice. Whether we move indoors if it rains is something we settle together, well before the date.
I put your speeches into the schedule as fixed blocks, and the music steps back during that time. I wait for the speaker's cue and then go straight into a song your guests can sing along to. If you like, I hand the microphone straight on.
With a long table I place the speakers so that nobody up front gets shouted at and nothing gets swallowed at the back. Up to about 150 guests, my more powerful system covers the room on its own. During set-up I listen from several spots before the first guests arrive.
We enter your no-gos in your wedding portal beforehand, and I stick to them even if a guest shouts for something else in the evening. I only take guests' requests if they fit your line. That way the evening stays your evening.
Yes, I add games, performances and surprises to the schedule as soon as the people involved send me their plan in advance. I set up the microphone, playback and background music to match. We discuss timing and length in a video call so that nothing slows your evening down.
If you want to marry on a Saturday between May and October, it is best to contact me a year ahead. For weekdays and the winter months, three to six months' notice is usually enough for you. If you ask late, I check my calendar and give you a clear answer.

Live music for the reception or dinner, and then a full DJ night anyway? Through my network I can arrange a well-rehearsed band, from a duo to a quartet, with vocals, guitar, piano, percussion or saxophone. Because everything is planned by one person, there is one point of contact, one sound concept and no gap between band and DJ.
