Wedding venues around Pfaffenhofen

Weddings in Pfaffenhofen & Scheyern.

From weddings in monastery taverns, country inns and castles of the region, I know what couples look for when choosing a venue, and I pass that knowledge on to you. Eight venues are ready for your wedding in the Pfaffenhofen area, from the orchard in Scheyern to the glass brewhouse in the middle of town.

Saying yes without a power outlet: wedding in Pfaffenhofen

If you'd like to say yes under the open sky in the town center, a hotel offers a spot on its roof, and its hall holds 200 guests at most. If you'd rather plan something in the countryside, a farm offers ceremonies under old trees beside a little stream and moves to covered rooms if it rains. A barn venue surrounded by greenery also offers the symbolic wedding ceremony, and the sound equipment is already part of the package there.

At each of these spots, my ceremony equipment runs on battery, with no power connection, indoors just as well as outdoors. Tell me at the time of booking where your ceremony takes place and that there's no electricity there, and I'll plan for the batteries from the start.

Klosterschenke Scheyern

Schyrenplatz 1, Scheyern

Next to the monastery tavern in Scheyern lies the Hotel Schyrenhof, so guests from farther away can stay right at the venue. The Schyrensaal holds 50 to 200 people, the Prielhof as well, and the symbolic wedding ceremony takes place in the orchard. For the walk from the orchard into the hall, I bring a battery-powered system that needs no outlet.

Eventtenne

Lebzelterstraße 8, Pfaffenhofen

On Lebzelterstraße, the event barn combines two event rooms of around 700 square meters with 2,500 square meters of green space and a covered terrace. It's designed for 30 to 200 people, a symbolic wedding ceremony is possible, and sound equipment is included in the house. I know the venue in Pfaffenhofen from earlier evenings. Whether room and terrace should work together sonically, we'll agree on beforehand.

Gasthof Schrätzenstaller

Hauptstraße 37, Hettenshausen

Up to 230 guests can celebrate in the banquet hall in Hettenshausen, with a gallery, stage, dance floor and flexible lighting. The rose garden and beer garden are available for the symbolic wedding ceremony and the reception, and there are also guest rooms and a vacation apartment. Outside, the reception runs on a battery-powered system; in the hall, I distribute the sound across the dance floor.

Alea Eco Hotel

Flachsbogen 1, Pfaffenhofen

In the middle of Pfaffenhofen lies the Alea Eco Hotel with a hall for up to 200 people, terraces and a herb garden. The symbolic wedding ceremony is possible on the roof terrace, and the traditional bride-stealing game in the herb garden. I already know the acoustics in Pfaffenhofen. Up on the roof, a slim setup keeps the view of your ceremony clear.

Der Stockerhof

Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm

Der Stockerhof in Pfaffenhofen has rooms called Tradition, Perle, Herkules and Mittelfrüh, plus a garden with old trees and a small stream. In good weather the symbolic wedding ceremony takes place in the garden, otherwise in the lodge, gallery or annex. In the garden as in the lodge, I tune speakers and microphone to your ceremony speaker.

Hotel Moosburger Hof

Moosburger Straße 3, Pfaffenhofen

In the conference and event hotel in the old town, a large hall is available for weddings, and christenings, birthdays and company anniversaries are further occasions the house hosts. You can ask the venue directly about the suitable guest count. From earlier celebrations in Pfaffenhofen I know how the room fills up. Before the doors open, I test the sound in the hall and place the speakers so that the back tables can hear well too.

Brewery restaurant Sudhaus

Hauptplatz 38, Pfaffenhofen

On the main square stands the brewhouse of the family brewery Müllerbräu, a glass-walled brewery restaurant where you dine among the brewing kettles. A wedding celebration is possible here with up to 200 guests if you have the venue to yourselves. Between the kettles and tables, I place the speakers so that your evening comes without echo.

Grantlerwirt

Ziegelstraße 4, Wolnzach

The Grantlerwirt in Wolnzach has an event hall with 200 seats, plus a beer garden with 200 seats and a bar area with a 50-square-meter dance floor. Weddings are among the occasions the inn hosts. I supply the bar with its dance floor with its own pair of speakers so the hall and bar don't compete with each other.

The details come from the venues' own websites (as of October 2026). Please have the venue confirm the room and date before you book.

Symbolic wedding ceremony in Pfaffenhofen

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.

If you'd like a symbolic wedding ceremony, you have plenty of choice around Pfaffenhofen: the Stockerhof offers the garden with old trees, the Alea Eco Hotel the roof terrace, the Gasthof Schrätzenstaller the rose garden and the Klosterschenke Scheyern the orchard, and at the event barn symbolic ceremonies are a fixed part of the program. How your ceremony should sound musically, we'll then think through together.

Who I am

Servus, that's me, Micha.

Pfaffenhofen lies in the Hallertau and has a historic main square that makes a beautiful setting for a wedding. The town is easy to reach from Aichach. I'm a northerner, and by now I've been rooted in Bavaria for over two decades. I started with music in 1998 in clubs. The people who danced there night after night eventually reached marrying age, and so club guests became bridal couples.

Since 2004 I've played almost exclusively private and corporate parties: over 650 weddings, more than 1,450 events in total. I don't push myself forward; my music can do the talking. That includes my own edits, which get Grandma and the best man dancing to the same song, and an evening that stays in your mind for a long time.

How it works

From your inquiry to the last hour of your wedding in Pfaffenhofen.

  1. Enquiry & first chat

Get in touch with a few lines and you will hear from me quickly, after 24 hours at the latest. In the non-binding video call we get to know each other, sort out the date, place and first wishes, and then you receive a concrete quote.

  2. Booking & portal access

Once you say yes to the booking, the wedding portal opens, where you record song requests, special moments, no-gos and the schedule. In the week before, I pick up the phone and we talk through every point calmly.

  3. Set-up & sound check

Long before the first guests arrive, at least two hours earlier, I set up the equipment and do the soundcheck. Whether in the garden or on the terrace, the arrangements with the celebrant and photographer are made in advance, and everything stays invisible.

  4. Ceremony & reception

At the drinks reception, subtle lounge music lets people chat comfortably, outdoors too on battery with no socket. Beforehand, the entrance, exchange of rings and exit get music that works as atmosphere rather than an official act.

  5. Dinner & programme items

While the guests eat, quiet, atmospheric music creates a feeling of wellbeing. Speeches go through a wireless microphone, and for games, surprises and the bouquet toss I supply the right music, so that every part of the programme has its setting.

  6. Opening dance & party

An edit of your choice makes the first dance perfect and opens the evening. After that I see what the dance floor needs, switch my set on the spot and keep all age groups moving until the evening ends.

What couples in Pfaffenhofen want to know.

Will our ceremony speaker be understood in the last row if we marry in the garden under old trees?

Your ceremony speaker talks into a wireless microphone from me, so that even your guests at the very back catch every word. The music also comes in at exactly the right moment for the entrance, ring exchange and exit, because I fix those points with you beforehand. If you'd like live music at the ceremony as well, I can arrange, for example, a violin from my network.

Do we have to book your system too if the equipment is included in our rented barn venue in Pfaffenhofen?

In the preliminary conversation, we'll look together at whether the barn's system is enough for your wedding. If it's good, I play directly through the house system, and the big setup of my own is dropped, which saves us time. As a safeguard, my PA still travels in the trunk, because I never blindly rely on someone else's equipment.

How do you get Grandma and our crowd onto the floor when they like completely different music?

Precisely because guests of different generations celebrate together at a wedding, I work in open format. I switch smoothly between schlager, the 80s, pop, R&B, house and current charts, so your grandma and your crowd take turns hearing their songs. In the wedding portal, you can save must-plays for both sides, as well as a wish list and a no-go list.

What happens if a device at your booth fails in the middle of our opening dance?

For every wedding I pack backup equipment, even duplicates of laptop and controller. A complete failure of your music is therefore practically ruled out. Should I myself be unable to attend, an equally qualified colleague from my DJ network steps in on unchanged terms.

Do you stay longer if our wedding party at the inn with guest rooms wants to keep dancing after midnight?

There's no rigid closing minute with me; your dance floor decides the end. If you feel like extending, we'll sort it out briefly together at the booth. Afterwards I do the teardown alone, so you don't have to worry about a single crate.

Even more options

DJ+ – live musicians right inside my mix.

From my network I bring you musicians for saxophone, percussion, vocals or violin, integrated seamlessly into my set. Which moment suits it, the sparkling wine reception, the entrance to the symbolic wedding ceremony or the opening dance, we'll clarify together with you beforehand.

Saxophonist in warm backlight 01

Sparkling wine reception · First dance

DJ + saxophone

In the evening light in the orchard, a saxophone makes the drinks reception sound light and summery, and the guests gladly linger with a glass in hand.

Percussionist on congas in backlight 02

Party peak · energy on the dance floor

DJ + percussion

In the countryside things can happily get lively, and percussion turns the banqueting hall into a dance floor where even the grandparents sway along.

Singer with a microphone in backlight 03

Entrance · special moments

DJ + vocals

On the roof terrace, a female singer turns the sunset into a concert and gives your ceremony a sound that touches the heart.

Violinist in warm backlight 04

Ceremony · bride's entrance

DJ + violin

With a violin, your vows outdoors become the quiet high point of the wedding and stay in the memory of all the guests.

Band with a singer and musicians as silhouettes in the stage lighting 05

An evening without a break.

First the band, then the beats

Live music for the reception or dinner, and then a full DJ night anyway? Through my network I can arrange a well-rehearsed band, from a duo to a quartet, with vocals, guitar, piano, percussion or saxophone. Because everything is planned by one person, there is one point of contact, one sound concept and no gap between band and DJ.

Who i'm not the right DJ for

    Ballermann, après-ski, schlager hits?
A few songs here and there if it suits the mood – no problem.
But build a whole evening on them? That's not my thing.

There are DJs who can and want to do that.
    There are specialists for it.
    Nothing against them.
But it's not what I do.

I'm a specialist in live mixing at demanding events.
For people who understand that music is a craft.
    Precise transitions.
The right track at the right moment.
    Not just pressing play.

If that doesn't suit you – then I'm not the right person. And that's okay.
If it does – I'd love to.
