Company parties around Pfaffenhofen
I have often accompanied company evenings in conference hotels, country inns and event venues in the region, and that makes coordination with your team go more smoothly. Eight addresses in the district suggest themselves for your company party, from the conference hotel in the old town to the Renaissance castle in Pörnbach.
You can celebrate a company anniversary in a hotel for conferences and events in the town that has a large hall and names company anniversaries among its occasions. If you are planning a summer party in the countryside, a farm with a garden and a covered area hosts company and Christmas parties as well as summer parties. You can arrange a Christmas party or a seminar in a barn of around 700 square meters across two rooms, which names both occasions.
For the summer party, a photo station can be included that needs no staff at all and, on request, appears in your company's layout. For the anniversary evening I set up wireless LED uplights whose color you choose and which suit dinner, program and party.
The house in the old town is geared toward corporate events as a conference and event hotel, and company anniversaries are among its regular occasions. For guests from out of town there are 44 double rooms. Once you have chosen a room, I plan speakers and microphones for speeches and dancing.
Company parties and conferences are among the occasions at the Klosterwirtschaft in Scheyern. Schyrensaal and Prielhof each hold 50 to 200 people, the Braustüberl 45 to 110, and the Hotel Schyrenhof takes in guests from out of town. For the welcome and speeches I provide wireless microphones, then I switch to dance music.
The event barn hosts corporate events, Christmas parties and seminars, across two rooms that together measure around 700 square meters, and it accommodates between 30 and 200 people. The house's equipment is included, and I add the music for the evening. For the switch from program to party you do not need a second system.
The Stockerhof in Pfaffenhofen hosts company and Christmas parties as well as summer parties, with several rooms, a gallery, an extension and a garden with old trees. For your summer party I bring a system that runs in the garden without a power outlet, and for the Christmas party I adapt it to the lodge or gallery.
The Alea Eco Hotel in the town center offers a setting for conferences and events, with a hall that holds up to 200 people, as well as terraces and an herb garden. After a day of presentations in the hall I switch to dance music, and on the roof terrace I keep the sound low for conversation.
At corporate events the Sudhaus on the main square holds up to 450 people, and a conference room takes 25. Company parties, Christmas parties and team events find their setting in the glass-walled brewery restaurant of the family brewery Müllerbräu. After the speeches among the brewing kettles I switch to dance music.
The Grantlerwirt in Wolnzach hosts corporate events and Christmas parties, with an event hall for 200 seated guests, an adjoining room for 50 and a beer garden with 200 seats. For the welcome in the adjoining room and the party in the hall I set up two separate speaker zones.
Company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries take place in the Renaissance castle in Pörnbach, as do workshops and product presentations. The baroque vaulted hall with fireplace room and the gallery hall each hold up to 100 people, plus the castle courtyard, castle garden and the old barn. In the vaulted hall I turn the speakers down towards the fireplace room so that conversations there don't suffer.

Who I am
How much equipment does your event need? We clarify that in the initial consultation, and then I bring exactly that: system, wireless microphones for the speakers, lighting. From Aichach I drive to Pfaffenhofen with plenty of lead time, so that everything is set up and checked when the first guests arrive. I started in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 I have mainly looked after companies and private individuals, more than 1,450 times so far.
What we agree beforehand ends up in the schedule. The music accompanies, it doesn't dominate. My own edits give the transitions calm. I plan the setup generously, at least two hours before the start, and after the event I tear down myself again. I answer your request within 24 hours.

The transition to the open dance floor is one of the trickiest moments of the evening for me, so we don't leave it to chance. Seven days before the anniversary we go through by phone together when dessert arrives and when I pick up the pace.
My wireless microphone is always with me for handovers between agenda items and for announcing the speakers, as well as for a discreet guiding of your guests. If someone from the management would rather make the transitions themselves, they get the microphone directly from me. If the schedule slips because of a long speech, I save the mood with announcements and music.
With my own equipment I easily cover up to 150 people. If more colleagues sign up, I reinforce myself with a proven equipment partner from my network. Send me the current number, and you will have my response within 24 hours.
I don't bind myself to a fixed closing minute as long as your workforce is dancing. If you want to extend, we sort that out on site without detours. I take care of the teardown myself afterwards, so your team can simply head off into the evening.
For all my equipment a normal power connection is enough for me, as long as it is not far from the booth. If there is none in the garden, my system keeps running on the battery setup. I bring controller and laptop in duplicate, in case a device fails outdoors.

This is how I work with companies in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm: I answer your request the following day, and in a video call we discuss the occasion, guest count, program and the taste of your workforce. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
