I live in Aichach, and after your enquiry we first talk, without obligation, by video call about what you have planned for your team, whether a summer party, anniversary or Christmas party. From Tuesday to Friday, a former hay barn in the district hosts company parties, designed for 140 to 300 people, and the venue takes care of the catering for you. An event location with an industrial flair lists company events and presentations as occasions, and its largest hall with a stage holds up to 750 people, in case you are planning big.
If the venue you choose works with a limiter or fixed decibel limits, please discuss this early and directly with the location. I bring lighting as part of my basic equipment anyway, even if a hall already has its own technology.
In Sulzbach near Aichach, the tavern landlord has roughly 80 seats indoors and a beer garden as well. The house accepts enquiries for corporate events and also caters off-site. A reduced setup suits a team meal, with the music playing discreetly in the background.
Schlosshotel Blumenthal in Klingen offers company and family parties as well as a conference venue, plus an inn, beer garden and hotel. Your team can stay overnight at the venue. After the programme and speeches, I provide music that carries the evening in the hall.
Company parties take place at the Arnhofer Stadl near Inchenhofen from Tuesday to Friday; the converted hay barn holds between 140 and 300 guests. At this size I tune sound and lighting so that speeches and dancing both work equally well.
At the Brauereihotel zur Schloss-Schmiede in Kühbach, the upstairs hall holds 150 to 200 people. For teams staying overnight, 14 rooms are available in the house. I keep the music in the background for the welcome and dinner, after which the dance floor is yours.
Including the dance floor, up to 215 people fit into the festival hall, the restaurant has 140 seats, and the reception works well in the beer garden. For the reception and the programme in the festival hall, I give each its own sound.
The moos.park in Pöttmes is an event location with an industrial flair. The main hall with gallery, bar and stage holds up to 750 people, and the lounge with its own lighting and sound technology is intended for 50 to 300 people. Where the venue provides the technology, I only add the music.
The estate hosts company parties, conferences and seminars, with 500 parking spaces on site. For a summer party in the barn floor area, I plan sound and lighting on a large scale, and much smaller in the cellar.

Reception, speeches, dinner, dancing: that is the order in which I think through a company event before I touch a microphone. I live in Aichach and look after events across the whole district of Aichach-Friedberg from here, so the distances are short. Behind me are more than 1,450 events: I started in 1998 in clubs, and since 2004 almost exclusively at private and corporate parties.
In the preliminary talk we fix the guest count, programme items and schedule, after which the plan is set, and I stick to it. The music should carry the evening, not stand out. Clean transitions and my own edits, which I brought over from my club days, take care of that. Setup and sound check are done before your first guest arrives.

+49 176 700 580 27A brewery hotel in the region has 14 rooms on site that you can request for your team, and an upstairs hall that, according to the municipality, holds between 150 and 200 people. Please check with the hotel yourself whether enough rooms are free for larger groups, ideally before you fix the date. I coordinate the schedule for the evening with the hotel and your other service providers beforehand.
From 150 people the equipment grows with the event: an event technology company I work with in my network scales it up, and you don't have to look for a second provider yourself. Even if 500 guests end up coming, I'm still at the decks at your corporate event. How many guests finally attend, I coordinate with the venue and your other service providers.
For galas and awards you can book me together with a violinist. Your annual gala gets the same musical standard from me as an awards ceremony, from the first welcome to my hosting at the end. Until the party starts, I host through each of your programme items, from the reception with the violin until the dance floor opens.
What I play for you ranges from 1970s tracks to today's chart hits, and how strongly each direction is represented is something you decide with me beforehand. For your apprentices, R&B and electro swing are also among my genres, in case their taste goes in that direction. If one of the older guests makes a request that doesn't fit the mood just then, I set the track aside for a more suitable moment.
For your company I issue an invoice with a payment term of seven days. Before that, after your enquiry, we have a non-binding video call to discuss your party. Afterwards I coordinate dates and schedules with the venue and all the other service providers working for you.

Service area
I look after corporate events in the district seat, in the district of Aichach-Friedberg and in the large cities of the region, including the Munich area. You'll find the matching pages below.
This is how I work with companies from the region: after your enquiry I get back to you within 24 hours. A short video call is usually enough to clarify the occasion, guest count, the flow of dinner and programme and the musical taste of your workforce. About a week before the date, we go through the schedule and must-plays in the final briefing, and on the day of the event I set up one and a half to two hours before doors open and do the sound check. Up to 150 people the equipment comes from my own stock; beyond that I work with proven technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
