Wedding venues around Aichach
Over the years I've played at many celebrations in the area and I know the venues and their quirks, which saves you a few questions on the big day. I'll introduce seven venues around Aichach for your wedding, from the inn in Sulzbach to the castle hotel in Klingen.
Aichach is where I live, and after your enquiry we'll first get to know each other in a non-binding video call so I can hear about your day. If you're planning a large party, a converted hay barn on a farm in the district is set up for 140 to 300 guests, although the venue only hosts weddings on Saturdays. If you prefer an inn with a hotel, you'll have several rooms to choose from depending on your guest count, plus its own service for décor, menu and traditional customs.
No matter which venue you choose, I'll agree the schedule beforehand with its team and everyone else working for you. Setup and teardown are included in my offer, and once your celebration is over I take everything down again on my own.
The Tavernwirt in Sulzbach, a district of Aichach, is an inn with a beer garden and around 80 seats inside. The venue hosts weddings as well as birthdays, and catering is available on request. For the reception in the beer garden I use a battery-powered system, so no power outlet is needed.
In the Aichach district of Klingen you'll find the Schlosshotel Blumenthal with its inn, baroque church and park. The wedding hall holds up to 100 people, there is room for about 110 guests in total, and you can stay overnight at the hotel. Symbolic wedding ceremonies are possible under the trees in the castle park or in one of the halls. I know the room in Aichach myself from earlier celebrations. For the ceremony in the park and the evening in the hall I plan the sound in two stages.
In Untergriesbach you'll find the Landgasthof Wagner with a hotel, beer garden and several rooms, depending on your guest count. The venue has its own service for décor, menu and traditions such as the bride abduction custom (Brautverziehen). We agree the timing of such a custom together with the venue so the music fits.
On a farm in Arnhofen near Inchenhofen stands the Arnhofer Stadl, a converted hay barn with its own farmyard. It is designed for 140 to 300 guests, weddings take place on Saturdays, and the venue handles the catering on site. I've played in Inchenhofen quite a few times. With this much space I distribute the sound so that everyone, even at the back, still hears the music.
In Baindlkirch the Landgasthof Zum Fischerwirt has a banquet hall for up to 215 people including a dance floor, and the barn for 200 people is used for the bride abduction custom (Brautverziehen). The restaurant has 140 seats, and the beer garden is a great spot for an aperitif reception. I set up lighting and sound separately for the beer garden and the banquet hall.
Gut Mergenthau in Kissing is an estate with a drive-in threshing floor of over 600 square metres and a vaulted cellar for up to 100 people. Weddings are among the occasions it hosts, and a symbolic wedding ceremony is possible in the rose pavilion. I know the venue in Kissing from earlier evenings. In the threshing floor it's the sheer space that matters, in the vaulted cellar the reverb, and I take both into account for the sound.
On the Friedberger See you'll find the Royal am See, an event venue for roughly 40 to 250 people with a stage, screen, lighting system and terrace. Weddings and engagement parties are among the occasions the venue hosts. A symbolic wedding ceremony is also possible. I coordinate the terrace and the interior so that the transition between reception and dancing flows smoothly.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.

Who I am
I live in Aichach, the town that calls itself the cradle of the Wittelsbachs, and from here I travel to your wedding anywhere in the district. I started out in 1998 in clubs, night after night, and that's where I learned when a dance floor tips and when it fills up. At some point the people from back then reached marrying age, and I got to look after them musically again on their most beautiful day.
Since 2004 I've played almost exclusively at private and corporate celebrations, more than 1,450 events, including over 650 weddings. I stay in the background and let the music do the talking, so that the couple, family and friends can celebrate together. My own edits link tracks that would never normally play side by side, and nobody notices the transitions. We'll go through your wishes and do-not-play list in peace beforehand.

Request a dateTell me briefly what you are planning and you will hear from me within a day. In a no-obligation video call we will go over the date, venue and first ideas, with no sales pressure, and afterwards you will receive a concrete quote.
Where do song requests and no-gos go? After booking, you enter everything in the wedding portal, a web app that also holds special moments and the schedule; a week before your celebration we go through every detail by phone.
So that your guests notice nothing of the equipment, I arrive early, two hours before the start or sooner. I take care of the set-up, the soundcheck and the briefing with the celebrant or photographer before the first guest arrives.
I give the entrance, the ring exchange and the exit the right atmosphere. At the drinks reception, subtle lounge music plays so people can chat, and in a park or garden my system also runs on battery without a power socket.
Speeches go through a wireless microphone, and during dinner music creates a cosy mood. The bouquet toss, games and surprises get their own fitting music, so every item on the programme has its setting.
Which edit plays for the opening dance is entirely your decision. After that I watch the dance floor, adapt the set live to it and bring all generations onto the floor together right up to the final track.

+49 176 700 580 27A castle hotel in the district offers its park under the trees or one of its halls for symbolic ceremonies, and for bad weather you have alternatives indoors. If you toast in the garden afterwards, my battery setup is suitable for such a sparkling wine reception. If you move into the hall because of the rain, all I need there is a normal power outlet, close to my booth.
In the region you can book a lakeside venue for weddings that comes with a stage, screen and lighting system if you celebrate there. I still bring lighting, because my standard equipment includes lighting anyway. For sound I'm self-sufficient with my own system in case the venue's equipment doesn't meet my standards.
My repertoire ranges from tracks of the 70s to today's charts, and you decide the mix for your evening together with me beforehand. When the music jumps between decades, I link the tracks with my own song edits, and you won't find such transitions on any record. And if some of your guests prefer electro swing or R&B, you'll find both among my genres too.
If I should drop out, colleagues from my DJ network will provide an equivalent replacement for you, on the same terms. I met a large part of these people at my DJ Allianz workshops. In my 25 years behind the booth there has been exactly one short-notice cancellation.
For your celebration, an estate in the region lists weddings as an occasion, with a drive-in threshing floor of over 600 square metres and a historic cellar for up to 100 people, plus a ground-level terrace. I provide the music from the ceremony onwards, whether on the terrace or later in the threshing barn, until your last round. When it moves from outside to inside, I agree beforehand with the estate and your other suppliers.

This is how I work with couples from the area: after your enquiry I get back to you within 24 hours, followed by a non-binding video call in which we go over the date, venue and first ideas. A week before the wedding we go through everything once more by phone, and on the day itself I'm on site at least two hours before the start, set up and do the soundcheck.
