Wedding venues in and around Olching
In Olching, the hall of a dance school sounds completely different from an inn with a beer garden, which is why I choose your setup only once your venue question is settled. Eight venues, ranging from estate farms to country inns and event locations, are available for your wedding around Olching, from Schwabhausen to Fürstenfeldbruck.
If you'd like to marry outdoors, an estate farm in the region offers the lawn or the courtyard for it and has a hall for 100 to 180 guests for the evening. If you want a hall that already comes with its own sound and lighting, a dance school in town rents out its rooms for 15 to 250 people. My own lighting comes along anyway, because it's a fixed part of my basic equipment.
If you'd like to toast outdoors after the ceremony, you'll find a restaurant with a terrace for the reception and room for up to 120 guests. If you toast outside, my battery setup also works for this reception, and you're not tied to a power outlet.
The estate in Schwabhausen has a vaulted hall for 100 to 180 guests, an orangery for 60 to 100 and the Beletage in a former hay barn. A symbolic ceremony is possible on the lawn or in the courtyard. Outside I keep the equipment understated and leave room for the ceremony; the full sound only comes in once you're in the hall.
The Gasthof Dahoam takes up to 200 guests in the inn, and the beer garden in the Amper meadows has around 80 self-service seats, plus about 60 on the terrace. Weddings are explicitly among the celebrations the house hosts. In Olching I've already experienced the atmosphere in the room myself. In a hall of this size, I distribute the sound so that even the last row of tables feels the dance floor.
At the Gasthof Eberl in Hattenhofen near Fürstenfeldbruck, the hall holds 60 to 120 people, and the hotel belonging to the house has 30 rooms. The house hosts weddings as well as family and company celebrations. For a hall of this size, I adjust speakers and volume so that both the dance floor and the tables get their due.
Indoors and outdoors, the Beachgarten at the Pucher Meer in Fürstenfeldbruck has room for up to 200 seated guests and 900 standing, and weddings are among the occasions. A projector, microphones, Wi-Fi, a sound system and a stage are all there. I know the venue in Fürstenfeldbruck myself from earlier celebrations. We'll clarify beforehand what I use of it and what I bring myself.
Das Fürstenfelder in Fürstenfeldbruck hosts weddings in the Small Hall with 80 to 140 guests or in the historic Tenne with 80 to 250 guests, and the kitchen works with organic ingredients from the region. Because the two rooms are so different, I only plan the sound after you've chosen your room.
The restaurant includes a beamed room and a terrace by the golf course, with room for up to 120 guests. The terrace is used for the reception, and weddings are among the celebrations the house hosts. I've played in Olching quite a few times. With no power outlet on the terrace, the music for the toast runs from a battery-powered system.
You can rent the dance school's hall on Ilzweg for 15 to 250 people; sound equipment, microphones and lighting are in house, and besides birthdays and company parties, a wedding is also possible. In a hall with a dance school tradition, the dance floor gets the best sound, and that's what I tune the sound to.
At the Gasthof Daxerhof on Feursstraße, a parlor with up to 40 seats and a dining room for 50 people and more are available. Weddings and christenings are among the house's occasions, and in good weather you can sit in the beer garden under old chestnut trees. For your celebration at the inn, I keep the setup lean so the tables stay close together and the music still carries enough to dance to.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
For your symbolic wedding ceremony, Hofgut Sickertshofen in Schwabhausen offers the lawn or the courtyard, and if needed the house can arrange a DJ or band for you. We'll talk through how your entrance should sound beforehand, at our leisure.
Who I am
Olching has been a town since 2011 and lies in the district of Fürstenfeldbruck, and many couples celebrate here in the area where they live. I've been working with music since 1998, starting in clubs, where I realized what brings people together. Since 2004, my everyday work has been mainly private and corporate events, including more than 650 weddings, over 1,450 events in total.
You should experience your day in peace, with family and friends, and the music should fit without me being the center of attention. For that, I draw on edits I've cut myself. If the dance floor is full at the end, I'm happy.
How it works

Request a dateSend me your key details, and I will reply by the next day at the latest. In a relaxed video call with no obligation, we discuss the date, venue and your wishes, and afterwards I send you a concrete quote.
You enter the schedule, requested songs, no-gos and special moments in the wedding portal, a web app that is open to you from the moment you book. About a week beforehand, we speak by phone and go through everything.
I arrive at your venue in good time, meaning at least two hours beforehand, set up and do the sound check. Whether it is a lawn, a courtyard or a hall, I coordinate with the celebrant and photographer, and nobody notices the equipment.
We shape the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit musically as an atmospheric picture and not as an official act. Lounge music plays in the background at the drinks reception, and battery operation makes me independent of sockets, for example on a meadow.
Good to know: every part of the programme has music to match, from the meal and the speeches on a wireless microphone to games, surprises and the bouquet toss. I plan it with you so that everything fits together seamlessly.
Because good parties thrive on atmosphere: an edit of your choice plays for the first dance, then I watch the dance floor, adapt my set on the spot and let young and old celebrate together right up to the very last track.

+49 176 700 580 27On the terrace, your reception can run on my battery setup if needed, so you don't depend on a power outlet there. We'll discuss the switch and its timing in the phone call we have seven days before, along with your must-plays. I announce the moment when everyone goes inside myself and guide your guests through the evening that way.
Without an outlet, my system powers itself in the courtyard for up to five hours. The entrance, ring exchange and exit each get their track from me at exactly the right moment. I hand a wireless microphone to your ceremony speaker so he can be understood all the way to the last row.
For your dance, the musician comes from my network, and besides saxophone, vocals, violin or percussion are also possible live over my mix. Besides the first dance, live music also suits your sparkling wine reception or the ceremony. After that I take over again, because I accompany your evening from the ceremony to the final round.
Of 200 uploaded requests, I can realistically play at most 60 on a wedding evening. I work the overall picture that emerges from your requests into my plan for the evening without sacrificing the arc of tension. There are no slips of paper or request cards at my booth on the night; requests go through our preliminary conversation.
Whether 70s schlager or current chart hits, both have a place in my set, and we'll decide the mix for you beforehand. In the preliminary conversation, we clarify your must-plays, your no-plays and what tastes your guests bring. If a track comes up at the wrong moment, I note it down and save it for later in the evening.

First you tell me the date, ceremony location and reception venue, then we coordinate the schedule, music requests and timings, and a few days before the wedding we go over everything once more. On the wedding day I set up in good time and check the sound, so you don't have to worry about the equipment and your guests can get going without delay.
