Birthday venues in and around Olching
Birthday groups in Olching sit sometimes at long tables, sometimes on a terrace by the golf course, and I take my cue from that for speakers and decks. Eight addresses from the Stube in the Daxerhof to the barn at the Fürstenfelder are waiting for your birthday to be celebrated in and around Olching.
For a group of around 70 people, an inn in the district accepts birthdays and offers you tables indoors, and a beer garden and terrace outside. If your guest list gets longer, you hire a hall in the town that holds between 15 and 250 people and already brings lighting.
If grandparents and grandchildren celebrate together at your party, we pick music beforehand that runs from the 70s to today's charts, and I mix it for you. If two people from your group want to go to the mic at once, each has their own, because I bring two wireless microphones. If you'd like the room to glow in your favourite colour in the evening, I'll set up LED uplights in exactly that shade, if you want.
The Gasthof Daxerhof has a Stube for up to 40 people and a dining room for 50 and more, and in summer the beer garden under chestnut trees is added. The house gladly celebrates birthdays and anniversaries. Whether Stube or dining room, I adjust the volume to your group, so that nobody has to shout at the table.
On request there is a menu, a buffet or a flat rate for food and drinks. I design the music for the indoor area and the beer garden, so that both spaces become part of your party.
For a large birthday crowd you rent a hall at the dance school that holds between 15 and 250 people. We go through in advance what the venue provides and what I add, so nothing is duplicated in the hall.
The restaurant offers a beamed room and a terrace at the golf course for up to 120 guests, and birthdays are among its occasions. Whether your group stays in the beamed room or the evening starts with a reception on the terrace, I tune set-up and volume to both areas.
At the Beachgarten near Fürstenfeldbruck, right on the Pucher Meer, you celebrate your birthday with up to 200 guests seated, or 900 standing. Projector, microphones, sound system and stage are included. For a milestone birthday with a programme, I shape the evening so that speeches and dancing flow into each other.
In Fürstenfeldbruck, birthdays are celebrated at the Fürstenfelder, either in the Kleiner Saal for 80 to 140 guests or in the Tenne for 80 to 250. In such a large room, I use distributed speakers to make sure that even at the back everyone can still dance along.
In Hattenhofen near Fürstenfeldbruck stands the Gasthof Eberl, whose hall takes 60 to 120 birthday guests, and you plan the menu with the house according to your wishes. If you're coming from further away, you'll find 30 rooms in the hotel. For your group, I first set the music to table conversation, and later the dance floor takes over.
The Wirtshaus Vis à Vis on Schulstraße in Geiselbullach has a dining room for around 70 guests, plus a beer garden and sunny terrace. There are long tables for birthdays, club evenings and family celebrations; larger groups the house arranges by phone. The dining room is meant to stay free at the long tables, so I set up the equipment as space-savingly as possible.
I took the guest numbers and room sizes from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free is, in the end, for the venue to tell you.
Who I am
Your birthday in Olching: Olching has been a town since 2011, and you're celebrating right in the middle of it. My contribution is the sound. I've been behind the decks since 1998, first in clubs, since 2004 for private and corporate parties, more than 1450 so far. I work without a formula and by mood: if a song isn't working, the next one comes.
Got requests you want to get off your chest? Gladly, ideally in advance, but I take spontaneous shout-outs too. My edits link hits from all decades so friends and family dance together. Fun is part of it, silliness only on order. Tell me who's coming, and I'll build the music around that.
How it works

Request a dateGet in touch via the form, and I will write back before 24 hours are up. In the video call we get to know each other briefly, you describe your celebration to me, and afterwards I send you an offer.
As soon as the booking is made, I send you my private mobile number for WhatsApp. About seven days before the celebration we sit down together: we discuss requested songs, no-gos and schedule down to the last detail.
I set up my equipment one to two hours before the start so that the sound check goes smoothly without rush. We take care of arrangements with you or the venue beforehand, and for your guests everything stays pleasantly invisible.
Now your guests are trickling in, and I let calm lounge music play that invites conversation. When the birthday guest of honour arrives or a special moment is coming up, I bring it to life with the right music.
Around the meal the music stays atmospheric, and we use the microphone for speeches and announcements. Whether it is a game, a surprise or the cake, I frame every item on the programme with fitting music.
Then comes my big moment: after the dance floor opens, I steer the evening. I watch the room, adapt the set live and bring young and old onto the floor together until the last song plays.

+49 176 700 580 27Rented halls sometimes prescribe a decibel limit or a limiter, so it's best to ask about that first. Clarify such requirements with the venue as early as possible and pass them on to me. Two hours before your start, or better still a little earlier, I need access to the hall, because that's when I set up the sound system and do the sound check.
I do not plan a fixed last minute, what counts for me is your dance floor. If you would like to add another hour, we discuss it right there on the spot. I do the tear-down alone after the last song, without anyone from your group having to lend a hand.
Anyone from your family who wants to say something can have the wireless microphone from me at any time. I take care of the announcement for the surprise and guide your guests through that part of the evening. If someone does not dare speak into the mic, they can record their greeting in my audio box on request, and I give you the recording after the party.
Live, I jump for you from Schlager to hip-hop, from classics to house and back into the charts. Which titles your aunts and nephews must not hear under any circumstances, I note down in our first chat together with your must-plays. For the leap from Schlager to hip-hop I build my own edits, whose transition you will not find on any finished recording.
I'll bring you a percussionist from my network, and he plays live over my running mix. Outdoors my system runs on its own for up to five hours, in case there's no socket in the beer garden. Tell me that when you book, so that I can plan the battery for outdoors.

As soon as I know the date, location and number of guests from you, I get in touch, and together we set the musical direction and schedule. On the day of your celebration I arrive early at the venue, set up and check the sound before the first guest arrives.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
