Birthday venues in and around Schwabmünchen
From the Wirtshaus hall to the side room in the Gasthaus in Großaitingen, a birthday sounds different every time, and I adjust my music for you accordingly. Seven addresses, from the Gaststube in Schwabmünchen to the event hall in Untermeitingen, are available for your birthday, whether in a small circle or with a large crowd.
If you invite up to 80 guests, a hotel restaurant in the town offers you two rooms of their own besides the dining room, and birthdays are part of their programme. For a group of at most 70 people, you have a historic building with a large courtyard to choose from in the neighbouring village, and the inn next to it takes up to 100 including its side room. If your celebration becomes a big garden party, you'll find a restaurant that accommodates up to 150 guests outside and welcomes birthdays just the same.
If you would like live music during the meal, a band of two to four people can play, and afterwards I take over without a break. If you already have a hall for a milestone birthday on a summer Saturday between May and September, it's best to contact me six to twelve months ahead.
The restaurant includes a Gaststube, a side room and a hall, plus a beer garden, a heated festival tent and a playground. If your group sits in the side room and dances later in the hall, I keep the music low during the meal and only turn it up in the hall.
The hotel restaurant in Schwabmünchen has a restaurant area for 80 guests, plus the Max Stube and the Banini room. Birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas parties are among the occasions. In the small parlour, discreet equipment is enough for the party, so nobody at the table has to raise their voice.
Up to 70 guests fit in the historic Roßstall in Großaitingen, and up to 100 in the inn with its side room. The large courtyard is part of it, and birthdays are among the occasions. For a summer birthday in the courtyard I bring a battery-powered system that works without a socket.
The event hall in Untermeitingen has 1500 square metres of space as well as lighting and sound equipment, and birthdays are among the occasions. For a milestone party with many guests, I distribute the sound across the large hall so that it arrives equally full everywhere.
Under five chestnut trees, the beer garden of the Landgasthof in Großaitingen takes up to 100 guests, and birthdays are among the occasions. At a summer celebration under the trees, quiet music plays during the meal, and only later in the evening does it get louder.
At the Büffelhof in Beuerbach, up to 100 guests celebrate in the converted barn, the parlour holds up to 25, plus there are a terrace and a yard. Birthdays are expressly among the occasions. In the parlour a slim system is enough for a small group, in the barn I set up speakers for the whole room.
The municipal hall at the Breitweg has a divisible hall with a stage, a foyer, restaurant and beer garden and is accessible. Private celebrations are among the occasions, whether your birthday is possible there you clarify with the town. If the hall is divided, I adjust the speakers to the half space.
I took the guest numbers and room sizes from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free is, in the end, for the venue to tell you.
Who I am
You celebrate in Schwabmünchen, I bring the sound, and your job is to have fun. That's how simple a party is. My time behind the decks began in 1998 in a club, since 2004 it has mainly been private and corporate parties, over 1450 so far. Over time you develop a feel for when a song works and when it's better to save it.
Do you have a list of favourite songs? Bring it on, I work it into my own edits that link titles across decades. Guests of every age should enjoy themselves, you of course too, and if someone makes a request in between, I will not simply say no.

Request a dateI reply to your enquiry within a day. In a short get-to-know-you video call you describe your celebration, and afterwards I present you with an offer.
With your booking you receive my private number for WhatsApp so that you can reach me directly. About seven days before the party, we settle music requests, no-gos and the exact schedule together.
I am there long before the guests arrive: one to two hours earlier I set up the system and check the sound. We coordinate with you or the venue so that nothing stands out later.
While the first guests arrive, quiet lounge music plays, letting everyone greet each other and chat in peace. For the birthday guest of honour and special moments, I choose music that fits exactly.
Atmospheric music plays during dinner, and I handle speeches and announcements at the microphone if you wish. Every surprise, every game and the cutting of the cake is framed musically so that the moment stays in the memory.
Once the dance floor is open, I read the mood of the guests and adjust the music live so that all generations celebrate together, right up to the last song.

+49 176 700 580 27A small, compact set-up is enough for me in the garden, and if necessary I run it on battery. A celebration in your own garden is among the most common cases of all for birthdays, so you plan in the classic way and do not need to rent a hall. If your fiftieth is only a few weeks away, it is best to pick up the phone straight away, because I am reachable at short notice too.
My photo station runs by itself, with props for dressing up and a digital gallery for all the pictures. Adult guests can, if they like, speak their greetings into my audio booth, and you receive the recording as a file after the party. For the evening, my LED uplights can colour the room in your favourite colour if you wish.
If the sound system in the hall is good, a player at the house system is enough for me, and a large set-up is not needed. My laptop and my controller come along to every date anyway, so that I can connect to the system in the hall without a detour. If it is no good, I switch to my own system within a short time, which travels in the car for exactly this case.
I'm happy to handle announcements such as the opening of the buffet over my own microphone. I guide you and your guests through the evening and keep the mood up if something is delayed in the kitchen. You set the extent of my hosting at the preliminary talk, from a few sentences to accompanying the whole evening.
I carry a second unit each of laptop and controller, plus further backup equipment. With this double set-up, your music failing completely in the middle of the party is practically ruled out. Even a complete second system comes along, so that your guests are never left without music.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
