Birthday venues in Dillingen an der Donau
A fireside room calls for quieter music than a hall with a stage, and which sound suits your birthday we decide as soon as you know where it will be held. Eight addresses in the Dillinger Land are suitable for your party, from the baroque hall in Finningen to the barn in the park.
If you're celebrating your eighteenth, a municipal venue in the park in the region is ruled out, because the town explicitly excludes exactly these parties while listing family celebrations among the occasions. If many of your friends are coming, the house by the lake at an inn nearby holds up to 140 guests, and it also hosts private parties. If your family should stay overnight on site, an inn with its own guest rooms lists birthdays among its occasions, and after the party nobody has to get into a car.
I can easily cover up to 150 guests with my own equipment, so that is enough for your party by the lake. Wherever you celebrate, I go through with you in advance where the power comes from, how long I need to set up and what the venue requires.
The country inn in Finningen has a baroque hall, a fireplace room and guest rooms, and the venue also hosts birthdays as an occasion. Anyone who celebrates for longer stays right there at the hotel. I'll agree with you whether the music plays in the fireplace room for the small circle or in the baroque hall for everyone.
Up to 140 guests celebrate in the Seehaus of the traditional inn in Gundelfingen, birthdays as well as other private celebrations. In front of the house there is a lake, terrace and garden. Plan with me a start outside and the dancing inside, I set up the system accordingly.
At the Hofgut in the Donau-Ried near Tapfheim there is a rustic party barn, and there is also a beer garden with a pergola. Birthdays are among the occasions the Hofgut hosts. In the beer garden I provide relaxed music for the meal, and in the barn it turns into dance music later.
The town of Gundelfingen lets out the Stadel in the park for family celebrations, so also for your birthday, as long as it is not an eighteenth. You clarify the date and rules for the Stadel early with the town. I bring a slim system that fits into a Stadel.
The country inn in Hausen hosts birthdays and has been a family business since 1900. For the large beer garden, the venue takes reservations for groups of 15 or more. Tell me whether you're celebrating outside or inside, and I'll choose the volume and set-up accordingly.
In Echenbrunn you can choose from five inn parlours and a festive hall for up to 100 people, and the house explicitly counts birthday parties with friends among its celebrations. In good weather you celebrate in the summer garden. Tell me how many guests are coming, and I will choose hall or parlour for the music.
The inn in Gundelfingen hosts family celebrations for 10 to 300 people, from the fireplace room via the side room to the hall. On request, the fireplace room becomes a play room for children. If your whole family comes, the music plays in the hall; for a small group, a quiet system in the side room is enough.
The Waldgasthof in Wertingen has several side rooms for private parties and a hall where up to 180 people can be served. In summer the beer garden opens. You decide whether it's the side room for the close circle or the hall with a dance floor, and I adapt the equipment to it.
I took the guest numbers and room sizes from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free is, in the end, for the venue to tell you.

Request a dateWhen your enquiry has arrived, I reply the next day. A video call serves to get to know each other, you tell me about your celebration, and I tailor my quote to it.
From the moment of booking, we message each other conveniently via WhatsApp, and I send you my private mobile number for that. About seven days before the date, we organise the schedule, no-gos and requested songs together.
My day at the party begins quietly: I set up the equipment one to two hours before the start, check the sound and have a quick word with you or the team on site. After that, everything stays invisible.
When the guests arrive, quiet lounge music sounds, in which greetings and conversations arise quite naturally. The birthday guest of honour and special moments get music that suits them exactly.
While the meal is served, the music stays pleasantly in the background, and the microphone is ready for speeches and announcements. I underscore games, surprises and the cake cutting with fitting music, so that every moment gets its own frame.
For the dancing, I take over from the moment the floor is opened. I read the crowd, change the set live and bring younger and older guests together, until the last song sounds.

+49 176 700 580 27For a milestone birthday at a fixed venue, I recommend six to twelve months' notice, especially for Saturdays between May and September. If it's tighter, call me anyway, because I'm happy to take a short-notice enquiry too. My reply to your enquiry reaches you within 24 hours at the latest.
I hand it to him, because a microphone for speeches is a firm part of my equipment. He gets it exactly when he wants to start, and then simply gives it back to me. Whether I also lead through your programme or limit myself entirely to the music, we discuss in the preliminary talk.
My schedule has no fixed closing minute, my eye is on your dance floor. If you want to go on longer, you agree that with me directly on the evening. So that there is never silence even if something breaks, I have a backup system in the van anyway.
Even in a small parlour I can see at a glance who is tapping their foot and who would rather sit, and I choose the following songs accordingly. My compact set-up is enough for that; it takes up hardly any space in a parlour and can even run on battery if needed. With my own song edits, even a small group gets transitions you will not find on any record.
My range spans from the 70s to today's charts, so the hits from your school days have their place in it. The songs your friends absolutely don't want to miss, and everything that shouldn't be played, go on a request list with no-gos beforehand. You don't need slips of paper or request cards for that, it all happens in our preliminary chat.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
