Celebrations in Ingolstadt
I have experienced a lot at birthdays in event venues, traditional inns and hotels, and you get that knowledge with the planning. Eight addresses around Ingolstadt are ready for your birthday, from the room right by the water to the hall near Geisenfeld.
How big your group gets decides the room, because around Ingolstadt the range goes from a parlour for 30 people up to a hall for 250. If the guest count isn't fixed yet, a house in vintage style with a garden also fits, which names birthdays explicitly but gives no number of people, so you ask them directly.
Up to 150 guests I provide for with my own equipment, and if the list gets longer, I bring in reinforcement from a technology company I work with. When family, friends and colleagues meet at your celebration, I watch from the decks who is dancing and who is still standing, and react in real time. In advance I clarify power supply, set-up time and the venue's requirements with you, whether you celebrate on a small or a large scale.
This vintage event venue lies on the Auwaldsee, with a conservatory, garden and club room, and birthdays are held there too. How many guests can celebrate there is best discussed briefly with the venue. I set up the club room for dancing and conversation, and in the garden the music stays quietly in the background.
With a beer garden in summer and 14 rooms in the house, a long evening is easy to plan. I start the music calm for dinner and turn it up later for the dance floor.
The Schlosswirt in Etting hosts birthday parties in its Stüberln, as a family business in its fourth generation. The venue is happy to tell you in advance how many guests fit in the room, before you commit. For a small group a slim system is enough, which I match to your number of guests.
At the Landgasthof Euringer in Oberstimm, you celebrate in the Elsa Saal with up to 40 people, in the Martinsstüberl with 32, and with the partition open there is room for 80 guests. Outside, up to 60 sit in the beer garden. I tune the music to the area where you're celebrating.
At the Auwaldsee, the Birkenstüberl for up to 30 people, the Kleiner Festsaal for up to 100 and the Seeterrasse are available, depending on the size of your group. Whether parlour or hall: I set the sound so that you don't have to talk over the music.
Birkenheide lies on a small lake near Geisenfeld; the festival hall holds up to 250 people and offers a dance floor, DJ decks and a stage. The greenhouse serves as a fallback in the rain. For a milestone birthday, I match the volume and set-up to your number of guests.
At the Hotel Gasthof zum Anker on Tränktorstraße, besides the restaurant with 90 seats you celebrate in two side rooms with 35 and 55 seats. The Schmailzl family runs the house in the centre of Ingolstadt in the third generation. For the smaller room a slim system is enough, which I level to suit your crowd.
The Antonius-Schwaige has a freshly renovated function hall for up to 80 people, a side room for 35 and the Salettl for 25. The courtyard lies under old lime trees. Depending on the size of your group, I tune the music to the room so that every conversation at the table is still possible.
I took the guest numbers and room sizes from the operators' websites, as of October 2026. Whether your preferred date is free is, in the end, for the venue to tell you.
Who I am
Want to celebrate your birthday in Ingolstadt properly? Then I'm in charge of the sound. I've been DJing since 1998, first in clubs, and since 2004 almost only at private and corporate parties, over 1450 times. Let me briefly explain how I work: I watch what gets people dancing and build up the programme accordingly.
I am happy to take requests. My own edits make sure that rock, pop and house fit together, so every age group finds its moment. Anyone celebrating in Ingolstadt knows the Schanzer Volksfest, which takes place twice a year, in spring and in autumn. Your evening should be fun, with no stress at all.
How it works
After your message with date, place and number of guests, it takes me one day at most to reply. A short video call, the set-up and the sound check follow afterwards, before it starts for you, and I answer questions straight away. See the whole process →
Request a dateA short enquiry from you is enough, and I will get back to you the very next day. In the video call I get to know you and your celebration, and afterwards you receive an offer from me.
On WhatsApp you are my direct contact after booking, and for that I share my private mobile number with you. About seven days beforehand we agree on the schedule, requested songs and no-gos together.
Setting up the equipment, checking the sound, coordinating details with you or the venue: all of that happens one to two hours before the start. By the time your guests arrive, nothing of my work is visible any more.
Once the guests are there, I blend subtle lounge music into the background, perfect for raising a glass and chatting. For the birthday guest of honour I choose a song that underlines the moment, and the same goes for other special occasions.
Whether it is dinner, a speech or a game, I adapt the music to whatever is happening. Announcements go through the microphone, and surprises and the cutting of the cake also get a fitting musical setting.
The dance floor is my territory: as soon as it is open, I watch the guests, adapt the songs live to their energy and bring young and old together, right up to the very last song.

Two hours before your party begins, my equipment is fully set up and the sound checked, and I take care of the tear-down at the end on my own as well.

+49 176 700 580 27I mix charts, house, hip-hop and the hits of the nineties and noughties live, and I've got schlager and classics in my case just as well. How much room each decade gets, we decide together, my range stretching from the seventies to today's hit lists. What you absolutely want to hear and what is taboo, I note down beforehand, and I'm happy to take spontaneous requests from your university friends on the night.
Even with a small group I make the announcements, guide through the evening and cope when something in the schedule shifts. An ordinary power socket close to the decks is enough for me to keep my system and lights running all evening in your small parlour. If no cable reaches that far, I switch to the battery set-up, and your party carries on without interruption.
For speeches and announcements, I always have a microphone ready, so you do not need to worry about your siblings' serenade. Whether I announce the performance or hand the microphone straight over, we decide in our preliminary chat according to your wishes. If your siblings come to the front as a pair, two wireless microphones are ready, which I bring along anyway.
My photo booth runs automatically, with a digital gallery and props, so your guests manage without instructions. I can also set up LED uplights in your chosen colour, tinting the hall to suit your evening. Anyone who would rather talk than pose speaks their congratulations into my audio box, and I send you the recording after the party.
For that case my network of DJ colleagues arranges an equally good backup, on the same terms as with me. I know many of these colleagues from my own workshops for the DJ Allianz. In 25 years I have had to cancel at short notice exactly once, so your party is on safe ground.

Transparency
A whole evening of nothing but Schlager and Ballermann, hour after hour? A few big crowd-pleasers in between, when the mood calls for it, belong to a good birthday party for me. Building a whole evening on them alone isn't my thing, though. I'm just as little the right person for non-stop techno sets without any contact with the crowd, for rigid request lists that get worked through from top to bottom, or for festival formats with several stages. There are other DJs who can do exactly that and love it, nothing against them, it's simply not my speciality.
My craft is mixing live for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.

I'm curious which birthday you are celebrating, and I put together a set for you to which your guests dance with abandon from the first to the last track. Milestone birthdays usually need six to twelve months of lead time; for a spontaneous party we also manage with four to eight weeks.
