Wedding venues in and around Dillingen an der Donau
The range of possible venues for your celebration extends from the town hall with a stage to the barn in Mödingen, and where my booth stands best in each case, we decide only once you have made your choice. Eight venues between the Danube, the Ried and the town center are ready for your wedding around Dillingen, from the inn by the lake to the municipal hall.
With a large party, you can book a hall with a stage directly through the town itself, where around 400 guests find room at tables including the gallery. If you are looking for something in the countryside, a town in the region rents out a building in a park for weddings and family celebrations, but does not allow a wedding-eve party there. If you want to stay overnight right at the venue after the celebration, an inn with a hotel and guest rooms offers that and names the wedding as an occasion, so nobody has to leave at night.
If you have secured a popular venue, it is best to ask me early; for a Saturday in peak season, realistically expect a lead time of 12 to 18 months. On the day of the celebration I am there at least two hours before your start, set up my system and test the sound, no matter which venue it turns out to be.
The inn in Finningen includes a hotel, a baroque hall, a fireplace room and guest rooms, and weddings are among the occasions there. Your guests stay overnight right in the building. I tune the sound in advance to the room you book.
The tavern in Gundelfingen has a lakeside house on the lake with a terrace and garden. Up to 140 guests celebrate in the lakeside house, which hosts private and corporate celebrations as well as weddings. I know how it sounds in Gundelfingen an der Donau from earlier evenings. For the terrace and garden I keep the equipment lean, while indoors the dance floor gets more punch.
The municipal hall from 1997 has a stage and two conference rooms. Around 400 guests celebrate at tables including the gallery, around 500 in rows, and weddings are among the occasions the venue hosts. I spread the sound across the whole hall so the gallery also hears the music well. Bookings are made through the cultural office.
The estate lies in the Donau-Ried on the Danube cycle path between Dillingen and Donauwörth. Weddings, birthdays and company parties are celebrated in the rustic festival barn, and there is also a beer garden under a pergola. I know the conditions in Tapfheim from my own experience. In the barn I align the speakers with your dance floor.
The Stettenhof in Mödingen is a farm with a barn, and weddings are among the events held there. It is best to discuss the question of space for your guests briefly with the venue. A lean setup is enough for the reception, and I set up the dance floor in the barn.
The barn in the park belongs to the town of Gundelfingen, which rents it out for family celebrations and weddings. Wedding-eve parties and eighteenth birthday parties are excluded there. Gundelfingen an der Donau is already familiar to me as a venue for celebrations. If there is no power socket near the booth in the barn, my system simply keeps running on battery.
The country inn in Hausen, a district of Dillingen, lists weddings among its occasions. It has 17 guest rooms, a newly built restaurant and a large beer garden. For the sparkling wine reception under the open sky my system runs even without a power socket, and later you move the dance floor indoors.
At Hotel Gasthof Sonne in Echenbrunn you celebrate in the new banquet hall with room for up to 100 people, and there are also five dining rooms and a summer garden. A wedding suite is ready in the house for the night. In the summer garden a battery-powered system is enough for me, and in the banquet hall the focus is on the dance floor.

Who I am
Dillingen lies on the north bank of the Danube, a historic bishop's town with a baroque old town, and wherever a lot of relatives come together, I am in my element. My career began in 1998 in clubs, where I learned in front of a mixed audience how to reach everyone. Since 2004 I have played almost exclusively at private and corporate celebrations, over 650 weddings to date, more than 1,450 events in total.
I am not an entertainer who pushes himself into the spotlight: the couple should be the center, and the music speaks for itself. My own edits help to connect genres so that young and old dance together. When the bride's parents step onto the dance floor for the first time, that is the best proof to me that the evening was a success, and the memory stays.

I answer your inquiry within a day, and then we settle the last details in a video call before I come to your wedding and set up. I answer short questions in between just as quickly. Read the whole process →
Request a dateI reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. In the non-binding get-to-know-you video call there is no sales pressure; we settle the date, venue and first wishes, and afterwards you receive a concrete quote.
From the booking onwards you use your personal wedding portal. The web app holds requested songs, no-gos, the schedule and special moments, and about a week before the celebration I call you to check every detail.
Equipment set-up and soundcheck begin at least two hours before the start. In the hall or by the lake I make sure the sound is good, coordinate with the celebrant and photographer and stay invisible to the guests.
I frame the entrance, ring exchange and exit musically, always as atmosphere. The drinks reception gets subtle lounge music that does not disturb conversation, and because my system runs on battery, I do not need a socket outdoors.
Programme items such as games, surprises and the bouquet toss each get their own music. On top of that there is atmospheric music for the meal, and whoever gives a speech uses a wireless microphone.
Seeing young and old dance together is my goal: after your chosen edit for the opening dance, I read the dance floor and adapt the set live until the evening ends.

+49 176 700 580 27I host your entrance as a couple, the bridal waltz and then the opening of the dance floor myself. My wireless microphone for speeches is ready anyway, so your best man can concentrate entirely on celebrating. If your best man finds the courage later after all, I can hand it over to him at any time, and the floor is then entirely his.
With 400 guests, I reinforce my system with an experienced event technology company from my network. Up to about 100 guests my standard package is enough, and anything above that I plan through with you as soon as the guest list roughly stands. If the hall has its own system that does not keep up, I am independent with my own equipment, no detour needed.
My photo station needs no attendant, props lie next to it, and every photo goes into a digital gallery for you. In addition, your guests speak their good wishes into my audio box, and you get the file with all the recordings after the celebration. For the evening, on request, I bathe the room in your color with LED uplights.
Some rooms automatically turn a system down via a limiter, and I prepare for that with you from the start. Go through the hall's requirements with the town as landlord as early as possible, and then I tune my equipment accordingly. Whether I can additionally use a system belonging to the venue, we look at in the preliminary talk before I pack for your evening.
Then someone from my circle of DJ colleagues steps in, equally qualified and on exactly the terms we agreed. Quite a few of them have attended workshops that I gave for the DJ Allianz. Such a short-notice cancellation has happened to me exactly once in 25 years.
