Wedding venues around Tegernsee
No house on the lake is like another, and these differences in space and size feed into the planning of your wedding. For your wedding at Tegernsee I introduce eight venues here, from the lakeshore in Bad Wiessee and Rottach-Egern to the Schwaigeralm in Kreuth, and each one calls for its own setup from me.
Anyone who marries at the lake has the Wallberg above the water in view, and I take this setting into account in the music selection. Your choice ranges from the boathouse right on the shore through alpine huts in Kreuth to the Egerner Höfe in Rottach-Egern.
A boathouse with a lake view calls for a different setup than an alpine parlor, and I go by room size and number of guests. If you have a theme, we clarify which music belongs to it and which should never play. By the time the first guests arrive, everything is set up and the sound checked, and I allow at least two hours for that.
High above the valley, at 800 meters on the south slope, lies the Hotel Das Tegernsee. Parties of up to 400 guests find room there, so there is space even for a large wedding. At this size I align the sound system to the hall and dance floor and coordinate it with the house in advance.
At Tegernsee you can celebrate at the Leeberghof, which explicitly offers weddings and celebrations. For how many guests the room is suited, ask the house directly. Tegernsee is already familiar to me as a place to celebrate. After that I lay out the system and setup to fit the size of your group, so nobody has to talk over the music.
Estate restaurant, beer garden and the Firlefanz bar: that is how Käfer Gut Kaltenbrunn in Gmund presents itself, as a place for events and celebrations. You clarify the exact number of guests with the house in advance. For the beer garden and the bar, I plan the music so it suits the evening both outside and inside.
On the lake in Rottach-Egern lies Althoff's five-star lakeside hotel Überfahrt, which hosts weddings. You clarify the possible number of guests with the house in advance. I know the house in Rottach-Egern from earlier gigs. My setup stays discreet and the volume sensitive, as befits a house of this class.
Right in the nature reserve at Tegernsee lies the Fährhütte14 in Rottach-Egern, a restaurant and event venue, also for weddings. Outside there is a wooden jetty with deck chairs and parasols. For the champagne reception there, I plan music that suits the outdoors and leaves room for conversation.
Right on the water in Bad Wiessee lies the boathouse of the Hotel Terrassenhof. Up to 120 guests celebrate on 170 square meters, enough for a large wedding. In Bad Wiessee I've already experienced the atmosphere in the room myself. I distribute the sound so that it doesn't boom at the front and doesn't disappear at the back.
A carriage ride leads up to the Schwaigeralm in Kreuth, where cozy parlors are available for family celebrations and weddings. For how many people the parlors suffice, just ask the house. In parlors a slim setup is enough: quiet background music for dinner first, more punch for dancing later.
The Egerner Alm belongs to the Park-Hotel Egerner Höfe in Rottach-Egern and offers room for 25 to 70 guests, suitable for a wedding in a small circle. At this size I choose the system and lighting to suit the room, so the tables aren't drowned out.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
Who I am
Five municipalities share Tegernsee, and in the Mangfall Mountains you can celebrate like nowhere else, I think. I come from the north and have been at home in Bavaria for over two decades now. My career started in 1998 in clubs. People who danced there later reached marrying age, and so I got to play again for many of those guests on their big day.
Since 2004 it has been almost exclusively private and corporate celebrations, more than 1,450 events, including over 650 weddings. My music stays in the background and speaks for itself. With my own edits I chain together tracks that appear together on no record, until family and friends dance together. In advance we talk calmly about what matters to you.

Request a dateAnyone who enquires hears from me within 24 hours. In the non-binding video call we talk about your date, the place between lake and mountains and your first ideas, and afterwards you receive a concrete quote.
As soon as you have booked, you receive access to the portal, a web app just for your wedding. Music requests, no-gos, schedule and heartfelt moments go in there, and about a week beforehand we go over everything by phone.
The equipment is in place before the first guest arrives: I am on site at least two hours beforehand, set everything up and do the soundcheck. The celebrant or photographer talks to me in advance, and the guests notice nothing of the technology.
Whether on the terrace or on a mountain pasture without power: my battery operation makes it possible. The entrance, exchange of rings and exit get their atmosphere, and at the drinks reception there is quiet lounge music that invites conversation.
I underscore the meal with atmospheric music, and a wireless microphone carries the speeches. Games, surprises and the bouquet toss also get the right music from me, so that every part of the programme feels complete.
First you dance alone to an edit of your choice, then the dance floor opens up. I read the mood, adapt the set live and carry young and old through together until the last song.

+49 176 700 580 27Yes, because my system runs on battery and needs no power connection for speeches, champagne reception and music. Whether I'm allowed to set up on the shore or on a terrace, I clarify early with the venue, so you don't need to worry about that. I plan indoors and outdoors as one continuous evening, with no break between the two parts.
I handle the processional, the exchange of rings and the recessional without cables, because my system runs on battery. We choose the tracks together in advance so they fit your schedule. Ask your chosen venue directly whether a ceremony can take place there.
During the celebration I watch the dance floor, read the guests' mood and choose the following tracks accordingly. Through my own edits, decades and genres flow into each other, and your guests don't notice the jump from schlager to charts. Beforehand you tell me which songs are a must and which must not be played at all.
Whether saxophone, vocals, percussion or violin, I bring the musicians from my network and blend them live into my mix. This works especially beautifully at your champagne reception, your ceremony or your first dance. At which point in the schedule the performance should take place, we decide together with you in the initial conversation.
My standard package covers weddings of up to about 100 guests, so forty people are comfortably covered. The smaller the room, the slimmer my setup, because floor space and guest count decide that, not the occasion. An ordinary outlet at the booth is enough for me, and that creates no extra effort for the venue.
Sought-after Saturdays between May and September are often booked twelve to eighteen months ahead, so write to me as early as possible. If your date falls on a weekday or outside peak season, a lead time of three to six months is often enough. Even on short notice the inquiry is worthwhile, because I'll tell you honestly whether your day is still free.
