My name is Michael Zimmermann, and as an event DJ I accompany your company party at Lake Tegernsee from the reception to the dance floor. I have been behind the decks for over 25 years and at corporate events since 2004, and more than 1,450 events have shown me what a mixed team likes to hear. Company parties at Lake Tegernsee
I bring experience to company parties in alpine huts, inns and hotels, so typical schedules and setups are familiar to me. That makes coordination with me easier. From the lakeside hotel to the boathouse to the alpine hut: these eight addresses at Lake Tegernsee show how different your company party can turn out here.
Around the lake, the range for your company party runs from a small circle in the alpine hut to a large gathering in the boathouse. According to the operator, an alpine hut in Rottach-Egern has room for 25 to 70 people and the boathouse in Bad Wiessee for up to 120, and I align my technology accordingly. Setup and arrangements depend on the room, so the first thing I ask about is the format of your party and the number of guests.
If the evening begins with an outdoor reception and continues indoors, I go through both parts with you in advance. We set the flow between dinner, speeches and party with you in the briefing, and my music holds back at the important moments. I handle setup on the day of the event and teardown after the last track completely myself, so you do not have to assign anyone.
For an evening with speeches, dinner and dancing, I match setup and volume to the chosen room, so that addresses are easy to understand everywhere. You clarify the room size briefly with the venue.
The boathouse belongs to Hotel Terrassenhof, it sits directly on the lake in Bad Wiessee and is suitable for corporate events and Christmas parties. On 170 square meters there is room for up to 120 guests. I choose the system to fit the area, so that speeches and dance music reach the last corner.
Berghotel Sonnenbichl in Bad Wiessee hosts corporate events, Christmas parties and anniversaries. The Sonnenbichl Alm has up to 30 seats. For this manageable group, lean technology is enough, which does not dominate the room and allows conversation at the table.
Company conferences and team building are possible for 25 to 70 people, as are Christmas parties and anniversaries, in the Egerner Alm, which belongs to the Egerner Höfen, a park hotel in Rottach-Egern. I set up the technology so that program items and dance floor fit in the same room.
Hotel Terrassenhof in Bad Wiessee offers conferences and celebrations under one roof and also operates the boathouse on the lake. If the program runs during the day and the party in the evening, I shape the music accordingly: calm for reception and dinner, livelier later. We coordinate the schedule in advance.
Inquiries go through a form at the venue, and you clarify the capacity there briefly. I plan music for the outdoor reception and the later evening indoors, depending on the weather.
On the wooden jetty outside there are deck chairs and parasols. For the reception there I plan subtle music, and later I align the technology with the indoor room.
The Schwaigeralm in Kreuth has cozy parlors for company parties, and a carriage ride to the alpine hut is included. In the parlors I keep the technology lean and align the setup with the rooms and the schedule of your evening.

For the Tegernsee valley I bring the system and wireless microphones myself, and setup and soundcheck are done before your guests arrive. I have been active as a DJ since 1998, and from 2004 I work mainly at companies and private celebrations, with more than 1,450 events so far.
In the preliminary talk we go through your schedule point by point, from the speeches to the end of the program. The set runs live, edits and transitions are my own work. Restraint is part of it. In the end, what counts is that the music runs smoothly. The preliminary talk is possible by phone or video call, non-binding and without sales pressure.

Which song lands with which age group, I notice in the moment of the evening and not only in hindsight. Between dinner and party I plan breathing room into the schedule, so that even a lengthy speech does not tip the mood. +49 176 700 580 27If the house system is any good, I gladly integrate it; I bring controller and laptop anyway. If it sounds thin or is not enough for your room, I set up my own PA. We decide which solution suits you in the preliminary talk, long before setup begins.
I tailor my system to the room and the number of guests, so it can be adjusted if your list grows. My standard package carries about 100 people. For larger groups my stronger system comes along, which covers up to 150 guests.
I define the transitions with you in advance, so the music kicks in at the right moment after dinner, speech and program. I pick up the microphone only for speeches and program items, otherwise I stay in the background. This way your guests experience no break between the official part and the party.
For the outdoor reception I play subtle music, and later indoors my mix takes over the dance floor. I plan the switch from the start, including a fallback for bad weather. We clarify the schedule and rooms in advance with the venue.
After the event I send you an invoice that is due within 7 days. I answer your inquiry within 24 hours with an offer. For summer parties and Christmas parties an early inquiry is worthwhile; for corporate events I recommend three to six months of lead time.
Yes, I bring in saxophone, violin, percussion or vocals from my network, and everything fits into my mix. A well-placed act at your event is at the start of the party, or it fills the break after dinner. We choose the right moment together with you beforehand.

Our collaboration begins with your message about occasion, date and number of guests. In the video call we talk about your wishes, and shortly before the date comes the briefing in which we finalize the schedule. On the day of the event I set everything up before doors open and check the sound. For small and medium-sized groups I bring the technology completely myself; for large events I bring in technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
