Company parties in Kempten
From company parties in halls, inns and event rooms, I know what matters for setup and coordination, and you benefit from exactly that beforehand. Six venues show you how different a company evening in the twin city can look: from a historic hall through large event rooms to a festival barn in the surrounding area.
For your party, the range runs from a group on the gallery to a hall for several hundred guests. According to the operator, the kultBOX holds up to 570 people and the BARRIQUE up to 80, and I align my system accordingly. Because setup and arrangements change with the room, I first need the format and guest count from you.
If your evening starts in the foyer with a reception and then moves to the hall, I plan both sections with you beforehand. How it goes from dinner through your speeches to the dance floor, we record in the briefing so that the music never starts at the wrong moment. I carry the equipment in and out alone; your team does not have to lift a finger.
The Kornhaus names corporate events, weddings, private parties and concerts as occasions. According to the operator, the Great Hall holds 148 people with banquet seating and 324 people with long-table seating, and there are also a foyer, an Exchange Hall and a Small Hall. For your event, I choose my system to suit the seating you tell me.
On its website, the Michlhof names company party, anniversary and Christmas party as occasions. According to the operator, the threshing-floor barn holds up to 160 people and the Michlstube up to 100. In a barn, I set up so that your guests understand speeches and music equally clearly.
The bigBOX ALLGÄU lists company parties, company anniversaries and Christmas parties among its occasions. According to the operator, the kultBOX fits up to 570 people and the skyBOX on the top floor with balcony up to 120. For the kultBOX I bring a more powerful system; for the skyBOX my standard setup is enough.
The Soloplan City Resort names company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the event rooms are available for up to 130 people. I align my equipment with the room your team gets, and I agree the schedule with you beforehand.
The Fasshalle lists corporate events, anniversaries and Christmas parties among its occasions. According to the operator, up to 80 people fit in the BARRIQUE on the gallery. With such a manageable group, my setup stays slim, and we discuss the space for my desk together.
The Gauklerhof is in the surrounding area, in Waltenhofen, and names company parties, anniversaries and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, it offers space for around 100 people, including a festival barn with a dance floor. Since the dance floor is already there, I plan my setup right next to it.

Who I am
From the reception through the speeches to the dancing: I go through the schedule of your evening with you beforehand, by phone or video call. For your event in Kempten, where there has been a university of applied sciences since 1977, I bring the system, wireless microphones and lighting myself. I do setup and soundcheck at least two hours before the start, and the teardown afterwards.
My beginnings were in the club in 1998; since 2004 private and corporate parties have been added, over 1,450 events in total. I stay in the background, the music speaks, and my edits provide clear transitions between the parts of your evening.

01At company parties with up to 500 guests, I take my cue from your company and still get your workforce dancing. Which tracks work for which generation, I hear during the evening and adjust the mix accordingly. Since 2004 I have managed this balancing act, including at Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon. As a buffer, I plan some breathing room between dinner and dancing so that a long speech does not slow the momentum. For up to 150 guests I travel with my complete equipment; with more guests I work with proven partners.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system is in good condition, I am happy to integrate it; I bring only my controller and laptop in any case. If the house system is too weak for your hall, I set up my own PA next to it. We clarify which option suits you better in the preliminary call.
I size my system to the room and number of people, so it can be adjusted for a growing list. For around 100 people my standard package is enough, and I tell you that in advance. For a larger guest count, I upgrade to my more powerful configuration, which covers groups of up to about 150 people.
In advance, you and I agree when the music takes over again after dinner, speeches and programme. I use the microphone only when announcements or programme items require it; the music handles the rest of the evening. As a result, your guests experience no break between programme and party.
At the reception, subtle music plays that does not drown out conversation, and for the hall I then switch to the mix for the dance floor. I set the moment for this with you in advance. How rooms and times fit together, I clarify with you and the venue.
The invoice comes after the event, and you have seven days to pay it. I usually reply to your enquiry on the same or next day. Ideally, enquire one to two quarters before your corporate event, and earlier in the Christmas season.
Yes, I bring a saxophonist from my network, he joins smoothly into my mix, and I can also arrange violin, percussion or vocals for you. He fits especially well at the opening of the party or between dinner and dancing. You choose the timing together with me.

This is how working with me goes: you tell me the occasion, date and number of people, in the video call we discuss your wishes, and shortly before the event we set the schedule in the briefing. On the day itself, I am there before the first guests and check the sound. For small and medium groups my own equipment comes along; for large events, technical partners come on board.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
