Company parties at Lake Ammersee
From many parties in halls and inns of the region, I'm familiar with the typical flows, which makes coordination with me easier for your team. Seven venues for company evenings, summer parties and Christmas parties show you how versatile Lake Ammersee is for company events.
At the lake, the range for your party goes from a small group in an inn to a large hall. A house in Herrsching lists rooms for 15 to 120 guests, in Andechs the garden hall holds up to 190 according to the operator, and I align my equipment accordingly. Depending on the room, setup and arrangements change, which is why I first ask about format and guest count.
If there is a reception on the terrace and the programme in the hall, I plan both parts through with you in advance. In the briefing I fix the transitions from the meal through the speeches to the party, so that the music never disturbs the moment. I handle setup and teardown completely myself; both are a fixed part of my offer.
In Herrsching, Hotel Seehof Ammersee hosts corporate events in five rooms where 15 to 120 guests can celebrate, including the garden hall. Terrace and beer garden complete the offer. I tune volume and equipment to speeches and dancing so that addresses are understandable everywhere.
At the KramerHof in Dießen, business occasions and Christmas parties are possible. Up to 40 guests fit in the Maximilian Platz room; Ludwig and Studio are smaller, with 20 each. For a small group a slim system is enough that doesn't drown out conversation.
Summer party and Christmas party are in good hands at the restaurant FISCHER in Stegen. The restaurant seats up to 90 people, the winter lounge up to 60. I plan the evening from the reception to the dance floor to match your guest count.
In Stegen, the Seehaus Schreyegg hosts corporate events. The panorama hall seats up to 120 guests, and the lake terrace up to 250 seated. Where the booth goes, we decide once the area for your programme is settled.
Company parties are hosted at the Klostergasthof in Andechs: under the vault of the garden hall up to 190 guests find room, and the fireplace room holds up to 80. Under the vault I make sure that speeches and music stay equally clear.
At Lake Ammersee, the Gasthaus Seepost hosts corporate events and keeps terraces ready for the reception. Which rooms and how many seats are available, you can find out directly from the house. After that I tune the equipment to your schedule.
The garden serves for the reception, and the bright rooms of the Hofgut Algertshausen in Eresing welcome up to 110 people. Which room your team gets, I align the system accordingly.

From summer party to company outing at Lake Ammersee: the schedule determines how the music is used. That's why in the preliminary talk we first clarify when the welcome is, when speeches are due, and when there is eating and dancing. Only then do I fix music and equipment.
My experience as a DJ goes back to 1998, the first years in clubs, from 2004 mainly at company parties and private occasions, over 1,450 events in total. I bring the system and microphone completely. 01At company parties with up to 500 guests, I align the music with your company, and still your workforce should dance. Which track fires up which generation, I hear on the night itself, not afterwards. Clients like Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon show that I have managed this balancing act since 2004. For the switch from dinner to party I leave buffers in the schedule so that a longer speech doesn't tip the momentum. Up to 150 guests I bring all the equipment myself; beyond that I bring in proven technology partners.

Our collaboration starts with your music wish list, after which I coordinate independently with your venue and other service providers. About a week before the date, I will call you so that we can go through the schedule together, step by step.

From the seventies through the nineties to current charts, we agree on your music programme together beforehand, and the genres flow into one another seamlessly with me.
A good two hours before the start I'm ready on site, set up the equipment calmly and, after the last track, handle the teardown too.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system is solid, I can integrate it; I bring my controller and my laptop in any case. If it seems dated or too weak for your hall, my own PA provides clear sound. What makes sense for you, we clarify in the preliminary talk, before you plan the evening in detail.
I size the system to the room and guest count, so it grows with your attendee list. My standard package is enough for about 100 people. For larger groups I bring my stronger system, with which I can cover up to 150 guests.
I plan the transitions with you in advance, so that after dinner, address and programme the music starts exactly when the mood is ready for it. I pick up the microphone only for speeches and programme items, otherwise I stay in the background. That way your guests experience no break between the official part and the dance floor.
Outside I welcome your guests with discreet music for the aperitif, and inside the mix for the dance floor takes over. I build this change into the plan from the start, including a solution in case the weather changes the schedule. We coordinate schedules and rooms with the venue beforehand.
After the event you receive an invoice from me, due within 7 days. I answer your enquiry within one day. For summer dates I recommend enquiring early; for corporate events, three to six months' lead time is a good rule of thumb.
From my network I arrange a saxophonist who slips seamlessly into my mix; violin, percussion or vocals are also possible. This works particularly well with me as the kick-off to the party or as a programme item after the meal. At what point it fits, we decide together beforehand.

This is how I work with companies at Lake Ammersee: you tell me the occasion, date and guest count, in a video call we discuss your wishes, and in the briefing shortly before the date we fix the schedule. On the day of the event I set up before doors open and check the sound. For small and medium groups I bring the equipment myself; for large events I bring in technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
