Company parties in Regensburg
Brewhouses, hotel halls and castle rooms each bring their own processes, so I agree with you in advance how your party should run. That makes coordination with me easy for you. Six addresses, from the brewhouse to the castle garden, show you how varied a company evening can be in this World Heritage city: festive in a hall, down-to-earth in an inn, or relaxed in the open air.
In the World Heritage city the range for your party stretches from the inn to the ballroom. According to the operator, one castle lists up to 400 people in the riding hall, one hotel has a hall with 130 seats at a banquet, and I align my equipment to your room. Setup and arrangements change with every environment, which is why I first ask about format and guest count.
If your reception, dinner and speeches are planned in the hall, I go through these agenda items step by step with you in advance. In the briefing we decide when the music resumes after speeches and program, so that I don't disturb a single moment. I set up and tear down my system myself, both are a fixed part of my service.
The brewhouse names company parties and corporate events as occasions. According to the operator, the inn offers about 300 seats, and indoors up to 200 people are possible for a festive dinner. At this size I choose my system so that your address and the dance music come across well everywhere in the house.
The castle names corporate events as an occasion. According to the operator, the ballroom holds a maximum of 120 people, the stable corridor a maximum of 160 and the riding hall a maximum of 400. Depending on the room, I decide whether a slim setup is enough or whether the more powerful system comes along, as soon as you tell me your guest count.
The hotel names company parties among its occasions. According to the operator, the Herzogssaal covers 190 m², and 160 people fit in it at a standing reception, 130 at a banquet. Whether your team stands or sits determines how I position the booth and speakers.
The brewery inn names family and company parties as occasions and has a beer garden. Please ask the venue directly about rooms and guest count. How I prepare my equipment for you depends on which area your party gets.
In connection with its catering, the Weissbräuhaus names company parties and staff parties as occasions. According to the operator, there are individual arrangements for groups of 6 people or more. Please ask the venue about the rooms, after which I align my setup with your schedule.
The Schlossgarten names company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries as occasions. Please obtain details on guest count and rooms directly from the venue. For your evening I clarify with you in advance how the reception and dance floor mesh musically.

Who I am
I bring experience with corporate audiences: since 2004 I have been working at business and private parties, over 1,450 events, after starting in the club in 1998. Regensburg's old town has been on the World Heritage list since July 2006, and for your event there I plan the schedule with you in the initial consultation, by phone or video call as you prefer.
I bring the system, wireless microphones and lighting myself, and setup is done before your guests arrive. I stay in the background, the music does the talking, and my own edits make sure that speeches, dinner and dancing flow into one another. I record your must-plays and no-plays.

01At company parties of up to 500 guests, I base the music selection on the company, and yet your workforce should end up on the dance floor. Which song lands with which age group, I feel during the evening, not only afterwards. Since 2004 I have managed this balancing act, as clients such as Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon confirm. So that the transition from dinner to dance floor works, I leave leeway in the schedule so that a long speech doesn't slow the momentum. For groups of up to 150 people I arrive with my complete equipment, for larger groups I bring in proven equipment partners.

+49 176 700 580 27If the existing system works reliably, I simply connect my laptop and controller to it. If it is too weak or too old for your hall, I set up my own PA instead. Which variant suits you better, we discuss in the initial consultation, before you have to worry about details.
I tune my equipment to the room and number of attendees, so I can scale it up for you. My standard package covers about 100 people. If your group gets bigger, a more powerful system from me comes into play, covering up to 150 guests.
I settle the flow from dinner through the speeches to the first round of dancing with you in advance, so that the music starts at the right time. I take the microphone in hand only for addresses and agenda items and otherwise hold back. For your guests, the transition from program to party feels completely natural.
At the outdoor reception I play quiet background music, and in the hall I then take over with the mix for the dance floor. I plan the transition in from the start and think with you about what happens if it rains. I clarify rooms and time slots with you and the venue in good time.
After the evening I issue you an invoice that you settle within 7 days. You will receive my reply to your message, including a quote, within 24 hours. You should tell me your preferred date in summer or in the Advent season early; for corporate events I like to plan with three to six months of lead time.
That is possible, because I book saxophone, violin, percussion or vocals from my network for you, and the live part flows seamlessly into my mix. For me, such an appearance works very nicely as the opening of the party or as a highlight after dessert. At what point it fits for you, we decide together in the briefing.

This is how the collaboration works with me: you give me the occasion, date and number of attendees, we discuss your ideas in a video call, and shortly before the date we fix the schedule in the briefing. On the day of the event I set up before doors open and test the sound. For small and medium groups I arrive with my own equipment, for large events I bring in equipment partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
