Company parties in Passau
I work in hotels, castle halls and country inns alike, so I am familiar with the usual processes, and that saves you time when coordinating with me. Three addresses show you how different a company evening can look here: high above the city, on a terrace on the Inn, or in a castle, whether with a small group or a large party.
Whether an intimate gathering in the castle hotel or a large hall with a terrace high above the confluence of the three rivers: there is every size of venue here for your party. Important for you: according to the operator, Hotel Schloss Ort offers space for a maximum of 60 people, and according to the operator the Oberhaus can be booked exclusively. I first ask you about format and guest count so that I can choose my equipment accordingly.
If your Christmas party starts with drinks outdoors and then moves into the hall, I plan both parts together with you. In the briefing we decide how the evening shifts from dinner and speeches to the party, so that my music doesn't disturb any agenda item. Setup and teardown are entirely on me, your team doesn't have to provide any helpers.
The Oberhaus explicitly names company parties as one of its occasions. According to the operator, separate halls can be used for small groups as well as large gatherings, in summer people celebrate on the terraces with a view over the city, and the entire venue can be booked exclusively. Depending on the hall, I adapt my setup and clarify with you in advance where my DJ booth should stand.
The hotel names company parties, anniversaries and small wedding celebrations as occasions. According to the operator, the premises offer space for a maximum of 60 people, plus a sun terrace right on the Inn. For this manageable group I set up my equipment slim and agree the spot for my booth with you in advance.
The castle in Neuburg am Inn lists company parties and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, menus for ten up to a maximum of 60 people are possible, and a courtyard tavern with a beer garden belongs to the house. For this setting I plan a compact system and clarify setup details with you in good time.

Who I am
I bring speakers, wireless microphones and lighting myself, including for your event in the university city of Passau. I complete setup and soundcheck at least two hours before the start, and teardown follows after the end. For emergencies I have a backup DJ network behind me, and my equipment runs in duplicate.
My path as a DJ began in 1998 in the club, since 2004 I have looked after private and corporate celebrations, over 1,450 events in total. I stay in the background, with me the music does the talking. My own edits make sure your program flows into dancing without a break.

+49 176 700 580 27Not necessarily, because I gladly integrate a good house system, and my controller and laptop travel with me in any case. If its sound isn't enough for your guest count, I set up my own speakers. We decide together in the first conversation which way works for you.
Just tell me the new number and I will adjust the sound reinforcement. With my basic setup I cover about 100 people, and the larger variant carries up to 150 guests. If it gets even fuller, I bring in equipment partners I can rely on.
We map out the flow of your evening beforehand: first dinner, then speeches and tributes, then the dance floor. I only take the microphone when a speech or agenda item is due, otherwise I work quietly in the background. For your guests, the line between the official part and the party blurs as a result.
For the sparkling-wine reception and welcome under the open sky I play quiet, unobtrusive music, and in the hall my dance mix follows. I factor in a rain plan B right from the start of my preparation. You arrange rooms and times with the venue, and I follow your plan.
After the event you receive an invoice from me with a payment term of seven days. I read your message promptly, and you will have my first feedback after one day at most. For corporate events I advise making your request three to six months ahead.
On request I bring in a saxophonist from my network who blends into my mix, and violin, percussion or a singer are possible too. For me, such an appearance has the strongest effect as an interlude after dessert or as the starting signal for the dance floor. We choose the right moment for it together with you beforehand.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

My collaboration with companies looks like this: you tell me the occasion, date and approximate guest count, we go through your ideas in a video call, and the briefing shortly before the date fixes the schedule. On the day itself I stand at the decks in front of your guests, having set up and checked the sound. I supply small and medium groups with my own system, and for large events I bring in equipment partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
