Company parties in and around Erding
Company parties in event halls, country hotels and castles around Erding are part of my daily work, and that saves your team many a follow-up question. For your company party there are eight addresses to choose from, from the municipal hall in Erding to the conference room in the inn.
Depending on group size and programme sequence, I plan a different set-up for your corporate event, from a small room to a hall with a stage. In Erding there is a municipal hall with a stage and sound and lighting equipment, so I ask beforehand how I can place my system next to the existing equipment. The building is also air-conditioned, and exclusive use is possible, which I agree with you in advance.
For your group of up to 100 people my standard package is enough, and with up to 150 guests my own equipment is likewise sufficient. How dinner, speeches and party should follow one another, we clarify with you in advance so that the switch to music goes smoothly.
On the edge of the old town stands the eventforum ERDING, the municipal event hall. In the Große Saal, a banquet seats 404 guests in the stalls and 100 in the gallery; in rows it is 599. The Kleine Saal measures 177 m² and can be divided. Stage as well as sound and lighting equipment are available. How my system is used alongside the house equipment, we agree in advance.
In the Landhotel Hallnberg in Walpertskirchen, company parties and Christmas parties can both be hosted. Between 30 and 120 guests fit in the hall, the tipi holds up to 120 people, and there is also a large dance floor with a bar.
At Schloss Aufhausen, company parties and banquets are hosted; the Schlossscheune, the Kapellensaal, the Amalfisaal and the Rittersaal are available. For size and dates, ask the castle directly.
Near Moosinning lies the Alte Tenne, where Christmas and company parties take place, and the farm on which it stands as a converted threshing barn has a farm café. For the number of guests, ask the farm directly. I bring the equipment and place decks and dance floor to suit your team.
The Gutsgasthof Stangl in Neufarn offers a hotel, Gartensaal and Remise. Up to 110 guests fit in the Gartensaal, up to 150 in the Remise, and depending on the room, music and dancing are permitted. For your party I tune set-up and volume to the room you choose.
Company parties, anniversaries and conferences are possible in Manhartsdorf near Wartenberg at the Landgasthof von Schweiger, namely in the vaulted restaurant, in the Stube, in the Jagdzimmer or in the old barn. Room sizes you can ask the house. In the barn I lay out the sound reinforcement so that every speech arrives even at the back.
The Daimerwirt in Moosinning has a conference room for up to 45 guests, plus a vaulted cellar, inn parlour and conservatory for the evening. Company parties are among the house's occasions. When the programme runs during the day, I keep the music low for the meal and turn it up in the evening.
The Kastanienhof in Erding hosts conferences, workshops and company parties. The largest room measures 136 m² and holds 120 guests, the smaller rooms take 25 to 45, and there are guest rooms in the house. For the evening after the conference I keep the set-up so slim that your room keeps its seating.

The transition is one of the most delicate moments of the evening, which is why we fix the timing with you in advance. Tell me beforehand how long dinner and speeches last, and I will align the switch accordingly.
I always have the wireless microphone with me, for programme handovers, speaker announcements and discreet guest guidance. How much hosting you want, we clarify in the briefing; for galas and awards the schedule also runs through me without a separate host. In good time before the opening we go through the order of your programme items once more together.
My standard package covers events of up to about 100 people, and for up to 150 people my own equipment is enough. If it gets bigger still, I bring in an experienced event technology company from my network, and a week before the date we agree everything with you by phone.
If the venue has a good system of its own, I work with it, and my laptop and controller come to every date anyway. My own PA is nevertheless ready in the car, because I never rely blindly on someone else's equipment. Whether everything fits together then, we discuss in advance together with you.
For places without power I have a battery set-up that runs completely independently for up to 5 hours. Briefly tell me when you book that the celebration is outdoors, and I will plan the set-up accordingly. How long the outdoor celebration should last, tell me in advance so that I plan the battery runtime to match.

Service area
I also take care of corporate events in Freising, Dachau and Pfaffenhofen, and I will come to you in Erding with my sound system. The district seat lies northeast of Munich on the Sempt river, near the airport. You will find the page for other locations further down.
I plan corporate events in Erding with you in three steps: you describe the occasion, date and number of guests, we agree on the schedule and requested songs in a video call, and on the day of the event I set up in good time before doors open. In halls with their own equipment, I use what the venue provides and add my own system wherever it is needed.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
