Company parties on Lake Chiemsee
In hotels, country inns and festival halls the usual routines are familiar to me, and that makes coordination with me easier for you. Seven places for your company evening in the Chiemgau: beach, hotel, estate and monastery, each with its own layout for guests and equipment.
Around the lake, the range for your company party stretches from a summer party in a gala tent on the beach to the festival hall on an estate. According to the operator, the tent on the beach is designed for 80 people, the festival hall at Gut Ising names up to 180, and I align my equipment accordingly. Because setup and arrangements vary by location, I first ask about the format and number of guests for your party.
If your evening starts with a reception on the terrace and continues indoors, I discuss both parts with you in advance. When dinner is served, who speaks and from when people dance, we fix with you in the briefing, so that my music never interferes. I handle the setup on the day and the teardown afterwards entirely alone; that is part of my offer.
The Yachthotel Chiemsee in Prien hosts company parties, anniversaries and family celebrations. The exact number of attendees is best discussed briefly with the hotel. I align equipment and setup to your group.
The Chiemsee Event-Strand in Gstadt is intended for corporate events and summer parties, with a beach, a private jetty and a terrace where a gala tent holds 80 people. For a summer party by the water, I plan sound that carries in the tent and does not disturb on the beach.
In Chieming, Gut Ising hosts company anniversaries and Christmas parties; the house takes between 20 and 180 guests. The Derby bar, equipped with a grill, holds up to 100 people, the Isinger Saal 90 and the festival hall 180. Depending on the number of attendees, I choose system and room so that speeches stay easy to understand.
In Übersee, the Hotel Das Exter hosts corporate events, only a short walk from the lake. The possible number of guests is best discussed briefly with the hotel. After that I lay out the equipment for your number of attendees.
In Rimsting, the Hotel Aiterbach hosts company parties; the hall is flooded with light and has room for up to 90 people. At this size, a system that transmits speeches clearly and then carries music for the evening is enough.
In Bernau, Sallers Badehaus hosts corporate events, Christmas parties and summer parties, and the venue sits directly on the shore of Lake Chiemsee. The spacious lake terrace offers room for welcome drinks outdoors. Outside I work without a power socket, on battery; inside with the full system for the evening.
Kloster Seeon is a hotel as well as a cultural and educational centre and invites guests to company parties, conferences and seminars; a baroque banquet hall belongs to the house. For the evening programme after the conference, I align the system and lighting in the banquet hall to your guests.

Who I am
Conference in the afternoon, dinner in the evening, then music: events on Lake Chiemsee often follow such a sequence, and I lay out my equipment and music to match. We discuss this in advance and put the schedule in writing. I have been active as a DJ since 1998, first in the club scene, from 2004 mainly at company parties and private events, more than 1,450 times.
Microphones and system are my own and are tested beforehand. I play in the background and let the music do the work. My own edits connect the tracks, so there are no gaps. Even with a long way to travel, the setup is ready in good time before your guests arrive.

01For company parties with up to 500 guests, I shape the programme around your business, while still getting people dancing. How a track lands with which generation, I notice during the evening itself and not only afterwards. My jobs for Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon show that this balancing act has worked since 2004. Between dinner and party I leave room in the schedule, so that even a longer speech does not slow the momentum. I provide all the equipment myself up to 150 guests; for larger groups I work together with proven technical partners.

To begin with, you receive my questions about your music wish list from me; I take care of the coordination with the venue, catering and other service providers on my own. Shortly before the event, about seven days ahead, we speak by phone once more and check every item on the programme.

We go through classics, nineties hits and current charts in advance, and with me the genres merge into one continuous mix that your guests do not experience as a break.
I am ready about two hours before doors open, set up in peace, and after the last track I take care of the teardown too.

For your gala or anniversary celebration I work with the same standard as for any other company evening, and that goes for the reception just as much as for the wind-down.
If you like, live music, a photo station or uplights can be added, and I handle the arrangements for that with you personally.

+49 176 700 580 27If the existing system is in good condition, I am happy to use it, and I have my controller and laptop with me anyway. If it is not sufficient for your hall or sounds weak, I set up my own PA. Whether that is necessary for you, we discuss in the preliminary conversation, before the detailed planning.
I size my system to the room and number of guests, and if the attendee list grows, I adjust it. With my standard package I serve around 100 people. My larger system covers up to 150 guests, and I bring it at your request.
I plan the transitions with you beforehand, so that after dinner, speeches and the supporting programme the music takes over at exactly the right time. I pick up the microphone only for speeches and programme items, and the rest of the evening I stay in the background. This way your guests feel no break between the official part and the dance floor.
Outside I accompany the aperitif with restrained music, and later in the hall my mix takes over. I plan the transition to the dance floor from the start, as well as a solution for bad weather. You and I clarify rooms and times in advance together with the venue.
Your accounting department receives a proper invoice from me after the event, due within seven days. I respond to your request the same day or by the next day at the latest. Early requests pay off for summer parties and Christmas parties, and for corporate events three to six months of lead time is my rule of thumb.
Yes, I have a saxophonist from my network join my mix seamlessly, and I also arrange violin, percussion or vocals. Such a performance is most effective with me right at the start of the dance floor or in a break after the main course. When it fits best for you, we fix together beforehand.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

Working together with me takes a few steps: you tell me the occasion, date and number of guests, in a video call we discuss your wishes, and at the briefing before the event we fix the schedule with you. On the day of the event I set everything up before doors open and test the sound. For small and medium-sized groups I bring my equipment myself; for large parties I work with technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
