Company Parties in and around Starnberg
At company parties in halls, hotels and historic buildings around the lake, I have seen many schedules, and that makes coordination easier for your team. Seven venues around Starnberg offer a fitting setting for your company party, from the Schlossberghalle to the villa on the shore in Niederpöcking.
If you need a stage and foyer for a programme with talks, the municipal congress centre offers you two halls and barrier-free access. If you want to take your team to the water, a lakeside hotel in the area is also open for corporate events. If you are looking for something historic, a building from 1866 welcomes up to 180 people, and an external caterer brings the food.
For a gala or annual party, I recommend enquiring with me three to six months in advance. On request, a photo station with your company's layout runs entirely without your own staff.
The municipal cultural and congress centre in Starnberg has a large and a small hall, plus a stage, foyer and underground car park. The building is barrier-free, and catering is possible. Whether your corporate event can take place there, you clarify directly with the city. I incorporate the stage and hall musically so that there is room for speeches and dancing.
On Lake Starnberg in Niederpöcking, the 165-year-old villa hosts company parties, business meetings, Christmas parties and summer parties. Park, terraces and boathouse belong to the property. Whether a summer party in the park or a Christmas party in the house: I tailor equipment and sound to your programme.
In Berg, the historic Marstall from 1866 offers around 340 m² under the vault, with room for 2 to 180 guests, and company parties are among the occasions at the venue. There is no in-house catering, so you work with external caterers. I coordinate schedule and music with the caterer in advance.
In Berg, the lakeside hotel hosts corporate events, and the property includes lake access, a conservatory and a terrace. For your team, that is a lakeside setting. Ask the hotel directly about sizes and dates.
Up to 200 guests fit in the castle in Bernried, the venue hosts company parties, and a lakeside plot belongs to the estate. With a programme in the house and a reception by the lake, I coordinate equipment and schedule with you so that the move outdoors goes smoothly.
The Gasthaus Högner in Unterbrunn has been serving guests since 1876 and hosts corporate events and Christmas parties for up to 100 guests. Dining room, tavern and beer garden divide the evening into sections. I plan the music with you so that eating and conversation take priority and dancing remains possible later.
The Strandhotel in Berg is on the lake and has a beer garden, lake terrace, Tyrolean parlour and lakeside parlour. It hosts company parties as well as weddings and birthdays. You discuss the size of your group directly with the venue. On the lake terrace, the music for the guests comes from a battery-powered system that needs no power socket.

A corporate audience at Lake Starnberg listens differently from private guests, and I adapt my mixing style to that. I have been a DJ since 1998 and have worked for companies and private clients since 2004, more than 1,450 times so far. We discuss in advance which agenda items there are, who gives speeches and when dinner is served.
After that, I set the music to match. I bring the sound system and microphones and check them before the first guests arrive. I mix the set live, and the transitions are my own edits from my club days. For you, that means one point of contact and one schedule.

+49 176 700 580 27If an existing system does not meet my standards, I make myself independent with my own equipment in no time. I bring my controller and laptop to every date myself, no matter what is available on stage. My PA also travels in the car, because I do not trust an unfamiliar system without checking it first.
My hosting includes the programme handovers and the announcement of your speakers, and I guide your guests subtly through the evening. For the changeover between speakers, I have two wireless microphones ready, so one is always free. If your management would rather announce the handover themselves, I pass them the microphone at any time.
Trainees next to the board means several generations on one floor, and I keep exactly this mix in mind when selecting music for your team. Whether 70s hits or current charts, you agree the range in between with me in advance. In the preliminary call, we collect your must-plays, your no-plays and the general taste of your workforce.
As soon as the list exceeds 150 people, I bring in a specialist event technology company from my network, and that also applies to 200 guests. I am ready two hours before the start or earlier to set up the equipment and do the soundcheck, even if a partner comes along. For your date, I have controller and laptop in duplicate in the car, so a complete system failure is practically ruled out.
I consider the jump from dinner to the dance floor one of the trickiest points of the evening, which is why I plan it with you. If the two speeches take longer than planned, I keep the mood going with music and announcements until the party can begin. On request, my wireless LED uplights change colour along the way, from calm lighting at dinner to the party.

This is how I work with companies in Starnberg: you describe the occasion, date and number of guests, we discuss everything in a video call, and in the briefing we set the schedule and requested tracks. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
