Company parties in and around Eichstätt
A castle with a coach house and an inn with a vaulted cellar differ greatly, which is why I look at the space for your event closely beforehand. Eight venues with halls and conference rooms in Eichstätt, Emsing, Schernfeld and Beilngries offer your company party the right setting.
If you are planning a conference with an overnight stay, a hotel in the nature park has conference rooms and accommodation for your team in the house. If you want to stay in town, you will find a hotel with three conference rooms in which work and evening can be combined for your team in one place. An inn in the region lists company parties, and up to 90 guests fit in its vaulted cellar, plus there are 9 guest rooms you can enquire about.
And if your company is planning bigger, I am at the decks even when up to 500 guests come to your corporate event. From 150 people, my network brings in an event technology company that scales the set-up, and you neither have to find nor coordinate a second provider.
In Emsing in the Altmühltal Nature Park, Hotel Dirsch offers 19 conference rooms between 30 and 300 square metres for 10 to 140 participants, plus 95 places to stay overnight. An Alm hut and a barbecue hut are available for parties. When the programme runs during the day, I set up the evening so that the Alm hut or barbecue hut works as a party venue for your team.
With its Baroque coach house, terrace and garden, the castle in Hofstetten provides a backdrop for seminars and corporate events, and anyone wanting to stay overnight will find a bed there as well. For an event with a programme part and dancing, I plan the flow with you so that coach house and terrace fit together.
The hotel on Franz-Xaver-Platz has three conference rooms; the Willibald room has 103 square metres for up to 85 people. Presentation technology and fast Wi-Fi are available, and incentives and seminars are part of the offer. For the evening after the programme, I plan with you a set-up that suits the Willibald room.
The country inn in Paulushofen hosts seminars and corporate events; the air-conditioned banquet hall holds about 200 guests. I align my equipment with the existing stage so that speeches and dancing fit in one room.
The hotel in the old town of Beilngries hosts company parties and Christmas parties; the Historic Hall holds up to 80 guests. The Kaiserbeck-Hof accommodates up to 30 guests, and the Kaiserbeck bar adds a lounge. For the reception at the bar and the meal in the hall I keep the music discreet, and later it becomes livelier.
Up to 220 people fit in the hall in Schernfeld, corporate events are also part of the house's programme, and there are rooms for overnight stays as well. For speeches followed by dancing, I position the speakers so that every speech is easy to understand even in the back rows of the hall.
The inn in Wolkertshofen welcomes company groups in a vaulted cellar dating from the 17th century that holds up to 90 guests with a dance floor. A hayloft and inner courtyard also belong to the house, as do 9 guest rooms. For your team I keep the set-up slim so that the vaulted cellar does not look overloaded.
Corporate events are part of the offer at the Braugasthof in Beilngries; the Malztenne has room for up to 70 guests, the Hahnenstube for up to 40. The courtyard garden also holds 70, and for staff from out of town there are hotel rooms in the house. After a talk or meal in the Malztenne I keep the music quiet enough for conversation, and then I open the dance floor.

Anyone planning an event in Eichstätt usually already has a clear idea of the flow, and I follow it: first welcome and speeches, then dinner, finally music and dancing. My job is to put this idea into practice. For that we go through number of guests, programme items and duration in advance. I have stood behind the decks since 1998, first in clubs, since 2004 for companies and private clients, over 1,450 times in total.
I work calmly and discreetly, the music speaks for itself. I bring all the equipment and check it in good time. My own edits and transitions make sure the mood does not break when the dance floor opens after the speeches.

+49 176 700 580 27Seminars and corporate events are on the list of occasions at a castle in the region, and overnight stays for your team are possible there as well. A terrace and garden also belong to the house if you want to move outdoors with your guests after the seminar. How the transition from seminar to evening should work, I discuss beforehand with the house and with everyone else working on your programme.
For galas and awards I offer you DJ plus violin, with atmosphere from the first note. Musically I bring the same standard to your awards evening, starting with the reception and ending with the closing announcements. The programme items between reception and party I host for you.
If you book my uplights, I tune them to the flow of the evening, and dinner, talk and party each get their own lighting mood. Lighting equipment for dancing is part of my basic setup anyway. How long dinner and talk last, we clarify already in the non-binding video call that follows your enquiry.
My range runs from 70s classics to current hits, and you set the share for your guests with me beforehand. If your interns like R&B or electro swing, both genres are part of my repertoire. If the senior boss has a request that does not fit the mood of the room at the moment, I keep it in mind for a better-suited moment.
I recommend a lead time of three to six months for galas and annual parties, so from September to January you still have enough time. If it gets tighter, pick up the phone; you may enquire with me at short notice as well. Your enquiry is then followed by a non-binding video conversation with me in which we discuss date and schedule.

For corporate events in Eichstätt I proceed in three steps: you describe the occasion, date and venue, in the video call we align programme and musical direction, and shortly before the date we clarify the last details. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
