Company parties in Würzburg
Whether wine tavern, barn or roof terrace: I know the usual flow of such company parties well, and that makes your planning with me much easier. Seven venues between rooftop, wine tavern and vineyard show you how different a company evening in this city can look, from a team dinner with a tasting to a party with a view over the rooftops.
Between a small wine tavern and a large rooftop floor, your team has plenty of room to choose. According to its operator, one venue on the Main provides up to 160 seats on its terrace, Cloud 7 has room for 200 guests, and I align my equipment with your choice. Coordination and setup depend on the room, which is why I ask at the start about your format and number of guests.
If your evening begins with a glass of Franconian wine and later turns into a party, I plan both parts with you in advance. In the briefing, we settle when the menu ends, when there are speeches and when there is dancing, so that my music never comes to the foreground at the wrong moment. I handle setup and teardown entirely on my own, which of course is part of my service.
Cloud 7 lists company parties among its occasions and is a rooftop venue on the 7th floor of the Wöhrl department store. According to the operator, seating can be arranged flexibly, and up to 200 people are possible. On a rooftop floor, I plan my setup so that the sound system and cable routes do not disturb the flow of guests.
Beef 800° on the Main lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the fireplace room accommodates up to 60 guests and the terrace up to 160. For the fireplace room I bring a compact system, and for the terrace I will explain to you in advance how I align the sound there.
The wine taverns list team-building events, kick-offs and Christmas parties, among other occasions. I give no figures here for rooms and space, so please ask the venue directly. As soon as you know in which room you will celebrate, I align my equipment accordingly.
The Nikolaushof lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, a barn, pavilion, inner courtyard, restaurant and lakeside garden are available as separate areas. If your party spreads across several of them, I define with you where the music plays and where it deliberately stays quiet.
The Schlosshotel in den Weinbergen lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the plenary hall is suitable for celebrations of up to 160 people, and a terrace with a view over the city is included. I integrate both into your schedule, from the reception outdoors to dancing in the hall.
The Backöfele lists company parties and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, the hunting room is suitable for large groups of up to 40 people. In a room of this size, I keep my equipment lean and the music at a level where conversations at the table remain possible.
The wine taverns list corporate events as an occasion. According to the operator, celebrations from 2 to over 100 people are possible. Depending on how large your group is, I choose the sound system and setup, and you settle that in advance with me and the venue.

A corporate crowd is no sure thing, and I bring the experience for it. I started in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 I have worked with companies and private clients, over 1,450 events in total. Your evening in Würzburg should run smoothly and reliably.
In a preliminary conversation, we clarify the schedule, speeches and equipment with you, either by phone or video call. I stay in the background myself, the music does the talking, and my edits hold your evening together. I complete setup and soundcheck at least two hours before the start, and handle the teardown myself afterwards.

I notice during the evening what resonates with which age group and react right away. My client list since 2004, with Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon, shows that I can keep this balance. In the schedule, I leave a buffer between dessert and dance floor that a rambling speech may use up without your evening suffering. Up to 150 guests I provide all the equipment myself, and for more guests I work with technical partners I know.

+49 176 700 580 27If the existing sound system is good enough for music, I simply connect my laptop and controller to it. If it only suffices for announcements, I set up my own PA and ensure clean sound throughout the room. We will look together in our first conversation at which option suits you better.
I adapt my equipment to your number of participants, so a later increase is no problem for me. The standard system covers your group of up to about 100 people. If the group gets bigger, I switch to my more powerful system, which is still sufficient for around 150 guests.
I go through the flow between menu, speeches and dance floor with you step by step beforehand, so that I come in at the right moment. I use the microphone only for speeches and program items, otherwise your guests should hear music alone. That way your program flows into the party for your guests without a break, and without me intervening noticeably in between.
During the tasting, I play quiet music in the background that lets conversations carry. As soon as you give the signal, I gradually raise tempo and energy until your guests want to dance. We define this shift together in our briefing.
Your invoice follows after the party, with a payment term of 7 days. You will get a reply to your first message from me by the next day. Please inquire between six and three months before the date, so that I have enough leeway for you regarding date and preparation.
I am happy to bring a saxophonist from my circle, who plays directly along with my tracks, and violin, vocals or percussion are also possible. This works very well as the opening of the dance floor or as an interlude once the main course has been cleared. You can discuss with me in advance when it fits your evening best.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

This is how I proceed with companies in Würzburg: you describe the occasion, date and number of participants, we clarify your ideas in a video call, and shortly before the date we define the schedule in a briefing. Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
