Wedding venues in Würzburg
For your wedding I find out in advance which rooms and areas your venue offers, and tailor equipment and schedule to it, whether hall, terrace or courtyard. I coordinate equipment and schedule with you for each of these six venues, from the rooftop in the department store to the palace hotel in the vineyards.
High above the Main stands Marienberg Fortress, and to this festive scene I play the fitting music at your wedding in Würzburg. You can choose from a rooftop location in the department store, wine taverns for large wedding parties, a mill by the bridge and a palace hotel in the vineyards.
The room and the number of guests determine my setup: a small parlour gets a different concept from me than a large hall or a terrace. If you have a theme, we decide in advance which songs belong and which should never be played. Before your guests arrive I have set up and tested the sound, and I reserve at least two hours for that.
Cloud 7 Würzburg lists weddings, birthdays, company parties, Christmas parties and anniversaries as occasions. According to the operator, the rooftop location on the seventh floor of the Wöhrl department store offers flexible seating for up to 200 people. With such flexible seating, we clarify early on where the dance floor and my booth will go.
The Beef 800° on the Main lists weddings, birthdays, company parties and Christmas celebrations as occasions. According to the operator, the fireplace room takes up to 60 guests and the terrace up to 160 people. Between the fireplace room and the terrace I lay out my equipment so that your evening doesn't fall into two halves.
The Bürgerspital Weinstuben list weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, Christmas parties and team-building events as occasions. According to the operator, a wedding celebration with up to 600 people is possible. The larger your guest list, the earlier I clarify with you how much sound equipment and lighting I bring.
The Alte Mainmühle at the Old Main Bridge lists weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, the fireplace room has space for up to 50 people, the mill parlour for up to 55. For such manageable parlours I deliberately set up your system slim.

According to the operator, a barn, pavilion, inner courtyard, restaurant and lakeside garden are available as separate areas. With several areas, we think together about where your champagne reception begins and where the dancing will happen later.
The Schlosshotel Steinburg in the vineyards lists weddings, symbolic wedding ceremonies, birthdays, company parties and anniversaries as occasions. According to the operator, the plenary hall is suitable for celebrations of up to 160 people, and the terrace offers a view over Würzburg. For your symbolic wedding ceremony I coordinate music and equipment with you in advance.

Who I am
On the Old Main Bridge people meet in the late afternoon for a glass of wine, and your celebration in Würzburg should begin just as casually. I've been behind the booth since 1998, the first years in clubs, and since 2004 I've been part of private and corporate celebrations. Since then I've accompanied over 1,450 events, more than 650 of them weddings.
I stay in the background and let the music speak, so you can enjoy your guests in peace. From the club I bring my own edits that link songs from different eras. You have family and friends around you, and I take care of the moment when the dance floor fills up.

Request a dateFirst comes your enquiry, then my reply within 24 hours. In the relaxed video call without sales pressure we sort out the date, venue and first ideas, whether vineyard flair or castle hall, and afterwards you receive your quote.
Your portal goes online with the booking, and there you collect favourite songs, taboo topics, the daily schedule and little surprises. About seven days before the celebration we arrange everything by phone.
When the guests arrive, everything has long been ready: at least two hours beforehand I set up, test the system and clarify the schedule with the photographer or celebrant. The technology stays completely invisible throughout.
For the drinks reception I provide subtle lounge music that supports conversation rather than drowning it out. Before that I shape the entrance, exchange of rings and exit as atmosphere, and under the open sky without power my equipment runs on battery.
At the table, atmospheric music creates a feeling of wellbeing, and thanks to the wireless microphone everyone understands the speeches. Games, surprises and the bouquet toss each also get a musical setting that carries the moment.
When your edit for the first dance has faded out, my work on the dance floor begins. I read it, keep adapting the set and bring all generations together, right up to the last song.

At your symbolic wedding ceremony I accompany the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit without any power cable, because a strong battery carries me through the ceremony.

+49 176 700 580 27My battery powers the system through the entire reception, so you don't need a power connection outdoors. I obtain the venue's consent for an outdoor setup beforehand, so there's nothing for you to do. From the first toast to the dancing indoors, nothing should break off with me, and your guests will hardly notice when they go inside.
I'm happy to do that: for the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, the music plays from my system, and no cable to the wall is needed. Which pieces are included we decide together beforehand, so they suit your ceremony. Whether your venue offers a symbolic wedding ceremony is best asked directly with the operator.
I pay attention to who is already dancing and who is still sitting at dinner, and play the next song precisely for those guests. My edits let schlager classics and current hits flow into one another without any jolt. Which songs absolutely have to be played and which never should, you tell me beforehand.
Instead of a band, a single artist is often enough: I arrange saxophone, violin, vocals or percussion from my network, and the musician plays along to my mix. In my experience this is especially powerful at the ceremony, the reception and the opening dance. Where in the schedule the musician appears, we clarify together when we first get to know each other, and you tell me what you have in mind.
For 40 guests my standard package is more than enough, it even covers celebrations of up to about 100 people. How much equipment I set up depends on the room and the number of guests, not on the occasion. I need nothing more than an ordinary power socket at the booth.
Popular summer weekends are usually booked up a year in advance, so get in touch with me early. If you have a weekday or the quieter season in mind, three to six months' lead time is often enough, and even at short notice I'll tell you honestly whether your date is free.
