Company parties in Stuttgart
The fact that the state capital offers hotels, event halls and a Kursaal as very different rooms makes coordination easier for me, because I ask first about your room and your program. Seven venues between the Kursaal and the Neckar boat show how varied your corporate evening can be: as a small gathering at a salon table, as a party high above the city, or as a celebration for hundreds.
For your party the range runs from the salon at Hotel zur Weinsteige, according to the operator for 16 to 36 people, to Perkins Park, which according to the operator holds up to 3,000 people. I tailor my technology to the booked room and therefore ask first about format and number of guests. Depending on size, the setup, the system and the arrangements I make with you and the venue change.
Anyone celebrating on the salon boat will find, according to the operator, a DJ booth and dance floor on board, and I clarify with you beforehand how I use this equipment. On the event level of the TV tower, with space for up to 65 people, I deliberately stay compact. In both cases I plan speeches, dinner and party with you in the briefing, and I handle setup and teardown myself.
The Art Nouveau Kursaal in the spa gardens lists company parties among its occasions. According to the operator, numerous rooms are available for small to large events. I align the booth, speakers and setup with the room your team gets.
The event level lists company party and corporate event as occasions and, according to the operator, offers space for up to 65 people, with a view of the city and the region. For such a manageable group I set up my technology compactly and keep the music subtle.
The hotel lists company parties among its occasions, and its Elysée ballroom is regarded, according to the operator, as a large ballroom. A room that big I check especially carefully at the soundcheck, so your speeches stay clear and the mix sounds balanced.
According to the venue, family celebrations and company parties are among the occasions. According to the operator, the Salon Baden-Württemberg seats 16 to 36 people at the long table, and the terrace has room for up to 50 people. For a table group of this size I keep my system small and the mix conducive to conversation.
MASH lists company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the indoor area holds up to 350 people, and up to 900 are possible for parties. At this scale I work together with technology partners and clarify the setup with you in advance.
The park on the edge of the Höhenpark lists company parties, business events and employee events as occasions. According to the operator, events from 15 to up to 3,000 people are possible. The range is so wide that I only settle technology and setup once your number of guests is fixed.
The salon boat on the Neckar lists the company party as its first occasion. According to the operator, events with 30 to 250 guests are possible, with 254 seats, and a DJ booth plus dance floor are part of the equipment. I therefore clarify with you and the operator beforehand how I use this on-board technology.

01At company parties of up to about 500 guests I match the music to your company, and in the end the dance floor should still be full. Which track works for which generation, I sense in the room and adapt the mix continuously instead of rigidly working through a list. I have managed the balancing act between company culture and party mood since 2004, including for corporations like Audi, BMW, Microsoft or Amazon. For the transition from dinner to party I keep time free, so that a long speech does not slow down your evening. Up to 150 guests I provide the complete technology myself; for larger events I bring in reliable technology partners.

+49 176 700 580 27That depends on the condition of the house system, so I look at the specs and photos beforehand. If it is good, I use it with my controller and laptop; if not, I set up my own PA. In the preliminary talk I will tell you clearly which option I recommend for your room.
I plan the sound with reserve, so late registrations are no problem for you. My standard package covers about 100 guests, and with my larger system I cover up to 150 people. Beyond that I bring in technology partners, and I will tell you in good time.
Yes, you discuss the order of dinner, speeches and acts with me in the briefing, so I know when each item begins. I use the microphone only for announcements that your program needs. After that I start the mix so that the switch to the party feels completely natural for your guests.
During the standing reception I keep the sound subtle so your guests can talk; in the hall I then build the mix step by step toward the dance floor. I plan the move with you in advance, including the case that a program item runs longer. I also coordinate the schedule with your venue.
After the event, the invoice for your accounting department arrives, and you pay it within 7 days. You will get a reply from me to your first inquiry by the next day at the latest. For your corporate event, three to six months of lead time is ideal; around Christmas and summer, an even earlier inquiry is worthwhile.
Of course: on request I add saxophone, violin, percussion or a vocalist from my network to the evening and match them to my mix. I find such live moments especially successful as a surprise between courses or to kick off the dance floor. You decide the timing of the act together with me in the briefing.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

For your corporate event in Stuttgart, my collaboration works like this: first you tell me the occasion, date and expected number of participants, then we talk about music, schedule and room by video call. Shortly before the event you go through the minutes of the evening with me in the briefing. On the day itself I am ready before doors open and test the sound in the empty hall. For a smaller audience my own system is entirely sufficient; for large events I bring technology partners on board.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
