Municipal hall or country inn: corporate event in Wolfratshausen
For a corporate event, the first thing that matters is how many colleagues are coming, because a municipal hall requires a different setup from me than an inn with an alpine hut. In Wolfratshausen you can rent the municipal hall, a country hotel offers a room for up to 50 guests, and an inn has an alpine hut for 65 people.
My standard package covers up to about 100 people, and for up to 150 guests I bring my larger own equipment. If dinner comes first at your event and the party after, I define the changeover together with you so the music does not switch too early. After the evening ends, I tear down on my own, so your team does not need to assign anyone.
Landhotel Klostermaier
Mittenwalder Straße 9, IckingLandhotel Klostermaier, located in Icking, hosts Christmas parties and other celebrations. The event room holds up to 50 guests, and for a private function up to 100 guests are possible. A restaurant and hotel rooms are on site. If music continues after the meal, I adapt volume and equipment to the room.

Sauerlacher Straße 10, WolfratshausenAt the Landhaus Café Restaurant und Hotel in Wolfratshausen, the conference rooms Toscana and Isar-Loisach are available, with catering, equipment and accommodation. For a seminar followed by an evening, this is a setting in which the music plays softly in the background. You can ask the venue directly about room sizes.

Hauptstraße 7, AscholdingLandgasthof Lacherdinger in Ascholding offers a beer garden under chestnut trees, several dining rooms and an event hall for company parties. Guest rooms are available on site. I tailor the music to the hall and your number of guests.
Oberhauser Egling
Pfarrstraße 1, EglingIn Egling, the separate party hut of Gasthof Oberhauser holds up to 65 people, and company parties and Christmas parties are possible there. A beer garden under chestnut trees is part of it.

Hammerschmiedweg 6, WolfratshausenWolfratshausen is home to the Loisachhalle, the municipal event hall, which has a large auditorium, a foyer and galleries and is also used for trade fairs. Clubs and private individuals can rent it, and you can ask the city about dates and terms. I will clarify with you in advance what equipment the venue provides.
Landgasthof Berg
Schmiedberg 2, BergLandgasthof Berg near Eurasburg hosts company parties and offers one-day seminars. Up to 90 people fit in the large hall, while smaller groups of 45 or 25 sit in the Burgstüberl or Jägerstüberl. If the dance floor in the large hall follows the program, I position the speakers according to your number of guests.
Gasthaus Holzwirt
Am Holz 22, AscholdingFor company parties, the Holzwirt in Ascholding has a banquet hall available, along with guest rooms and a beer garden. Closing days are Monday and Thursday, except on public holidays. In the banquet hall I keep the setup lean so that speeches are easy to understand.

What happens when? This question stands at the start of every event I take on around Wolfratshausen. Reception, speeches, dinner and dancing each get a fixed place in the schedule, and the music follows the plan. I started in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 I have worked mainly for companies and private clients, more than 1,450 times so far.
Staying in the background is part of the job for me. My sound system and the microphones are fully included, and I do the soundcheck before the first guest arrives. Where transitions are needed, I use my own edits so the music does not stall. After the event ends, I tear down on my own.

I bring all of my own equipment and use the hall's system only if it suits your evening in terms of sound. I pack my laptop and controller for every booking, and my own PA stays in my vehicle as a backup. We will go over what the hall already includes together before you finalize your program.
How do you transition between the speeches and the music when three departments are speaking at our event?
I keep the wireless microphone within reach, so I announce the speakers and lead back to the music after each contribution. I stay discreet while doing so, and how much guest guidance you would like, we settle beforehand in conversation. You do not need an additional host for this, as I keep an eye on the schedule myself.
What happens if it rains when our team day with a party takes place at an alpine hut?
Without a power connection on site, I work for up to 5 hours with my battery setup, which is completely self-sufficient. Let me know when you book that the party will be held outdoors so I can plan the setup accordingly. A normal power outlet nearby is enough for me if you move indoors in bad weather.
Up to how many participants does your standard package cover if we fill the hall completely?
For groups of up to about 100 people, the standard package is enough. For larger groups of up to 150 people, I use my own larger equipment. You do not have to hire a second company for this. For even more guests or very large rooms, an experienced technical company from my network joins in, and I coordinate it for you.
Can live vocals be planned for the opening if we want to celebrate after the speech?
Vocals can be added through my network, and the singer joins my mix live, just like a saxophonist, percussion or a violin. This is especially effective for your guests at a summer party or after a gala, when the mood should rise. We will think together with you in advance about when the performance fits best.

Who i'm not the right DJ for
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't fit your event, I'm not the right person, and that's perfectly fine. If it does fit, we'll discuss the details.
