Company parties in Rosenheim
In brewery inns, festival halls and event halls, I adjust sound and setup to your schedule, and that makes coordination with me easier for you. Six addresses, from the large hall to the vaulted cellar, show you how different a company evening can look in this region: sometimes in the beer garden, sometimes in the brewery hall, sometimes on the stage of a festival hall.
Your company party in Rosenheim can take place on a small scale in the brewery hall or on a grand scale in the stucco hall. According to the operator, the Flötzinger Bräustüberl hosts parties of between 25 and 90 people, the Ballhaus up to 450 guests, and I align my equipment accordingly. How I set up and what we agree depends on the room; that is why I first want to know from you which format is planned and how many guests are coming.
If your evening begins with a reception in the beer garden and continues indoors with a program, I go through both parts with you in advance. When dinner is served, who speaks and when the dance floor opens, we settle in the briefing, so that my music never disturbs. I handle setup before doors open and teardown afterwards myself, you don't have to assign anyone.
The Ballhaus names company parties as an occasion. According to the operator, the Stucksaal holds a maximum of 400 to 450 guests in gala seating, and it includes a stage with lighting and sound equipment. I align my setup with what the venue already provides and clarify with you which parts I add.
The Bräustüberl names company parties and Christmas parties as an occasion. According to the operator, parties of between 25 and 90 people are possible, and the Bräusaal on the first floor dates from 1875. For a group of this size I keep the setup compact and clarify it with you in advance.
The hotel names corporate events and company anniversaries as an occasion. According to the operator, the house includes a beer garden with a terrace and a vaulted hall. Please ask the venue directly about space and guest count, and I align my equipment to the room you get.
The inn names company parties and Christmas parties as an occasion. On the operator's page there are about 75 seats for the Klostersaal, about 60 for the Kaminstüberl and about 130 for the beer garden. Which of these areas your team gathers in determines where I set up my booth.

Who I am
I bring the system, wireless microphones and lighting myself, setup begins at least two hours before the start of your event, and after the end I take care of the teardown. As a safeguard I run controller and laptop in duplicate, so that you don't have to worry about the equipment.
Rosenheim has developed from a salt and railway town into a timber and university-of-applied-sciences town, and we plan the flow of your evening together in the initial consultation. I have stood at the decks since 1998, starting in the club, and since 2004 at private and business parties, over 1,450 events. I stay in the background, the music does the talking, with clean transitions and my own edits.

Which track lands with which age group, I hear during the evening itself and not only afterwards. Between dinner and party I leave time in the schedule so that a long speech doesn't slow the momentum. That this balancing act has suited me since 2004 is shown by clients such as Audi, BMW, Microsoft and Amazon. For up to 150 guests I bring all the equipment myself, for larger parties I bring in proven equipment partners.

+49 176 700 580 27My controllers and the laptop are in my luggage anyway, so I simply connect a usable sound system on site. If its power doesn't reach the corners of your hall or it sounds worn out, I would rather bring up my own system. Which variant makes sense for you, we clarify in the initial consultation, long before you plan further details.
I set my system to the room and number of attendees, so it grows if your list gets longer. My standard package serves about 100 people, which is often enough for you. If there are more, I bring my more powerful system, which covers up to 150 people.
We discuss the transitions in advance, so that after dinner, address and tribute the music only starts once your guests are ready for it. I speak only where the schedule requires it, such as at the welcome and program announcements; the rest of the time the music alone provides the atmosphere. Between the official part and the party, your guests thus notice no break.
At the outdoor reception I play subtle music, and later indoors my mix takes over the dance floor. For rain I plan an alternative for you from the start, and we clarify times and rooms early with the venue. That way your evening keeps its mood even if the weather doesn't cooperate.
As soon as the event is over, I issue you the invoice, and the payment term is 7 days. You get my reply to your request within a day. You should request summer parties and Christmas parties early; for corporate events I would prefer three to six months of lead time.
Live accompaniment is possible with me: I arrange saxophone, violin, percussion or a singer for you, who shape the evening together with me. Whether at the start or as a surprise after dinner, you choose the moment of the performance. We settle the timing of the performance together with you beforehand so that it fits your schedule.

Working with companies in Rosenheim begins with your message about occasion, date and guest count. We exchange ideas in a video call, and in the briefing before the party your schedule is finally fixed. On the day of the event I set up before your guests arrive and check the sound. I supply small and medium groups with my own equipment, and for large events I bring in event technology partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
