Wedding venues in and around Rosenheim
The venues in and around Rosenheim differ in size and character, and I bring this knowledge of rooms and how celebrations unfold into the planning of your wedding. I will show you these seven venues, from the large hall with a stage to the steam boiler in Kolbermoor, and for each one we work out how much setup your room requires.
Anyone getting married in Rosenheim celebrates where the Mangfall and the Inn flow together and the Chiemgau begins, and I pick up on this setting in my music selection. Venues are open to you from the large hall with a stage through beer garden and vaulted cellar to the steam boiler in Kolbermoor, and I plan my equipment specifically for each of them.
A hall with gala seating raises different questions than a cosy parlour for 60 guests, and I base my setup on floor space and number of people. If you have a theme for the evening, I bring fitting music and leave out the songs you do not want to hear. So that everything is running when your guests arrive, I start my setup with a good two hours of buffer.
The Ballhaus Rosenheim lists weddings, birthdays and company parties as occasions. According to the operator, the stucco hall holds a maximum of 400 to 450 guests with gala seating, and a stage with lighting and sound equipment is available. With you and the venue, I clarify in advance which equipment is already there and what I bring in addition.
The Gasthof Hotel Höhensteiger lists weddings and birthday parties as occasions. According to the operator, there are several halls as well as parlours and the Café Stube, together for 10 to 380 people, and the beer garden and park can be used for the celebration. Depending on the hall, I set up bigger or leaner for you, and outdoors my system runs on battery.
The Flötzinger Bräustüberl lists wedding celebrations, company parties and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, celebrations with 25 up to 90 people are possible, and the Bräusaal is on the first floor. For a hall of this size I deliberately keep my setup lean, so you can talk comfortably at the table.
The Hotel Happinger Hof lists family celebrations, weddings, birthdays, corporate events and company anniversaries as occasions. According to the operator, the venue includes a beer garden with a terrace and a vaulted hall. Music sounds different inside the vaulted hall than outside on the terrace, so we discuss in advance where each part of your evening takes place.
The Gasthaus zum Stockhammer lists birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties and company parties as occasions. According to the operator, the Klostersaal has room for approx. 75 people, the Kaminstüberl for approx. 60 and the beer garden for approx. 130. With these sizes, I base my setup on the room you choose.
The Kesselhaus an der Alten Spinnerei in Kolbermoor, in the vicinity of Rosenheim, lists symbolic wedding ceremonies, weddings, company parties and Christmas parties as occasions. According to the operator, weddings can accommodate up to 300 people, and a historic steam boiler with its own lighting defines the room. If the room already comes with its own lighting, I coordinate mine with it together with you.
The Kultur+Kongress Zentrum Rosenheim (KU’KO) lists birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and Christmas parties as private celebrations. According to the operator, groups of 60 people up to parties of 300 and more are possible, and the rooms can be seated in various layouts. Because the seating can be changed, I think with you about where my system and the dance floor are best placed.

I provide the music for your symbolic wedding ceremony, from the entrance through the ring exchange to the exit, with a sound system that runs without a power outlet, indoors or outdoors, and I bring a wireless microphone for your celebrant.
For your symbolic wedding ceremony, the Kesselhaus an der Alten Spinnerei in Kolbermoor explicitly lists this option, according to the operator. I choose the songs for your ceremony with you in advance, so that the entrance and the ring exchange fit your schedule exactly.
Who I am
If you are getting married in Rosenheim, you probably know the 65-metre onion dome tower of St. Nikolaus. What shaped me in 1998 was something else: the club at whose booth I learned when a dance floor fills up. Since 2004 I have been playing private and corporate celebrations, over 1,450 events, including more than 650 weddings.
I stay in the background, the music does the talking, and the most beautiful day belongs to you. My own edits bring together songs you have never heard side by side, so that family and friends celebrate together. What matters to you and what must absolutely not be played, we clarify beforehand in a preliminary conversation by phone or video call.

Request a dateJust get in touch via the form, and I will write back the same day or the next day at the latest. In the video call, without pressure, we discuss the date, venue and first ideas, and then you receive a concrete quote from me.
Once everything is confirmed, you get your personal access to the wedding portal. In this web app you record requested songs, no-gos, schedule and special moments, and a week before the wedding we go over everything by phone.
For me it starts at least two hours before the beginning: I unload, set up and test the sound. Because I involve the celebrant and photographer, everything later runs hand in hand, without anyone seeing the technology.
The ceremony lives on the entrance, the exchange of rings and the exit, and for these I provide the atmosphere, not the official act. Subtle lounge music plays at the drinks reception so you can chat, and the battery allows music even without power.
With me, every part of the programme has its place: the bouquet toss, games and surprises get the right music as a setting. Quiet mood music plays during the meal, and the wireless microphone is ready for speeches.
The evening starts with your first dance to an edit that you choose yourselves. Afterwards I tailor the set to the dance floor, keep adapting it and bring all generations together until the last song.

I arrive about two hours before the start, set everything up calmly, check the sound and take everything away myself at the end.

I accompany your symbolic wedding ceremony musically from the entrance to the exit without a single cable, because my system runs on battery throughout.

Whether I may set up in the beer garden or on the terrace, I ask the operator in good time, so you do not have to worry about it. I treat indoors and outdoors as one continuous evening for you.
My battery operation makes your ceremony independent of power sockets, including the entrance and the exit. We decide beforehand which pieces will be played, so you have nothing left to decide on the big day. Whether a symbolic wedding ceremony is possible at your chosen venue, please check directly with the operator.
I keep an eye on the dance floor and choose my next tracks based on who is dancing and who is sitting at the table. My self-made edits blend German schlager and chart hits so smoothly that your guests barely notice the change of style. You tell me your must-play songs and your no-gos in advance.
Gladly, I arrange live musicians for saxophone, vocals, percussion or violin, who play their parts over my beats. The performance suits your reception, the ceremony or the opening dance. As soon as you have sent me your schedule, I will suggest a fitting moment for the performance.
For weddings with up to about 100 guests my standard package is enough, and with forty guests I have plenty of reserve. The smaller your room, the leaner my setup turns out, because I base it on floor space and guest count rather than on the occasion. A normal power socket at the booth is enough for me, and otherwise I need nothing else from the venue.
Saturdays in summer are often taken one to one and a half years in advance, so it is better to write to me early. On a weekday or in winter there is often still room, and three to six months of lead time are usually enough for that. Even on short notice your message is worthwhile, and I will tell you honestly whether anything is still possible on your date.

Service area
If you would rather celebrate in Erding, Bad Tölz or Wolfratshausen, I will take on your wedding there too. You will find the page for your wedding location further down.
It begins with your message to me with the date, venue and a few sentences about the guests, and then we schedule a video call. In it we clarify music, schedule and your wishes, and shortly before the celebration we go through everything once more with you.
