Company parties around Friedberg
Company parties in castles, inns and halls of the area have been part of my work for years, and this routine makes coordination with your team easier. Seven venues in and around Friedberg offer your team space for reception, dinner and dancing, from the castle to the country inn in the surrounding area.
For company parties, you can book an event location by the water in the town that already comes with a screen, lighting system and stage for your program. Up to 200 people fit in the hall of an inn in town that lists company parties and provides in-house service and catering right away. In a neighboring municipality, an estate lists company celebrations, conferences and seminars, with a drive-in barn and 500 parking spaces on site for your guests.
For the sound, I bring my own PA to your party, a system from Electro-Voice, RCF or dB Technologies. At the booth I use controllers from Denon or Pioneer, no matter which of these venues you celebrate in.
In the municipal castle, the carriage house holds 90 people at tables, the Great Hall 200, and up to 500 guests can stand in the castle courtyard. Two kitchens are available, self-catering is allowed, and sound, stage and lighting are in place. For the reception and evening program, I align the music with your schedule.
The inn on Marienplatz hosts company parties, with in-house service and catering, and its Coat of Arms Hall accommodates up to 200 people. For speeches and dancing in the same hall, I choose a setup in which speeches are clearly understandable everywhere.
A stage, a screen and a lighting system are part of the equipment, plus a terrace. Presentation and party can be combined here under one roof, and I align the music accordingly.
For corporate events, the estate in Mergenthau near Kissing has a barn ready that is drive-in and measures over 600 square meters, plus a vaulted cellar with room for a maximum of 100 people. I tune the system to the expanse of the barn.
The country inn in Baindlkirch hosts company and Christmas parties. Up to 215 people find room in the banquet hall with dance floor, the barn takes 200, and an aperitif reception can be held in the beer garden. Outside at the reception, my music runs through a battery-powered system that needs no power connection.
It is best to briefly discuss the right number of guests with the venue. For the summer evening on the shore, I plan the music so that it supports conversation and later fills the dance floor.
The castle inn with its country-house ambience lies at the foot of the Fugger Castle and has room for up to 140 people. Company and Christmas parties are part of the offer, along with a sun terrace and beer garden. I coordinate terrace and dining room with each other for your evening.

Who I am
I know corporate audiences: people chat, listen to speeches and eventually want to dance. The music has to allow for all of it. I bring this experience to Friedberg; it is not far from Aichach. I started with music in clubs in 1998, and since 2004 I have worked for companies and private clients, by now over 1,450 events.
In the preliminary call, we go over the number of guests, program items and desired music style, and speeches and honors get a slot in the schedule. I bring the system and microphones myself. My own edits connect the tracks cleanly. Your schedule is in the foreground, not me. I bring controller and laptop in duplicate; if a device fails, the event continues without interruption.

I finish my setup and sound check at least two hours before your party, and I handle the teardown afterwards completely without help.

Uplights, a photo station or live instruments can also be added; I handle the coordination for this together with you and take care of the implementation.

+49 176 700 580 27If you add my uplights, I align their light with the schedule, and dinner, presentation and party each get their own mood. My lighting equipment comes along for the dancing anyway, as part of my basic equipment. I set the start of the presentation beforehand together with the venue and the other participants in your program.
If the courtyard has no power connection, my battery setup takes over the power supply for the music. A municipal castle offers a courtyard where up to 500 people can stand, and several halls for later in the evening if you want to move indoors. Outdoors and indoors, I bring laptop and controller in duplicate in case a device fails.
Three to six months before a gala or annual celebration is a good time for your inquiry, so June to December fits for you. Even if it gets tighter, you can call me at short notice and ask. After your inquiry, I first offer you a non-binding video call in which we go through your gala.
I host your program items and introduce each speaker. Two of my wireless microphones are available for your board, the works council and your guest. I collect music requests for the breaks between speeches in advance in conversation rather than via slips of paper.
My photo station runs on its own without a dedicated operator, and on request it shows your company's layout. Whether it suits your client day, we will discuss in the non-binding video call after your inquiry. I announce when your guests can go to the photo station while I host through the program items.

This is how I work with companies in Friedberg: you send me your inquiry, and I reply within 24 hours. A short video call is usually enough to clarify the occasion, number of guests and the schedule of program and party, and about a week before the date we agree on the requested songs in the briefing. On the day of the event, I set up one and a half to two hours before doors open and test the sound, with my own equipment for up to 150 people, beyond that with technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
