Company parties on Lake Constance
Whether museum hall, hall with roof terrace or vaulted cellar: what interests me most is how your team uses the space, and then I align setup and sound accordingly. Seven venues from Lindau to Konstanz show you how different a company evening on the German shore can turn out: in a museum, on a roof terrace, in a vaulted cellar or in a small circle.
From a small group of 20 guests to a party with several hundred people, the range of venues on the German shore is wide, and I realign my equipment to each one anew. A museum in Friedrichshafen names corporate parties of 30 to 500 people, according to the operator, and a restaurant in Überlingen can be booked exclusively for up to 50, which means two fundamentally different setups for me. How big your group is and which format you are planning is therefore the first thing I ask.
If the evening begins with a reception on a roof terrace and continues in the hall with speeches, I plan both parts through with you. I set the transitions from dinner through the speeches to the dance floor in the briefing, so the music never disturbs an important moment. I pitch in myself with setup and teardown; that is a fixed part of my offer.
The museum counts company parties among its occasions, and according to the operator, 30 to 500 people celebrate there among historic aircraft. I plan the setup so that speeches and music stay clearly audible between the exhibits, and I align the equipment to your number of guests.
Company parties are among the occasions the venue names; the Hugo-Eckener-Saal measures 860 m², and the lakeside outdoor area is suitable for parties, according to the operator. With that much space, I agree speaker and booth position with you in advance and include the move from outdoors to indoors in the plan.
The hall names company party as an occasion. According to the operator, banquets are held on the ground floor including the pavilion with 230 people or in the pavilion alone with 90; upstairs is the roof terrace with a view of Lake Constance. I align equipment and setup to whether your team celebrates in the pavilion or uses the whole hall.
The Pumpenhäusle names corporate event as an occasion. According to the operator, the Häusle has a table for up to 20 people and the garden a tent for 23 to 70 people, with a view of the Seerhein. For this smaller group I keep my setup lean and agree it with you in advance.
The venue names company parties as an occasion, and according to the operator the Kursaal has 745 m². How I distribute my system there, I decide together with you as soon as the number of guests and the schedule of your party are fixed.
The Nero names company parties as an occasion, with celebrations held in the historic vaulted cellar. According to the operator, a fully equipped audio system is available. Whether I integrate it or bring my own equipment, we clarify in the preliminary conversation, so that speeches stay easy to understand in the vault.
Company parties are among the occasions the venue names. According to the operator, the house can be rented exclusively for parties of up to 50 people, at any time of day. For a group of this size, I pack only as much equipment as your room really needs.

I take care of setup and equipment on site myself: I bring the system, wireless microphones and lighting to your event on Lake Constance, doubly secured with controller and laptop. I start my setup at least two hours before the start, followed by my soundcheck. I have been a DJ since 1998, starting in the club scene, and since 2004 at private and business parties, with more than 1,450 events.
In the preliminary conversation we clarify the schedule and speeches with you. I stay in the background and let the music do the work, and with my own edits the phases of your evening flow into one another. The Lake Constance district comprises 23 municipalities, and I bring the equipment for your party myself in every one of them.

01I look after company parties with up to 500 guests, and I align the music to your business without the dance floor staying empty. Which track works with which generation, I notice directly from the crowd during the evening. Since 2004 I have worked for clients such as Amazon, Audi, BMW and Microsoft, and that is what my confidence with mixed age groups rests on. After dessert I leave room in the schedule, so that a long speech does not choke the momentum. Up to 150 guests, all the equipment comes from me; beyond that I work with proven partners.

First we collect your music wishes, then I knock on the doors of your venue and the other service providers myself and sort out the details. Seven days before the date, we go through the schedule, taboos and special moments once more in a personal phone call.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system is in good condition and strong enough for your room, I integrate it, and I bring my controller and notebook anyway. If it is not sufficient, I set up my own sound system instead, so your guests hear clear sound. Which of the two options applies to you, you decide with me right in our first exchange.
I match my system to your number of attendees and adjust it if the list is still growing. My standard package covers about 100 people; for more I bring the larger configuration, which covers up to 150 guests. Beyond that I bring in vetted technical partners and name them to you in advance.
I prepare for the moment after the awards together with you: as soon as your guests show an appetite for moving, my mix starts. I go to the mic only for spoken contributions from your programme, and the music takes over for the rest of the evening. That way, the switch feels to your guests like a single step and not a break.
At the outdoor reception I create atmosphere with quiet background music, and afterwards my mix for the dance floor takes over indoors. I factor in the change of location right from the start, along with a plan B in case rain upsets your schedule. Please agree the outdoor setup and rooms with the venue; the equipment for it I discuss with you.
After the party your accounting department receives the invoice from me, with a payment term of 7 days. I respond to your first message within 24 hours. For a summer party I advise an early request, and for corporate events I myself like to plan three to six months of lead time.
Gladly, through my network I find you a saxophonist, violinist, percussionist or singer who fits seamlessly into my mix. It works well at the kick-off of the dance floor or as an interlude after dessert. Which moment suits your evening, we decide together with you.

Service area

It begins with your description of occasion, number of guests and date, then we talk about your wishes by video call, and a briefing shortly before the party fixes the schedule for good. Before doors open I set up, and then I test the sound in the room. For small to medium-sized groups I bring all my equipment myself; for larger ones I bring in reliable technical partners.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
