Company parties in Memmingen
I know the usual course of company evenings in hotel ballrooms, inns and halls, so coordinating with me is easy for your team. Four venues from Memmingen and the surrounding area, from the hotel in the old town to the big festival barn, show you how different a company evening can turn out: sometimes refined in a hall, sometimes as a celebration with the whole workforce.

I started in 1998 in clubs, since 2004 I have looked after private and business parties, so far over 1,450 events.
I bring the system, wireless microphones and lighting myself and back up the equipment twice with controller and laptop. I stay in the background, the music speaks, and my own edits carry your guests through the evening without a break. You receive a reply to your inquiry within one day.

+49 176 700 580 27If the house system runs reliably, I am happy to integrate it; my controller and laptop always travel with me anyway. If it is outdated or too weak for your hall, I bring my own PA. I clarify with you well before the event which equipment suits your venue.
The room and the number of participants determine how big my system is, and it can still be scaled up if needed. For about 100 people my standard setup is enough. If more guests come, I upgrade to the larger system, which supports up to 150 people.
We discuss the transitions together in advance, so that my music starts at exactly the right moment after dinner, speeches and program. I only go to the wireless microphone when announcements or program items are due; the rest of the evening I let the music speak. That way your guests experience no break between the formal part and the party.
At the reception I provide understated music for arriving, and later in the hall my dance floor mix takes over. I plan the change from the start, even in case your schedule shifts spontaneously. You coordinate rooms and times with the venue, and I follow suit.
I issue the invoice right after the event, and you have 7 days to transfer the payment. You receive a reply from me within 24 hours of your inquiry. Your inquiry for a corporate event ideally reaches me between three and six months before the date, and earlier for December dates.
I am happy to bring a saxophonist from my network, who blends seamlessly into my mix, and violin, percussion or vocals are equally possible. I find it especially fitting as an opener or as an interlude after dinner. You settle the right moment together with me in the preliminary call.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
