Company parties in and around Olching
Seminar by day, music in the evening: at corporate events in Olching, my setup depends on whether your team comes together in a restaurant, a hall or a tavern. Eight addresses ranging from conference hotel and inn to event forum show what is possible for your corporate event in Olching and Fürstenfeldbruck.
If you bring together up to 250 people, a hall for rent is available in the city that already comes with lighting and sound and lists company parties among its occasions. If your team meets first and celebrates afterwards, a local restaurant lists seminars, company parties and Christmas parties as occasions and has room for up to 120 guests.
Even if lighting and sound are available in the hall, my own PA rides along in the car, as I never blindly trust someone else's system. To every event I bring a second set of controller and laptop, which makes a complete failure practically impossible.
The Veranstaltungsforum in Fürstenfeldbruck has three halls, the 80-meter-long threshing floor and a seminar area with five rooms for 6 to 100 people. Corporate events, conferences and parties are expressly provided for. If the program runs during the day and the party in the evening, I tailor music and equipment to both phases.
Corporate events, conferences and workshops take place at the Beachgarten, which lies at the Pucher Meer near Fürstenfeldbruck and holds up to 200 guests seated, even 900 standing. Projector, microphones, Wi-Fi and stage are available. After the program on stage, the music takes over the evening, and we agree on the transitions beforehand.
The hotel on Nöscherstraße has 51 rooms and its own meeting rooms, including the Raum Impuls, plus a restaurant with regional cuisine. Those who meet and then dine together stay under one roof. For dinner I provide subtle music that does not disturb conversations at the table.
Company parties are among the occasions at the dance school on Ilzweg, whose hall you can rent, with sizes ranging from 15 to 250 guests. The venue provides music equipment, microphones and lighting. Whether a small department or the whole workforce, I align the setup to your group.
Company parties, Christmas parties and seminars take place at the restaurant at the golf course in the Balkenraum, up to 120 guests fit in, and the terrace hosts the reception. I plan music for the reception outside and the evening indoors, depending on what the weather allows.
Companies celebrate at Gasthof Dahoam in the inn, which holds up to 200 guests, and for food and drinks a set menu, a buffet or a package is available. At a team or client dinner I keep music and volume so that speeches stay understandable.
Das Fürstenfelder in Fürstenfeldbruck hosts company parties and conferences, and up to 99 people fit in the four meeting rooms. The catering is organic-certified, seasonal and regional. Between conference and evening program I set up the equipment so that you do not have to rearrange anything.
In the hall of Gasthof Eberl, Hattenhofen, company parties with 60 to 120 people take place, and the in-house hotel has 30 rooms ready for out-of-town guests. At company parties of this size I tune the volume to speeches and dancing, so that contributions stay understandable and dancing is possible afterwards.

Who I am
A corporate audience listens differently from private guests, and I adapt to that: during the speeches the music stays quiet, and afterwards it may come to the front again. For Olching, a town since 2011, the same applies. I have worked as a DJ since 1998, and since 2004 I have looked after companies and private individuals, over 1,450 events in total.
In the initial consultation we go over guest numbers, agenda items, speeches and the schedule. The sound system and microphones are my own, and I take care of setup and soundcheck before the first guests arrive. Transitions and edits come from my club days. The music carries the evening without pushing itself into the foreground.

We record your song requests, from the 70s to current charts, together beforehand, so I won't be passing around slips of paper during the party.
At the latest two hours before your date, I have finished setup and soundcheck, and I take care of the teardown myself afterwards as well.

+49 176 700 580 27If you can get by with a player on the existing system, I skip the big setup, which saves you time. Controller and laptop still travel to each of your events. If the existing equipment does not meet my standards, I work with my own PA from the first track.
I handle announcements such as the speech by your management and then guide your guests through the rest of the evening. Whether I also host, and how much, you settle with me in our first conversation. A second wireless microphone is also ready for contributions from your audience.
Up to 150 people, my own equipment carries your party without problems. If the number rises above that, an event technology company from my network joins in. Shortly before the date, exactly one week before, we talk by phone about your schedule as well as tracks that should or should not be played.
That means several generations celebrate in one room, and that is exactly what I select the music for. Which tracks your team wants to hear and which not, I note down in advance in conversation with you. I do not hand out wish slips; your team's wishes go through our preliminary talk.
I book vocals, violin, saxophone or percussion for you through my network, which fits especially well at a summer party. On request, wireless uplights then bathe your hall in a color of your choice, matching the program and party. My photo station can be added, which runs without an attendant and carries your corporate layout on request.

If you want live music already at the reception or dinner, I'll arrange a well-rehearsed band of two to four musicians for you. After that I keep playing without a break, and because the planning is in my hands, I remain your single point of contact.

You tell me the occasion, guest count and venue, I suggest a musical direction and timings, and we adjust the plan together. On the day of the event I set up early and test the equipment before your team arrives.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
