Company parties in and around Gersthofen
A hall with a divisible ballroom, a hotel with conference rooms or an inn at the church square: for your company party I choose setup and sound according to the venue you book. From the conference hotel in Gersthofen to the tavern in Meitingen: eight venues show how differently your company party can turn out here.
When your team holds a conference and celebrates the same evening, it matters a great deal whether rooms, halls and accommodation are in one place. In Gersthofen you will find a hotel with 90 rooms and a large range of rooms across 1,500 square metres, plus a municipal hall in the centre.
Even in one of the larger rooms I manage with my standard package for up to 100 people, and I align the system with the respective room. How conference, dinner and party should follow each other, we define with you so that the change succeeds seamlessly. Setup and teardown are part of my offer, so your team does not have to touch any equipment before the programme or after the party.
Hotel Asgard lies on the A8 and combines 90 rooms with twelve conference rooms on 1,500 m² and a festival hall, and parking is available. If the conference runs during the day and the party in the evening, I tune the music to your schedule: calm for the reception, livelier later.
Hotel Sonnenhof has three divisible conference areas, including the Sky room, which offers space for a maximum of 150 people on 192 m², as well as rooms of 63 m² and 58 m² for seminars and Christmas parties. For the presentation and the party that follows, I align sound and dance floor with the room.
The Stadthalle in the centre is a municipal culture and conference hall with a divisible ballroom, catering area and underground car park; corporate events are possible. I clarify with you in advance whether the system runs in the whole or the divided hall and how speeches and music fit together.
In Aystetten stands the Upper House, whose large hall holds a maximum of 250 guests on 220 m²; a restaurant and 11 hotel rooms come with it, and corporate events such as Christmas parties are part of the offer. For programme and dancing, I align equipment and volume with the hall.
Company seminars and parties find space at the Klosterwirt in Thierhaupten; up to 200 people sit in the Herzog-Tassilo-Saal, and up to 150 in the taproom. For speeches and the evening that follows, I agree the system and layout of the hall with you in advance.
In Meitingen, the Neue Post offers conference and seminar rooms for 10 to 80 people with modern equipment, plus guest rooms for overnight stays, and rooms for 20 to 120 people are available for parties. I agree with you how presentation and music fit together in the same room.
In Langweid am Lech, corporate events are hosted by the Schlemmerhütte: the main dining room and the Lech parlour together hold up to 130 people, the fireplace parlour up to 60. For an evening in the parlours I keep the equipment lean and plan speeches and music so that everyone at the table understands everything.
Company parties and conferences are hosted in Steppach near Neusäß by the Fuchs brewery inn, which is also a hotel, so participants can stay on site. If the evening begins after the conference, I align levels and track selection with your programme.

I know corporate audiences: guests who sometimes meet for the first time, speakers who need a microphone, an evening that should end on time. I have worked as a DJ since 1998, since 2004 for companies and private clients, over 1,450 events in total.

I align uplights, a photo station or live musicians exactly with your occasion, and I handle the coordination for this entirely myself.

+49 176 700 580 27There is no fixed end point with me within the booked time; I go by the mood in the room. If your team stays longer, we discuss the extension directly on site in the evening. Just mention a possible extension request to me in advance, then I plan the end of the evening open.
If the hall comes with a good system of its own, I work with it, and my own PA stays in the vehicle as a backup. Whether it suits your event and what upper limits the room sets, we discuss together in advance. Tell me beforehand what equipment the hall provides, and I will pack exactly what complements it.
Christmas parties are among the dates that are booked early, so rather enquire a little earlier. For regular company parties, 6 to 8 weeks are often enough, and you receive my reply within 24 hours. If your preferred date is already close, just call me; short-notice enquiries are possible.
From my network, on request, a saxophonist, a singer, percussion or a violinist plays directly over my mix. Especially at a summer party or after a gala, this puts your guests in the mood. Which musician suits your programme, we discuss in the preliminary conversation.
I always have the wireless microphone with me and, on request, announce your speakers without interrupting the flow of the evening. How much announcing you want, we clarify beforehand in a conversation. Whether welcome, thank-you words or programme items: I announce only what you have agreed with me beforehand.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
If that doesn't fit your event, I'm not the right person, and that's perfectly fine. If it does fit, we'll discuss the details.
