The Fürstenfeld catering company runs a two-story barn in the abbey complex, in which 80 to 250 people can celebrate, and offers organic catering as well. Whether your company evening is possible there, you can clarify briefly with the venue. Across two levels, I align the sound so that speeches remain understandable everywhere.
The Beach Garden at Pucher Meer hosts company parties, Christmas parties and conferences, with hall, lounge, pavilion and summer beer garden. For your speeches, I therefore need only little additional equipment.
In the banquet hall from 1925 in the brewery tavern, which is a listed building, up to 350 guests find a seat. Company parties are among the occasions for which the venue accepts inquiries. At this size, I align the sound with the rows of tables and the dance floor.
Company parties are expressly possible there, and outside there is a terrace under chestnut trees. For a reception on the terrace and an evening in the hall, I plan two separate sound setups.
The Vierwasser restaurant lies directly on the Amper river and offers seminars, presentations and parties. The salon has media technology, the rooms hold up to about 80 guests, and conference packages are available from 10 people. For a talk and a party afterwards, I keep my equipment lean.
In Türkenfeld, the traditional inn has event rooms that hold 2 to 250 people, plus rooms on site. Conferences are part of the offer, as are weddings and family celebrations. I agree the daytime program and the evening party with you in advance.
In Mammendorf, the Sonne restaurant offers seminars and conferences, with its own conference room. The banquet hall has a large stage with lighting and sound technology, holds up to 250 people and can be extended by two further rooms. Which house equipment you use and what I add, we will settle before the evening.

+49 176 700 580 27For conference and overnight stay under one roof, a traditional inn in the region lists conferences among its offers and has accommodation for your team. A country inn with a hotel that lists company parties as an occasion accommodates up to 150 people from your company in its hall. When your party ends is decided by the dance floor; I do not set a fixed end time.
For staff parties, six to eight weeks of lead time are often enough with me, so with an inquiry in July you are often still in good shape. You may also ask me at short notice, most easily by phone. For every date, including in autumn, I bring controller and laptop in duplicate.
The after-show set of a gala is particularly suited for this, and besides the saxophone I can also arrange vocals, violin or percussion from my network. I guide your gala program anyway, so you do not need an additional host for that. On request, my fully automatic photo station complements the evening, and its pictures can carry your company's layout.
If there is no power outside, my battery setup takes over, and the music runs without a connection. If there is a normal socket near my booth, that is entirely sufficient for me. When it gets dark, I bring my lighting anyway, since it is part of my basic equipment.
The step from dining to dancing is one of the most delicate moments of an evening for me, so I watch it closely. I introduce your board's speech and then continue guiding your guests through the evening. If a request comes from the room that does not fit yet, I keep it until its moment has come.

Transparency
A programme made up exclusively of party-anthem and Schlager hits doesn't suit me. Guests at any company party like a few sing-along classics, but building the whole evening on them isn't my style. I'm also the wrong contact for techno sets with no connection to your guests, for wish lists that run rigidly from top to bottom, or for multi-stage festivals. Colleagues who love exactly that take such jobs.
My craft is live mixing for guests who want an evening with a feel for the moment: clean transitions, the right track at the right time, instead of just pressing play. That's why I'd rather tell you beforehand what I don't do than have you disappointed on the night.
